    My son parked car at *************************************** on 5/3/23 between 8:27 pm and took the car our by 5/3/23 at 10:21 PM (less than 2 hours). He paid for 2 hour parking.however professional Parking management sent me a notice to pay $45 overstaying fee and other charges for $56 or so.Ticket # ***********.I already paid $55.37 on 5/31/23. Again they send another notice to pay $85 total $105.This company is really scam by sending wrong parking notice and threatening customers. Can you please investigate this claim and help me out.Thanks

    On 04/29/2023 We parked in the garage due to a sign at the front of the garage saying $5/day parking for that day. We tried to pay through the app but were unable to complete the transaction as the parking zone did not show in the app. We located a pay station and paid by plate number. The pay station allowed us to pay for 1 hour but would not allow us to increase it to two hours. We assumed that since the sign stated $5/day that the charge was correct. Now Professional Parking Management notified us that we would have to pay $99 for parking 1 hour over our alotted 1 hour parking. 1. the lot was practically empty which probably should have been a signal it was a scam. 2. the payment kiosk would not allow us to increase the time to pay for 2 hours, for which we were there. 3. the app did not have the parking zone in it to do it online. 4. there was a sign at the the garage entrance that erroneously advertised $5/day. 5. How are they legally allowed to do a 20x markup for a 1 hour charge that they purposely make difficult. THIS IS A SCAM and should be illegal.Also, the notification for monies due was mailed to an address (not certified mail) and was received after the "due date" for the payment thus increasing the payment to their maximum amount.

    This company is sending notices to people demanding $85 for parking time. I disputed the charge and based on the time it took for them to respond, they never looked at it. The photo they sent of my car exiting is not my car. The app they have does not function properly. I attempted to use the app to extend my time but it did not work. I will pay for the extra time which should be about $1.00. This is a ridiculous charge and the tenants in the building have to be up in arms because this will eventually drive customers away.

    Ive been receiving parking tickets from February to May, Ive parked in my friends building every time I visit and he lets me in the building and I park in the visitors parking, I have never parked in no -designated areas. I forgot to register my car through this company one time but I keep receiving letters asking me to pay $90 per ticket and the amount that they want me to pay goes over $500, which it is insane. Also, if people are parking in designated visitor areas and one of the owners of the apartment are giving access to the garage why is there a fine for this. This is bad business and it is also threatening to people when they send tickets that are trying to look like city tickets. I tried to dispute these tickets but they said that my claim was denied and that I have to pay them.

    Received Notification #******** for delinquent payment for parking on 27 April 2023. Amount: $90 For the date of 16 March 2023 at 9:46 PM. First of all, the notification states it is for a ************ Plate 75AHXE (**) My vehicle is a ***** Colorado truck and it is black. It looks like someone used my plate number fraudulently. Also, I was not in the country during that time period and my vehicle was garaged. The location of the parking violation:Lot OP-**********************************************

    This company continues to ticket people in parking lots even though they registered to park. They then deny appeals on these tickets, forcing people to double pay for parking, or face collections. This company needs to be shut down for malpractice. I am consistently receiving tickets for parking I have paid / registered for. I have even received one for parking in my own complex, that I pay over a thousand dollars a year to park in. There corrupt business practice is simple:Wrongfully give people tickets (illegal) Deny their appeal (they denied mine within seconds, showing they are not reading them.)Send them to collections.They only added notes to my appeal AFTER I called them to complain. They claim my plate number was wrong, and that's why they ticketed me (it was off by a number), yet it's CLEARLY not in their system in the screenshot, even though I have evidence I registered.Look at the time on the phone when checking tags and look at the time from their own app in my screenshot.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

    On March 11, 2023 i parked in the parking building for ***********************. I scaned the ** code for the parking and entered the information required. before clicking pay there was a section to enter number and it looked like the box where one enters the numbers and letters to prove that you are not a robot. I proceed to enter information and click pay. when i left the restaurant i had a ticket in my windshield. I proceed to contact them and explain the issue and provided proof of payment. However, the decided to decline my claim. not only did they receive the money for my parking but they also charged the parking ticket.

    I parked in there parking lot and went to the terminal and scanned the qr code and paid for parking. I have a receipt from my credit card company and I sent it to them for proof of payment. They are still sending me a bill for $90 even after the proof that I sent them. I just want them to stop sending me the notices that owed. I even called them on the phone and they said my proof is unacceptable. Now if they have an accounts receivable department they should be able to match my payment with what they got in that day.     This is the same response that they give every complaint. I did call them and sent them a copy of my credit card bill and they still refuse to believe me. They should have an accounts receivable to match up my payment to there records. I know why they have an F rating with the BBB. Something has to be done about them. If you read all of the other complaints most of them are having the same problem. Maybe we should all get together and *** them for harassment.

    This is the same response that they give to every complaint. I looked at numerous other complaints and every one has the same answer. They refuse to answer any questions. I have called them and they refuse to accept my proof of payment. It is my credit card receipt showing that I paid the parking fee when I was there. The amount was for 4 hours and I only stayed less then 2 hours. They should have records on that day also that a credit card amount from me came through there books. Or maybe they do not balance there books? That is what I told them to do when I talked to them on the phone. I said just check your incoming receipts for the day and match it up with mine. It is that easy.

    on 4-16-23 I parked at the *************** parking space to go to the ************ restaurant. I opened the application to pay for 3 hours of parking, entered my car and credit card information and when I hit submit, the system never loaded a confirmation page, it stayed blank. Assuming my transaction went through I proceeded to go to the restaurant. Two hours later I came back to my vehicle and I had a $55 dollar citation. The only form of payment for this parking is via internet in the phone, and if the system is not working there is no other form of payment. I tried disputing the charges with the company directly and they declined my case. I called and they said they are not able to locate the information on the system and that if the payment was not successful I was to supposed to leave the parking. This is extremely unfair treatment of customers and the ************ restaurant will be greatly affected if this parking system is not fixed.

    That's the same response they send everyone and I called them to reject their decision of not accepting my appeal and the lady that answered the phone only said that if I was having connection issues with their app I should have leave the parking lot. They are not willing to help any customers and they should not be in business with the public. There needs to be some type of accountability for this company and the way they do business with the public.
