    On 4/1/2023 I parked in a strcuture that is managed by Professional Parking Management. I entered the garage at 6:57 pm EDT and exited prior to the expiration time of 8:57 pm EDT. I paid $3.25 via electronic payment by scanning the ** Code on the wall. I was provided an electronic receipt that indicates the Location: ***** Demo License plate: ******* Parked at time: 4/1/2023 6:57 PM EDT Expires at: 4/1/2023 8:57 pm EDT. payment was initiated at 6:59 PM EDT for a 2 hour time frame. I received a parking charge notice from this company stating that I owe $45.00 for non-payment, which is false. I located the electronic receipt provided by Professional Parking Management and a print out of the tranaction from ***************** I proceeded to dispute the charge by following the process indicated on their website. I submitted the above information 3 times and was told that the information was not sufficient to dispute the charge, when in fact the receipt was supplied by this company. Per the notice that was mailed to my home address, this company is threatening to pursue further collections if the demanded amount is not paid. I will not be paying this charge and will continue to defend my claim to the fullest extent of the law. There is no contact phone number provided to contact this company directly. The company appears to be predatory in its practices.

    To whom it may concern,I made a short trip to ******* ******* and parked in a parking garage at my friends apartment. I scanned the ** code to fill my information in and let the parking garage know my vehicle would be in there for 1 night. After returning home, I receive a letter from Professional Parking Management asking for $90 for illegally parking in the garage with no proof of the citation they accused me of. I called, spoke with a representative to dispute the charge and was unsuccessful. I told her I would not be paying the $90 if they could not provide me with proof that I was in violation of their rules. They have now sent me to ********* collection company out of *************, ** and I would greatly appreciate this charge being erased and this company reprimanded for their below average service.     On or around 11/2/2022 I parked in a lot managed by Professional Parking Management Corp. I had parked there once before and the App didn't work on my phone. I was charged $55 for the $5 parking fee. I paid it as I felt I was at fault. However on 11/2/2022 it appeared that my charge had gone through on the App. It didn't and I received another ticket. I disputed the charge with them and the dispute was denied. The fee is now $90 and it was sent to collections. I have a near perfect credit score and this company is brutal to work with!! I would gladly pay the $5 for the parking but I REFUSE TO PAY ANY EXTRA TO THIS COMPANY!

    Received ticket for $55 Double Parking on #******** Issue Date 11/05/2022. This parking deck is gated and can only enter with a key card. I was parked on the upper deck in the back for just 2 hours around 7pm. There were no cars on the upper deck and no signs saying I can not park like that or else I would be fined/ticketed. The person issuing the ticket also pretended to take a photo with a ticket on my windshield which was uploaded to PPM website, however, there was never any ticket and I had no idea PPM issued me this until late December so ironically I was not allowed to appeal because you scammed me in pretending to issue a ticket that the citizen was completely unaware of for months. Please remove this charge. Now I have a debt collector hunting my personal address and spamming me letters in the mail. This is a breach of privacy and safety. I will never be using the parking lot of ************************* ever again. Thank you. (PS I have contacted PPM many many times and it is nearly impossible to speak with anyone.)

I want an authentic response as I am deeply concerned and trying to resolve this matter.     My account was charged 9 times for a ridiculous amount of ***** each. No one will help me on the phone and no one will return my calls. They said be patient, they are aware of the situation, but no one will talk to me about these charges. It has been 7 days and no one has reached out. I have $449 charges for the parking ticket and $436 for overdraft fees. I understand I parked there and did not pay, that is on me, but the $881 I do not understand. Why can't I talk to someone and get refunded for this? I will not give this company my money ever again!

