      On May 11th, I purchased an edible arrangement Mothers Day Celebration (Mama) (order number W0120694379-1) for $89.62. This amount includes a $14.99 fee to have it delivered on Mother's Day 5/12/24. The order was not delivered on 5/12/24. No contact was made from the store regarding the order. As of today, 5/13/24, I have made several attemps to contact the store regarding the order and have been unable to reach anyone. In addition, I have left two voicemails which neither have been returned. I submitted a cancellation request, however I received a message stating that cancellations are not guaranteed. I would like to receive a full refund as the order was not delivered on the date I selected which required an additional delivery charge nor received by the recipient.

      I ordered a delivery to arrive in Mothers Day. The order never showed up. The order was processed through the ***************** store location. No one answers the phone or returns messages. I have read dozens of other complaints of this same exact issue. They take the orders but dont fulfill them or communicate with the customer.

      On April 30 I placed a order for Mothers Day that was to be delivered on 5/11. The order was never delivered and there was no communication. On 5-12 I called the store multiple times starting at 9 AM as well as corporate all the way till the afternoon and no one answered. I left multiple messages as well. I tried calling again this morning, both the corporate offices and the location in *********, ******* and again no one is answering anywhere. I want my money back and I feel the store really needs to be reviewed. Take a look at the ****** reviews for the store just posted from yesterday about how many people they scammed.

      date of transaction: May 12, 2024 I am writing to express my disappointment with the arrangement I sent to my mother today. I spent $254 for it. Upon receipt, she noticed that the fruits were spoiled and the few flowers that were included were not fresh. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the product I received and expect a higher standard from a reputable company like Edible Arrangements.       I order a Mother's Day arrangement on 5-7-24 to be delivered on 5-11-24. This arrangement was never made or delivered. The tracking number still says order received, but not yet crafted still on the day after I requested delivery. I tried calling multiple times to only receive a voice mail. I live in a different city, so driving there is not an option.

      I placed an online (5/9/2024) order for a delivery (5/10/2024) to be sent to the hospital. It was transferred to their Lithonia store. I have called multiple times, leaving voicemails. I have contacted the Corporate location on ******* and left a voicemail. I have emailed and faxed the Lithonia store location. I have filled out the online contact us from twice. I even reached out on ******** messenger when I received a case number but yet nothing else. My order was not delivered. Yet I get an email asking to tip the driver. Really. Then I get an email to rate my satisfaction. I feel this is a form of theft! I am on a fixed income and was trying to surprise friends with congratulations on their new baby. Now I feel embarrassment that is had to ask them if they received yet they had (and still have) not received.

      I placed an order on 5/7/24 for Mother's Day and the day it's supposed to be delivered 5/10/24 I get a phone call from the owner that what I ordered is not available because it's Mother's Day and they are just too busy. I ordered a create your own box with coconut dipped pineapple, coconut dipped strawberries and coconut dipped bananas. She called to tell me I cant get bananas bec no stores have them, ok fine no big deal I will pick something else. Then she proceeds to tell me I can't get coconut either as a topping which is the whole reason I was ordering this particular one. I asked her if all these things aren't available why is it offered when you place an order. She goes on to blame corporate and tells me its her store and can do whatever she wants!!! she's yelling at me to hurry up and pick something because she's too busy to deal with this and she has hundreds of orders to do. I asked her politely to stop being hostile and she just got nastier, as if this is my fault. I'm sorry, I paid for something that I'm now not getting and if you knew this days ago why are you calling me the day of delivery?! I could have ordered it somewhere else. Now I have to either settle for something I dont want or have no gift to give on Mothers Day. Instead of trying to rectify the situation she continued to yell at me. I wont be pressured to buy something I'm not happy with. Told her to cancel my order...she said good and hung up on me as I was telling her I want a full refund. absolutely horrific customer serviceI will never trust my business to edible arrangements again!       Case Reference Number: ******* I had fruit delivered to my mother for mothers day. I live in a different city than her. I contacted the store 3x to ensure the delivery will be on time. Not only was the delivery late, it came extremely HOT. The manager is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, I called the manager about the issue and she hung up the phone in my face. (PLEASE pull the call). We ended up getting LONG arguement about how she has 300 orders and be grateful that I even got the fruit. I think it is imperative to know that if you offer a delivery service then it is NOT the customers fault if you have "too many orders". On busy days, maybe you could start the deliveries sooner. My order did not leave the store until 12pm! I called BEFORE the order even left the store to ask if I could pickit up and stated the driver was leaving the store in 30 minutes and it should be fine. My mom works at ***************** in ****** (8 minutes from the store). The manager is extremely unprofessional and stated to me "Thats why I dont like talking to "you people" because you dont listen". That term could be considered racist. Please pull the call and relisten to the conversation. I have the call recoreded and plan on taking this issue to your CEO. I can understand if a delivery is not on time and if the fruit is not FRESH (it was EXTREMELY hot), but at least have respect and be remourseful of ruining someone else's day. We didnt deserve that treatment from your company. I will take my business elsewhere.

      I ordered a Mothers Day arrangement for my mother in law in **. Edible Arrangements charged me (according to my credit card company, Sunbit) 7 times for this singular order. My credit card company told me Edible has to reverse the charges. I called the number provided with my order, which was a local store who could not help me because I had ordered the arrangement online (through website, not mobile app). The local store gave me a corporate number that was useless. The supposed customer service line number led me to a recording stating the number was subject to call restrictions. I filled out their Contact Us form online, and I have just received an email referring me back to the original, local store.Order # W2010248789-1 Case # ******* I want all the extraneous charges reversed (****** x 6), and my original order fulfilled.

      I ordered a Thank You gift from Edible Arrangements on 4/9/24 online to be delivered from store ****************************************************************************** on 4/10/24. I received a call stating that the item could not be delivered. I told the driver that I would get in contact with the recipient and recipients husband to inform. The driver stated that she would ask her manager if she could redeliver but he normally does not like for them to attempt redelivery in which I understood. She said that she would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I attempted to call her back several times for a resolution. She did not answer. I called the store several times including leaving a message. I received no call back. I tried to reschedule on the website as instructed by email and the logo spins, not allowing me to reschedule. I called corporate customer service and there is no answer. I have been trying to reschedule the delivery or have the recipient pick up the gift. I have had no success in speaking with someone which is imperative. I am a Mariner on a vessel that will be leaving today, 4/10/24, to go on mission. This store has a track record on ****** for horrible customer service and not answering calls. I dont want to not get the service I paid for.
