    Notice #*********** . On the 16 and 22nd of a July around 4:20p.m I provided payment of $8 for parking + .50 processing fee for 12 hour parking at the *****. Theres a sign that says to text BKC to ***** which I did and got the website to pay. i do not recall the website asking for my phone number or my email so I did not receive a confirmation text/email for my parking. I did receive a confirmation number at the end but I did not screenshot it because I didnt think this situation would happen. and because I do not have a confirmation theyre saying that my bank statement isnt enough proof that I paid for my parking. Which I do understand, but no one is even trying to help me to get my issue resolved when I call. I have emailed multiple places and have gotten no response back.

This email was forwarded to us later that day. On 8/4 we responded apologizing for the delay in responding to your email and outlined why the parking notice was issued as well as the proper tools to properly dispute the notice with Professional Parking Management. We do not have any record of calls from the provided telephone number, so you may have been calling a wrong number.

    Ultimately, your dispute stand with Professional Parking Management, not Phoenix Parking Solutions. Since they issued the notice, they are the ones you need to dispute the charge with and they are the deciding factor in what the outcome will be for the issued notices. I want to ask if you would be willing to remove your complaint to our business since Professional Parking Management and Phoenix Parking Solutions are separate companies.

    This is the worst company ever. Went to visit my daughter at *************. They have 2 hour free parking. I have submitted dispute information previously and have not received any communication from them. I moved and did not received the notices until day it was due. Why was I charged $90 for being 15min over from 12:24-2:39 and they have a 2hour free parking time. Also I asked them if they check the same date for parking for my other car (i supplied them with tag #) that I used instead of for my husband car. And again the time was 6:59am - 9:15am and I was charged $90. We need to do something about this and get it publicized not to park wherever this company is managing.     I parked in the parking lot at Osprey apartments at ********************************************* on July 13, 2023 at 7:08pm. $15 was paid for via QR code in front of parking space for flat-parking. Receipt via email was received with payment amount: $15, license plate information: ** plate - *******, payment time: 7:10pm, address of location: ************************************************** digits of payment used, and Phoenix Parking Solutions (PPS) branded as managing the parking location (attached). On July 26, 2023 a parking citation notice was received via postal mail from Parking Management Solutions (PPM) for $45 ($85 if 15 days after notice). Notice was dated July 18, 2023. I made an attempt to dispute the citation on 7/26/23 with attached evidence which was disregarded although contained required/requested information. Attempt made again on 7/27/23 with immediate response of not being able to make proper determination based on information sent though receipt has information. Contact made with Osprey apartments inquiring about parking management and message sent to PPS via website contact. If Phoenix Parking Solutions is working with PPM (according to previous posts) their services dont appear to be in communication. I would like this claim to be terminated by PPM at the facilitation of PPS since requested payment was made at time of service.

    I want to begin by informing you that Professional Parking Management (PPM) and Phoenix Parking Solutions (PPS) are separate entities. PPM is our contracted third-party vendor that handles digital enforcement at this location. There was a period of time where we, along with other operators and aggregators, were being scammed by someone placing fake QR codes over our existing ones to unlawfully collect money. Since we were made aware of this issue, we have been working with law enforcement and the other operators and aggregators to ensure that this scam comes to a halt.


    I'm very sorry to hear that you were a victim of this scam and subsequently received a notice for parking. Unfortunately, since PPM and PPS are separate companies, PPM would be the deciding factor in in voiding this notice for you.You may reach them at ****************************************** or call **************. I will let them know of your upcoming dispute to ensure that this is taken care of for you. Since your issue ultimately stands with PPM, would you be willing to remove this complaint on BBB?

    I am rejecting this response because I need further clarification.

    Before considering your request: I am aware of the relationship between PPS and PPM.  Also, am I correct in assuming you have come to the conclusion that I was victim to this scam because the previously attached receipt is not authentic nor do you have any record of my payment?  If that is the case, then I am amenable to your request of removing my complaint.  However, based on communication around PPM, I have little confidence in a resolution.  Additionally, they are enforcing a directive set by PPS and are not merely requesting collections for their own benefit but for, you, their client.  Finally, because I have evidence from PPM of my time spent in the parking garage, and evidence of my attempt to pay for that time, it seems to me the responsibility of PPS, with the power to differentiate between what needs to be enforced at their location, to intervene with their contract vendor.

    Yes, you are safe to assume we came to this conclusion based on the provided documents and the fact that the receipt of payment was not a legitimate receipt from PPS. We also knew there was a scam because it was brought to our attention that there were QR codes over the ones on our signs.

