1 starAVOID ANY OF THE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS - THEY ARE PHISHY AND WILL CHARGE YOU SAME DAY DEIVERY FEES, EVEN IF IT WAS NOT DELIVERED THE SAMEDAY THAT YOU PAID FOR AS A CONSUMER.I submitted an online order request to have a boutique of edible arrangements delivered the same day as that was an option to choose to my niece in Murray Ut as she was having a bad day. The ability to surprise her the same day was ruined. The order was submitted around July (I unfortunately, do not have the order #). With this order request I submitted same day delivery and paid extra for that service. As the day went on, no order delivered, the evening came, no order. Two days later went by and my niece still does not have her order, that I paid to have the same day delivery. I reached out to customer service and ticket # ******* was created. The only response I received was that your concern has been sent to the store. Still no help, no delivery, and I created a 2nd ticket to request that the order be canceled #*******. Again, another email from customer service advising they sent the request over to the store directly. This is over two weeks now and there is still no delivery, no updates, nothing. I disputed the charge on my credit card, well long behold three weeks went by and due to the dispute, all of a sudden, the boutique was delivered, and my dispute was billed back to me for $106.14. I had already requested the order to be canceled well before they delivered. I paid for same day delivery that was not honored, but yet, no one reached out to say "hey, we couldn't get the order out, but we will refund the delivery fee". This is considered fraud, to be charging a consumer for a service that was never delivered as requested and not offering a refund for the same day fee. It would be interesting to see just how many people are billed for a same day delivery fee out of all the stores, yet the product is not delivered same day, and did NOT receive a credit back for paying for that service.Review fromDeanne E

1 starRotten melted fruit. Balloon torn off. Late delivery. Lack of concern from store. No response to email. No phone number for complaints other than local store that doesnt care. If I could give this company a 0 I would. I ordered a gift several years ago and the incompetent staff could not find the house. Just received a gift this year and still incompetent staff with no consideration that they are delivering food that melts.Review fromWalter W

1 star1) They delivered our cake pops order (Mom passed away) with expired Kale (yes Kale) as the green garnish.2) The Kale had gone rotten in transport and was contaminating the cake pops with rotten a smell all day.3) The Cake Pop (one bite) tasted like rotten Kale.4) Had to throw them away, the smell was filling the kitchen.5) The owner after 2 calls wouldn't return my polite request for a call (1 week) to make it right.6) DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.7) THE PEOPLE YOU'RE SENDING A GIFT TO WON'T APPRECIATE A FOUL-SMELLING KITCHEN.-****** Harleysville, **Review fromVanessa P

1 starWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They dont answer the phone and the corporate I called hung up on me twice. It took me over 3 hours to situate an order for my fathers birthday. I ordered a $75 arrangement for same day delivery on the website. So immediately I called the store fulfilling my order to check/verify and she told me she sees the order but does NOT have the transfer paperwork, so she told me to call ALL their locations in ***********, find who has it and ask them fax it to her. She also said they have no boxes, so I asked if we could use something smaller or bigger or different and she said theres no boxeswasnt possible to do. That was about the time when she started YELLING at me and then just hung up on me! I was like shaking after that call.this was important that My father receives this. So I begin call every store to see who has it. finally an associate named ****** told me that it isnt my job to be calling around and furthermore everything that woman told me was incorrect. That she does HAVE the correct paperwork.and mentioned that that store has been having extreme issues and they many boxes different boxes to accommodate my dads order. She very nice and mentioned I should call corporate. I call and explain the situation to *******, he called that store several times and no answer.. He then canceled my order and gave me a refund then the phone hangs up. I call back and reach ****** this time, I asked if we could call the store together; and someone named ******** answered. (Im at 3 hours on phone by this time) He said he was the closest thing to a manager.he explained they have no boxes, helium, or birthday balloons. Im shocked at this point because THIS is who is doing my dads order. Then tells me my order is canceled so I need to make a new order and pay for that. 1 starI think that they are scamming customers into giving their email with the promise of giving a discount that they never send. I think they profit off of your private information and give you nothing in return. When I went to ask customer service to give me the discount they promised, they ghosted me with a message that says wait a few moments. I waited half an hour and no one responded. 1 starI ordered an arrangement for mother's day online from selections special. It was to be delivered on Monday, the day after Mother's day. Online it gave me the closest office which was in *********, *******. I tried calling the branch all day and all I got was recording, no one to speak with and no one returned call. When I checked the status of order it stated " Branch received order" up to Monday night 05/13/2024. I did a survey that was sent to my email and cancelled the order online however, it also stated I had to get in-touch with the branch. I Tried doing this with the assistance of another branch who called the Melbourne, Florida branch and what I got was disrespect and abuse. first the worker told me that that location does not do such arrangement listed on the website and they need to get back to work and hung up the phone. Called back the same number and the supervisor (****) said the same thing as the previous worker. I asked for a contact number for the head office, ask for him to hold for me to get paper and pen to write number down. few seconds he was shouting on the phone he doesn't have the time to wait and he have work to attend to. I asked for him to stop shouting at me as I am just trying to get someone to talk to about my refund.. He didn't take such and hung up the phone on me again. Since then I am not able to talk with anyone with edible arrangement nor get a refund after spending over $200. NO star rating I wound give but I had to choose one.Review fromCyndi S

1 starImagine my Mothers surprise when she open her annual edible arrangements chocolate covered strawberries. A small treat she looked forward to every Mothers Day as it has been our tradition for years. She sheepishly called me to let me know I should get my money back but the number provided was not in service. After searching out a contact number I eventually was allowed to make a complaint to edible arrangements, with promises they would get back to me in 36 hours. Three days later I called the corporate orders line and was told I had been refunded the money for the strawberries. I requested another arrangement be sent to my mother to compensate for the rotten, smashed gift they had delivered to my mother in my name. They replied that was no longer their policy. When I asked how he would feel if I sent rotten fruit to his mother for Mothers Day in his name, he agreed that would not be good. Begrudging, I was offered a $10 coupon off my next order. When I asked for supervisors I was put off time and time again and even I hung up on. The refund for services not done is one thing, the emotional damage done by their actions is another. They should at least make an effort to right this wrong. Moral of the story is do not order from Edible Arrangements, which is really sad because they had always done so well in the past. 1 starComplaint to BBB CA on 5/15/2024 at 6:00am I had the most terrible experience with the Franchise store #********************************************************************. They took no accountability as they have a ghost store, no one is there to inquire, just teens that have no clue what's going on and do not speak English. What I ordered was not correct and the fruit arrangement, balloons, flowers and vase were all defective the fruit arrangement was not the size I had ordered. We made 2 trips to the store to give back the defective items and no resolution and no manager information. I have called the store and other telephone numbers that lead nowhere. I have sent 4 certified letters to the CEO/Founder named ********************* and *********************** at the corporate headquarters at **************************************. Do not order from this company it appears to be fraudulent. They have charged me $208.06. I wish I had checked BBB before I called them. 1 starThis is the absolute worst company you could ever do business with. Not only does the local store in ******* ******** take pride in anything that they do because they have a bunch of lazy employees that don't process orders but the corporate office is the same way. 1 starAfter putting in an order for store 389 the store owner we refusing to complete the transaction. The store OWNER said we do not make any profit going out to your area I had already paid the delivery fee. He gave me a refund just because he did want to do the delivery. The store OWNER also called my phone (back to back) 5 times after my boyfriend called the store telling them Im at work and I will call AFTER one pm. The store owner also said that he doesnt care that he wont face any type of disciplinary action. He doesnt care about being reported to the Better Business Bureau and the corporate wont do anything also.
