      I paid for an arrangement to be picked up on March 16, 2024 in the ************ Tn store. I was called by the store owner who was out of town and stated her employee was sick and would not be in that day. She cancelled the order and said she would refund the money. Since I ordered online it was a corporate matter and not her stores. Today is May 9 and I still have not received the refund. I have contacted the store now 3 times and also the corporate by email on the Editable website 3 times and was provided a phone number to call corporate. they have never once replied to my email on the website. Corporate says the refund was issued on 3/16//24 and sent a screen shot the *************** store. They also said it was up to my bank that it is a bank issue. Well, the bank shows NO refund issued by editable to my account at any time since March 16 or even trying to be issued to my account. So disappointed. I will never make another purchase from you, and I hope your big company really enjoys the $95.25 you have in your pocket that belongs to me. 1 star is too much to give this company because they do not deserve it.

      I had the most terrible experience with the Franchise in **********. They took no accountability as they have a ghost store, no one is there to inquire, just teens that have no clue whats going on. What I ordered was not correct or the size. We made 3 trips to the store and the final trip it was wrong. I have called the **************** 3 times and no return call. Never using this company again! Terrible service. ************

      On April 18th I placed an order for a arrangement to be delivered to my son on his birthday and I requested and paid for apple wedges to be added to the order. The order was supposed to be delivered on the 25th. The order was delivered on the requested date, but it was delivered that evening around 7:30pm. But NO APPLE WEDGES.When I called the store after my son sent me a picture of the arrangement and I asked him if there were and apples in the arrangement and he told me no, I then called the store and told them about the arrangement not having the apples was informed that they were issuing me a refund for $12 for the apple wedges. Needless to say, it is now May 3rd and no refund.

      *********** LOCATION. It's been almost a year on Mother's day and I still have not received a response regarding the atrocious edible bouquet for my mom. They must have 5 year olds decorating. The WORST customer service being that it's nonexistent. I left so many messages, emails, Instagram and tiktoks and no response. It was so embarrassing having this be the gift to get my mom. What she got looks nothing like advertised and I definitely didn't ask for a fruit salad in a dollar store cup.

      Attempting to get my monies back. I ordered an edible arrangement from the store located in ****** on 4/3/24 for my daughter's birthday. I want to surprise her at work. Order the arrangement online. Expecting a call from my daughter with *** and excitement. Called the store to see if the order has been received. Clerk stated yes ... working on arrangement now.. Called back was told waiting on the courier. I stated no problem. As of 4:30pm no delivery.. I called the store and stated she about to leave for the day please cancel my order. The clerk stated I will receive my refund in 2-3 days. Well its 4/27, I have not received my refund. Just got off the phone with Mr. ****** Store Owner, and was told I had to dispute with my bank to get my monies. What type of business is this. I will never order again from EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS.

      The absolute worst customer service ever. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I thought it would be nice to send my wife something special. I placed my order and paid for it, I then received confirmation that it would be delivered on April 12th. I called to make sure they knew it was very important to make sure it was delivered on April 12th. The manager explained that they couldnt guarantee a delivery time but he guaranteed me that the order would be delivered on April 12th, explaining that they deliver up to 9pm. Well the order never arrived as promised and there was no call or explanation why ? My wife and I left on our trip Saturday April 13th at 7am, so while at the Airport I called asking why it wasnt delivered and they were planning to deliver it today April 13th. I explained it was too late and I wanted a full refund. They offered to reduce the price if I would accept it today April 13th, to which I declined because we were leaving on our trip. I will never do business with Edible Arrangements ever again and suggest customers take note of all their negative reviews.

      If I could leave a zero review, it would be too much. Was just informed by phone that they didn't have my order product and asked iF I wanted to replace it with another item that cost $4 more than what I ordered. But, I had to pay the extra $4. NEVER would I lose a customer over $4. If you are relying on arrangement, DO NOT rely on Edible Arrangements. They are horrible!! I will Never order from them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

      The store at Edible Arrangements - 1304 ************************************************************** Is a rip off and yet it is allowed to continue to do business. I ordered a large ********************* bouquet and a sad looking glass of fruit was delivered. I have called the store numerous times and given bad reviews, ask for a refund or at least a call back and NOTHING. THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. I can see from the other reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Why are they still in business. Seems like someone in the ************** is not doing their job.