    I will personally reach out to PPM and have them void this issued notice and stop any attempts to report to the credit bureaus. I will follow up, with documentation, with you directly via email once this is completed for your records. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to resolve this matter for you.

    Date: 07/18/2023 ********* *********** Parking Garage, Hollwood. **. 638 Ocean View *********, ** The garage is just off of (north of) ******** St.Dispute: $55.00 PARKING CHARGE NOTICE (windshield-ticket) for "double parking" in a parking garage (parking over the painted lines of a marked spot).The ticket says "ZONE: ***** - HBG ********* assume this the "location" of the vehicle dispute the charge. There were NO painted lines in the parking area where we parked. My wife and I had both opened our car doors to see if we were parked "OK", and we did not see any lines at all. We left the car parked "as-is/as-was."We both remarked as we were walking down the parking ramps that there WERE lines in other areas. I have attempted to contact the company via email and phone, no success.

    In an unfortunate incident at **************** in ********, **, resident (***************************) recently received 2 parking violation tickets from a private parking company (Professional Parking Management) under questionable circumstances. Stating I'm parked illegally because I have no handicap parking place card visible. There is a place card on the dash board of my car.****************, known for its serene surroundings and residential charm, has become the center of attention due to this contentious situation. The resident, ********, is expressed deep frustration upon discovering the parking violation notice, as they firmly believe they were unjustly targeted by the private parking company.The alleged parking violation ticket has raised concerns among other community members, sparking discussions about the fairness and transparency of the private parking company's practices. I am calling for a thorough investigation into the matter to understand the circumstances leading up to the issuance of the tickets.The incident has triggered debates on the rights and responsibilities of private parking companies operating within residential communities like ****************. As a resident I seek clarity and accountability. I'm coming here to share my own experience and voicing my concerns as I believe my rights as a disable resident on the matter.Residents should not be harassed by these parking companies where we pay to live and work.     Professional Parking Management is a fraudulent business. I got charged on 5/5/23 , and 5/27/23 $75 for a parking violation i did not commit. I paid to park in a parking garage on the 5th $20. On the 27th, I was legally parked at a friends house in their driveway. I fear that because i paid them once they have me in their system and are just sending me random tickets. I see that this is a consistent issue. They dont even leave a ticket on your car, they just mail you a ticket claiming that you failed to pay & is overdue. They have been engaging in fraudulent practices and consistently charging me for parking violations i have not committed. I am deeply concerned about the impact these unwarranted charges are having on my financial well being. I am filing for false charges, as the tickets are unjustified. Lack of communication, as it is impossible to get in contact with a person from this company for explanation. Financial burden, as the continuous charges can and will affect my credit . I kindly request IMMEDIATE intervention in this matter. It is unethical. I am more than willing to provide any information to help your investigation. Please pay attention to this matter, as the amount of complaints filed is alarming. Thank you! Please help.

    I received a parking citation at my place of residence where I already have to pay a monthly parking fee! At the time that I moved into the apartments, there was no signage explaining the parking situation. Shortly after moving in, my car broke down and I was able to borrow a vehicle from a family member. My first day having the car, to my surprise I received a ticket. After speaking to the leasing office I learned how to register the car for guest parking. Subsequently, I consistently registered the vehicle and never received another ticket. I contacted professional parking management and explained my situation in hopes of having the citation waived to no avail. This company does not take the time to actually hear you and and pre conditioned to deny reversal of citations.

    I headed to a family member's apartment complex to pick up my gf and my daughter who were just getting back in town from a funeral. I went to use the bathroom inside the apartment and when I came back outside I had a ticket. It was only 13 mins. I understand the violation but the penalty is ridiculously high. Parking cost averages between $2-$10. If I was charged $20 I could understand but $55 is way more than what I expected. We're always over there and this was my first time getting a ticket. So I've never paid for parking and didn't know I'd receive a ticket. Tried reaching out to the company to appeal the decision to get an adjustment but I was denied. So now I'm reporting the issue because from my experience the bbb gets things done. Had an issue with ******* and after I made my report the issue was resolved.

    I receive the notice that I Owe a parking fees, for parking at the address ****************************************************************** on 06/03/2023. With the picture of a car with a License Tag. Firstly the picture in the ********************** ticket shows an SUV, while car is a Sedan. Secondly I did not go this address. While I was checking online if it was a scam, I found others making similar complaints. Someone needs to seriously look into this as it causes unnecessary time and stress. I am attaching two documents, my car ****** Altima, with the Tag "AARYA" and the Parking Notice I received with a different Vehicle.
