      I was hired then sexually harassed and positioned by "Management" at the ******* ***** location...Eventually, after a week of trying to make it work in an unsafe work environment , was sexually assaulted at the store itself by the same "Manager" who hired me at he end of my shift. I was so ashamed and shocked I didn't call he police I just went home. Not even 24 hours later I was told he "no longer had a job for me " upon inquiring about my schedule for the following week. ****....your a pig and should be in prison...Hope every woman who considers working here stays clear. Called HR repeatedly just to be pushed off and dismissed when I tried to make hem aware of the situation....I wrote Email after Email...only to have finally obtained a voicemail back two weeks later asking if " We could sit down and talk. " Which I wasn't comfortable doing without a lawyer present on my behalf. Still have yet to see my one and only "pay check* after inquiring multiple ways and being told by HR it was sent?? #EDIBLEARRANGEMENTS CONDONESSEXUALASSAULTINTHEWORKPLACE

      Received horrible service. A coworker of mine had to get emergency surgery so I along with other coworker decided to do something nice for her and get her some chocolate covered strawberries as a get well gift. I went to the store location in Forest Hills on 6/15/2023 and was met with rude customer service. The person assisting me was very short and proceeded to rush me while I tried to order and ask questions meanwhile I was the only one in the store. It didnt help the situation that another customer who entered the store received better customer service than I did and unfortunately I believe ethnicity had something to do with it since that customer and the employee were of the same ethnicity. I tried even getting flowers since they had a bouquet on the counter and requested something similar only to be shown a bouquet that barely produced any budding flowers all while expected to pay $50 plus for them. I only got the strawberries and the employee who rudely helped me her name was ********. Corporate wasnt even any better because despite calling multiple times and filing a complaint due to discrimination I was also ignored by them as well. Till this day I have not received a formal apology at all from the store. Poor experience and will never do business with them again. Unbelievable that even as a company they support racial discrimination in this day and age.

      June 30, 2023 i ordered an edible arrangement from the lyra drive store. It was delivered to the wrong address verified through a picture i recieved. I called when I was informed and left a message. I called back at 9:30 am July 1 and left a message with customer service. No return call after two attempts so on July 3 Monday, i left a 3rd message. I spent $ 124 to give a gift to my daughter on her birthday...which never happened. She had just arrived back from an over seas trip and i wasnt going to get to be with her. This is very disappointing. ****** to send a message with the corporate office and it does not allow the message button to highlight so there is no ability to send. There is no way to get a live employee after waiting through two cycles the phone call is dropped. Everyone should know about the absent customer service of *********************************************, there is NO protection for the customer! They do NOT deserve even 1 star!!

      Edible Arrangements has an extremely flawed business model, and even worse customer service at many stores. It is NOT what one would expect from a franchised business modelI placed an order on 6/18/23 for delivery on 6/19 in ******* **. The order was processed by the *********** store to be fulfilled by the ************ store.The *********** promptly processed my order on the 18th, even after hours.(Kudos to Chatttanooga!)Not only was the order not delivered on the 19th ( for a funeral gathering), but the ************ store logged it as delivered. Upon questioning, the next day, they admitted that it was not delivered on the 19th. The excuse was their contract drivers sometimes log incorrectly. Shameful and fraudulent!The order was finally delivered late in the day on 6/21st. I was embarrassed upon seeing a photo of what was delivered. Sloppily dipped , mis shaped berries on a tray that was certainly not 12 as advertised, pineapple doves partially dipped that looked like a glob of regurgited white chocolate, and very messily thrown together on a small tray. I ordered two dozen berries, the photo that recipient sent me revealed about 19 berries.While the store did offer a refund, I was totally embarrassed at sending a tray of unappetizing , sloppily arranged, unaesthetic c*** to a grieving family.I will NEVER order from this company again. I stopped ordering from them 5 years ago due to the same poor quality, dishonest, unreliable le practices. Lessons hard learned. Never again.p.S.The ordering store (*********** ) provided excellent service on follow up. The owner (*************) was honest and called to apologize for the unacceptable behavior and operations of the ************ store.Unfortunately, the *********** store is the exception when it come to quality. Too many other stores in the system are causing the demise of the entire brand. Shame on Edibles for not demanding consistency, quality, and honesty from all of their franchisees.

      I placed an order on 5/5 for delivery on 5/12, the Friday before Mother's Day. It is now Tuesday 5/16 and there was no delivery. There has been no update on my order. I cannot get in contact with the store or corporate for a refund. It's unfortunate there is no response or a way to get ahold of anyone regarding this issue. I have left 2 requests for a call back online and left a voicemail and have not received anything. My first request said to leave 48 hours for the store to respond. It's now been 3 days and no response. Absolutely awful customer service even at the corporate level. I won't be giving any location or this company my business anymore.

      Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I have been trying to resolve a misdelivered arrangement that was supposed to be delivered same day and corporate is not helpful, it was delivered to the wrong address the day after the order. They refuse to get a supervisor to help, refuse to refund me and claim only stores can do this, the store doesnt answer, they say a manager will call me in 24 hours and I never get a call back-its been two weeks and I keep calling and its the same conversation with the same 2 representatives. Theres no point to even having a corporate customer call center if there is going to be no actual assistance.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I've ordered from this company several times and the fruit is usually just shy of spoiling, but I decided to give it another try for Mother's Day. They were offering a special for FREE delivery, including on Mother's Day (Sunday May 14th), as long as the delivery was within 15 miles. I placed 3 separate orders totaling over $200.00 all for FREE delivery. I was then notified that Edible Arrangements "updated" the price and added the delivery fees to my orders. I figured that it was a mistake on their end and that a simple phone call would be able to fix the situation. I called the corporate office and they told me that there was nothing that could be done to refund me the $10.00 delivery fee for each order. Why offer FREE delivery if you aren't going to go back into the order after it was already placed and add a delivery charge?? I asked to speak with a supervisor, to which they replied "they are on a conference call right now, you'll have to call back." I cancelled all three of my orders and then attempted to call back a few hours later. I had to explain the situation yet again to another employee, and then requested to speak with a supervisor again. I was placed on a 25 minute hold, only for someone to pick up the phone and then hang up on me. I immediately called back and felt like I was stuck in the Twilight Zone because I had the same exact conversation again. Finally after pleading to speak with a supervisor, the call taker placed me on another hold and then after waiting on hold for another 20 minutes, someone picked up the phone and hung up again. I'm not usually one to make a complaint about any business, however the treatment that I received based on their errors was absolute insanity. I would not treat my worst enemy the way that they treat their customers. This is extremely bad business and I am mad at myself for ever giving them business in the first place. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

      I'll get to the point. 1. Ordered a package gift for valentines day 2. Not everything was delivered 3. Been impossible to talk to anyone for a partial refund at both the local and national level. Feels like a bad faith business practice.

      I ordered a gift for my daughter on the loss of a friend, I chose a product that included a foil balloon a box of strawberries a ***** bear and I believe in XO candy or lollipop, what was delivered looked nothing like what was described on the website. There was no balloon and I received a unicorn instead of a ***** ***** nothing sympathetic looking about a unicorn. When I called the store I was treated rudely and told that they had attempted to call in spite of the fact that there is absolutely no evidence of a call on my phone or my daughter's phone. I was told that they couldn't successfully deliver the gift on the correct day because they didn't get a gate code however my complex doesn't use a gate code they have a phone system for answering the gate. When confronted with all of this information and that I did not believe they had tried to reach us the customer service person hung up on me. My only suggestion was that if you don't currently have the product to fulfill the order as shown on your website marl it as out of stock or take it down.
