    This company lacks professionalism like none other. They are extremely disrespectful! I was trying to create an account and was denied the ability to deposit money into my account. All I wanted to do is get an understanding on what was happening. They did not give me a single reason why they couldnt do business with me and wished me Luck on my endeavors! They then closed me out the app as well as blocked my email account just because of what? Wanting to solve an issue with my account?! Im not in the scamming business in no way so to treat me like that was beyond disgusting.

    They dont allow chime and when I tried making a withdrawal they said I need to create a PayPal account, deposit $10 and then I can make the withdrawal. When I asked them if I cant get the $10 back without betting they said NOPE, you have to play to win. This is straight up a gambling site scooting around gray area laws and regulations and are doing shady shady things. Forcing me to pay money to access money Im already entitled too HAS TO BE ILLEGAL!

    I have never heard of prize picks who is associated with this company but someone used my debit card for 350 dollars on they site the phone number is a ******* number my card has been canceled and the bank is investigating and if found who did this will be prosecuted I also put a review on ******** prize picks page

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Theyre scamming people. They bring up promos and when people go to use them and the system glitch out and dont apply the promo to your entry, theyll say it was 100% on the user and its no way their system got it wrong. I used the protected play promo, did everything right but it wasnt applied, I notified customer support twice about it and both times I was told I didnt apply the promo when in fact I know I did. They didnt even consider the possibility/chance that there system couldve glitched out. They did not refund my money. Terrible company. Stay away.

    ITS A SCAM. I deposited $1000 into my prizepicks account and I made two $500 bets. One of my bets lost and the other won. I tried to withdraw my winnings and received an email saying my withdrawal couldnt be completed and to click here to resolve. I clicked the button and it directed me to prizepicks app to login and contact support. Found out my account was deactivated(so I couldnt login and contact support). I searched for a way to contact them and got in contact with support through their website. They informed me that my account was under investigation and the only thing they could say so certain is that itll take an ample amount of time to thoroughly investigate my account and theyll let my know if theres anything else they need from me. I havent heard from them since. It really ***** because I needed that money for Christmas and rent. I wish I could at least get the money I originally deposited into the app back but no they took it all.

    I won $1500 on my account, wagered $500 on two separate bets lost one but was satisfied with winning one. It took them all night to process the winnings into my account and once they did I tried to withdraw and they deactivated my account and sent an email saying Im under investigation and the only info they could provide about it is itll take an ample amount of time to thoroughly investigate my account Im out off $1000 of my hard earned money and $1500 in winnings from putting my money in the line.

    My name is ***** and i have had issues with you all for 3 to 4 weeks.1. At 3am in the morning there was an attempt to login my profile. Since then everything changed. There was a card added to my profile that didnt come from me. This never got fixed 2. Prizepicks has also partnered with aeropay. I contacted aeropay to set my acct up and they did. You all never fixed the issue on your end. Im tiree of going back and forth eith prizepicks. I just want to bet!3. The customer aupport team was suppose to contact me back about tech issues they never did. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and they refused to let me. I also asked for the corporate address to send a letter about my frustrations and they refused to give it to me IT IS AGAINST THE *** FOR *** COMPANY TO DENY A CONSUMER HIS RIGHT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR SEND A LETTER TO A HIGHER UP.SOMEONE FROM CORPRATE NEEDS TO CONTACT ME OR RESPOND IMMEDIATELY!

    I cant take my money off their site. *** contacted support, that was over ******************************************************** theyre working on it. But can give me no updates. I cant withdraw my money from the site. This feels illegal. And I dont know what to do.

    Long story short. They closed money betting in ********. I wanted to withdraw the $8 I had since it was closing. I was told I can't because it's under the $10 limit. I was forced to place another bet to use the money or essentially lose it. Their customer service was 0 help in this situation. Overall, not allowing someone to withdraw THEIR OWN MONEY is borderline illegal.
