The online payment method was not working. I couldn't extend with the card I used initially. I also couldn't pay for the boot fee. I had to call home to utilize another card over the phone. I've attached pictures of the bank charge attempts. I had over 7 attempted charges on my card. They all displayed $0.00. I spoke to the person who removed the boot and showed him the system was not working and he said I would be able to get it resolved after sending the details via email. No one ever responded to me. I called and emailed 4x since 7/21/22. They have not responded. The message on the phone said someone would contact me in 2 days. That did not happen and I'm still waiting on a refund.Business Response

There are 2 reasons a card will not run. The first is some information was not entered correctly. This is the most common, If you enter the name or any other information incorrectly zip code included it will reject the transaction. The other is your financial institution not recognizing the purchase and declining. We have had no reports of anything not working on our end.Customer Answer

The card was charged and accepted when I originally parked. I was using the same card and details to extend. You see the charges come through on my bank application at $0.00 after the initial fee was charged. My card never declined. No zip code, name, or address was done in error. the extension of the parking has nothing to do with us. We are a 3rd party company who checks if vehicles are paid that is it. There are many issues that a card would be rejected. We are not the financial institution or the processor for the card. So September 11th At 7:40 pm I parked my car to go inside an establishment nearby I came back at 8:40 pm and my car was booted. When I first parked my car at 7:40 pm the lady that booted my car was parked right next to me. She let me walk away and placed a boot on my car at 7:47 pm. On August 13 at 1:03 am, My girlfriend, *****************************, paid for parking that did not expire until 5:03am. We returned to my car approx 2:47am and discovered two boots on my car, 2013 ****** Altima, I called the attendant around to 2:52am to resolve this issue. I waited an hour for the attendant to show up only to tell us that I had to pay $75 even though I have confirmation showing that we paid for parking. Confirmation email is attached. The attendant left without resolving the issue when clearly he saw the confirmation. Two attendants advised us that they saw in their system that we had paid but they could not remove the boot due to the system not updating to show paid parking. I had no choice but to pay the $75 to remove the boots. The first attendant left and we had to wait 3 more hours for another attendant to come to remove the boots. I would like to know when will be compensated for my $75 for an illegal boot and the inconvenience of my time due to this company's negligence in performing their job duties.Business Response

On 7/28/22, I parked in a lot for a hair appt i had next door. After I exited my vehicle, I paid for 24 hour parking just in case I needed to stay longer. When I arrived back to my vehicle there was a boot on my tire. I was told I had parked in a time sensitive space and that's the reason why I was booted. I was never notified via email or phone that I was parked in the wrong space, but I received notification that I had paid via phone and email. I called the company only to be directed to a dispute email address and I sent an email on the same day (7/28/22) to ************************************** but haven't heard back after over 30 days. There's no way I was evading responsibility considering my payment in full (for 24hours) for parking before leaving my vehicle. Strangely enough, the park next to me wasn't time sensitive. I am rejecting this response because:I'd personally like to know if the company feels the way they do about their decision, what was the motive behind not responding to my dispute in over 30 days until i brought light to it? Such an unprofessional practice to ignore the disputes of the patrons in which they boot. This single act (in my humble opinion) gives exposure to the common practices of this company and shows how much they care to hear anyone out. The credibility of this company is lost with me and the practices are questionable.

I parked in the Zoe's ******* parking lot, walked across the street to pick up two notebooks I left on a table, and walked back to ***'s *******. When I returned, my car had been booted. I tried to address the fellow who booted me, as he must have done that within 3 minutes of my parking. He asked that I CashApp or pay him in cash and he would give a discount, which I refused to do because he would not give me his name and I was wrongfully booted. He was insistent that I pay him in cash or through CashApp, saying that he had pictures of me walking into the other building. I am sure he has these, but he took no pictures of me walking into the second establishment for which I was parked. He said no to Zelle because I would have his name and information, so it was clear he was scamming me outside of his employer's knowledge. I was late to my first day of work and so I ended up paying him $85 through your system (even though the sign says $75 anyway), as I did not have time to handle it in that moment. I would like to talk to someone and discuss reimbursement. It is not acceptable that he booted me and asked me to pay under the table, using evidence that doesn't represent the situation honestly.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The property Water meters are not read through the *************** or ************** Its best you as the company reach out to the Management of ********************* and ask if what Im saying is true. I have no reason to lie about being onsite reading water meters to get out of paying a false booting ticket. The police were called and shown the work order/ meter read sheet with every address on it. At the time I called to verify all of our information, but instead I was meet with unhelpful service. I have been reading this property for over 4 years now parked in the same parking space and never been booted. Please issue the rightful refund and let this be done, you guys were wrong in this case.

On August 25th, 2022, I parked at ***** Village parking lot so that I could purchase some items from CVS and have lunch at Chipotle.After ~1.5h, I returned to my car and found it booted despite not having left the Emory Village shopping area. I explained to the attended that I had not left and showed him receipts; he replied that it did not matter and charged me 85$ for boot removal. Under duress, I attempted to call the EPS number but received no response; with no other recourse, despite having not broken the posted rules, I paid the fee.At the time, in the parking lot there were 8 other cars with boots. I recently move into my apartment which resident has designated parking ******** of vehicles was not register which cause the boot. I paid for the the boot to be remove. The technician came out and remove the boot. As I was coming out to move my vehicle that same technician came back and reboot my vehicle. When I show him the correspondence I already paid for the boot to remove. The technician claim he has no record of it. The company does not have any escalation where you can report this type honest and fraud behavior. I had to pay for second removal.Business Response

On Friday, August 12, 2022, my vehicle was parked in a parking garage for less than 2 hours in a visitor's parking space. Upon my return I noticed two boots on the driver's side of my vehicle with a note on the window. It took the tech 2+ hours to arrive to the location to remove the boot from my vehicle. You are required to have a permit to park, and you did not. All vehicles guest included must have something displayed. For residents it is a sticker that goes on the glass of the windshield.
