  If I could add 1/2 a star or no star I wouldnt have even given them a star. Signed up and when making deposits into the account they dont accept Mastercards. I only had one card that was ***** They would not take my Apple Pay as its set up to Mastercard. However when going to withdraw funds from the app Im told that card cant be used. Only option given was to add my bank. When adding my bank I got through several questions and in the end it shows my account but then an error message. **************** told me to wait a few days as it should fix itself just to contact a few days later having to explain things all over again for them to say Id have to get a check mail to me and they dont accept my bank even though it was coming up as an option. I stated to them it is unfair that I have to wait 7-10 business days for money that should be available to me immediately. Prior to this I participated in a promo where if you spend $50 on esports only bets during the promo period youll get two $25 free plays. When the time came I got them yet when I went to use one I kept getting an error and then it went away. **************** told me there was nothing they can do even though I basically paid for that promo and it was an error on their system. I feel like I paid for something and never got it so to me feels like they stole from me. They offered no help and zero resolution. I would not recommend using them for anything! Beware of adding money on their app as you may not get it back or have to wait an extended time to get it back. Also beware of joining any promo that requires you to spend money as you may not get what you were promised. DO NOT USE PRIZEPICKS! You have been warned.

  This is really messed up they took my money then when I went into my bank account and pulled money out weekly and re routed to another account I have my lawyers on this case

  Just like everybody else, cannot get my money back. They stopped being able to bet in *******. But you cant deposit to get your account above 10, so they just keep it, they will not give it back. Scam app, dont use them.

  Offer promos to get you to place bets then do not honor promos. Just a scam to get your money. Use a REAL sportsbook

  Made a $30 deposit that gave a deposit match bonus of $30. When I realized you could only wager in $20 increments, I thought I would make three entries with my $60. However I couldn't make the 3rd because you can not submit an entry with a combined real money deposit and a bonus. Also, I can't use either the remaining $10 or the $10 bonus to make an entry alone. The company will not allow me to withdraw my unplayable $10 either because you have to play through all your deposits. Now, had it been made clear at the point of my first ever deposit, that you should deposit in $20 increments, or this would happen, I would have acted accordingly. But in order to play I must deposit another $10. I refuse to put another dime of my money into the mix, due to this and other issues. Another being it has been several hours since my games have ended, and they haven't even named the winners yet. It has been a terrible first experience overall, and customer service has offered no acceptable resolution. When I asked for the corporate contact info, it was refused multiple times.

  This company is issuing false 1099-MISC forms to numerous persons under the name of PERFORMANCE PREDICTIONS, LLC, which operates under the umbrella of the ONLINE SPORTS GAMBLING PRIZEPICKS. While filing a complaint under Performance Predictions on this website, the company's mail seems to be returned with no forwarding address. I am asking to BBB to follow up with the same complaint to this address and this company name SIDEPRIZE, LLC. I am attaching the proof and also a cease and desist letter from the *********************************, sent to this company on January 31, 2024. This company has numerous complaints from users who cannot access their "winnings" and others have issued false 1099-MIS forms.

  Ditto of other complaints I am seeing. My daughter received a 1 0 9 9 MISC from them despite never having worked for them or even having ever heard of them. When I ****** this company name, it says they manage the Prize Pick phone app that is used for sports betting. I think a total scam and they are committing fraud by obtaining names/addresses/socials and then sending out tax forms to tons of people so that they can write it off on their taxes and make money. My tax advisor suggested I file a police report for identify theft for my daughter, which I intend to do.

  I am having the same issue as ********** reports below. My wife received a 1099-MISC showing Other Income. We have no affiliation with Performance Predictions and did not receive this income in the tax year they reported it (2023). I will have to contact the *** to see if they also received this information. Furthermore, we received the 1099 form on March 23rd, well past the deadline for tax forms to be sent to consumers. Scam?

  *** has to be the worst customer support representative I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. The level of unprofessionalism, and outright LYING should be investigated. I will be filing complaints with the state commission.