    That company is in charge of the Osprey parking lot where I do a lot of deliveries and a family member lives there also. Whenever I do delivery I drop off and leave but when I go visit family and know I'm staying I always pay for my parking. It seems like they don't have control over the ********* went on a afternoon did a drop off then left through the back, then came back through that same back exit that night where I paid over 50 dollars for the weekend. Now I have a parking ticket for $50 supposedly I entered and didn't pay. They don't even send a valid parking receipt after paying so I took acreenshots and submitted those and they still denying my dispute saying I didn't pay. I even told them the exact charge they charged me when paid. I asked them to review the back camera to see when I left and back from the back but they refusing to. It doesn't make sense to pay over 50 dollars for parking and still getting charged for ticket. Unacceptable. They just scammers taking pictures of people's plate without permission. Their customer service representatives are so ************************ yelling at me saying your dispute is going to stay denyyyyy until further proof. Well it's up to y'all to study both entrance and exit cameras to see when I left and came back. give me access to the cameras and I'll do it since it's a **************** to do.

    I paid parking and added times for all the days they are trying to charge me for.   They don't send any receipts after you pay so the screenshots were all I could do and they still denying my disputes.   The phone number they provided is the number I have called plenty of rides about this and their agents were yelling at me and being rude refusing to hear me out.

    On 12/18/2022 my daughter was volunteering for a food drive. She parked in a parking deck at *************************************************************************. There were a multitude of signs about free 2 hour parking. No signs that she saw in regards to payment if over 2 hours. No entry gate or payment booth, and no payment Kiosk. 2 weeks later we get a bill for $85 with a reduced charge of $45 if paid in 30 days. Claiming she was there 2 hours and 8 minutes. Time stamped on 2 separate cameras. This is a ridiculous fee for parking and clearly how this company makes their money by scamming people. I have disputed this with the company and await their response. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND NEVER PARKING IN ANY LOT MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    On the week of dec 26th I used my family cars temporarily and parked in my apartments garage as I haven't been able to use my registered car due to being a victim of car thief. My registered car remained inoperable as the windows have been completely smashed. After a few weeks on January 6th I received 4 letters regarding improper parking at my apartment location. They asked to pay 90 however if i payed within 15 days then they would discount the fee to 55. I immediately filed a dispute because I have already talked to my apartment manager regarding my situation and was given permission to park however they denied the dispute and randomly changed the initial 55 parking fee to 90 on all 4 citations. Without giving any notice they suddenly changed the price and threatened me to send my car to collections. This company has no legal authority to send my vehicle to collections and the fact that they randomly change the fee price is absurd. I even tried leaving a message and calling them in attempt to resolve this issue however I have yet to get a response. This company is an absolute mess and a scam.

This business should be sued for outright being a complete scam.     I live at the residence where *** received multiple tickets from this company. my management company assisted to dispute multiple tickets & still this company tickets my vehicle knowingly.I since received a ticket 12/28/22, my permit was clearly displayed on dashtheir photo even confirmed it. I attempted to dispute sending them the same ************ denied the dispute.How can the dispute be denied when the tag is clearly shown on the dash?How can tag be attached to window in the case of someone switching vehicles on a regular basis?

    Went to a venue with a park in g attached. No sign for parking rates, no gates, no payment stations. There was nothing stating any fees or costs to park there. Out of the blue I get a bill for $85 with a pic of my license plate saying I owe for ********************** from ******* to 12:34 am. 1 hr 15m is $85. If you pay it early its only $45. Not professional so the company name is a lie. Not accredited and the fact that pictures on my plates to get my info truly bothers me and needs to be rectified. If you had signage, gates, booths or any other means of notification, that would be another story but its almost like you just visit random parking lots and take pictures of peoples cars too charge them, then threaten too boot and tow them or send them to collections! I did call them. They called me back from a ******* number ************. When I asked why that number she was rude saying o dont know but you obviously know Im not calling from *******! I told her I saw no signs at all. She said there are signs everywhere stating there is an app you need to have to park there. Does the app on the signs that I never saw state its $85 per hour? When were the signs magically put ** in a spot thats actually visible to people parking, pr were they in spots no one can see? Def not legit or ethical. Id even start with charge an honest rate for the hour and 15 minutes, $85 that shouldnt be legal and something needs to be done about that.

    There were no visible signs stating anything about a charge or fee for parking.  I especially don't see how you can charge $85 for a person to park for 1hr and 15m.  I will be writing the Attorney General and reviewing with my attorney in regard to these business practices.  This simply should not happen.  When I  talked to a customer service rep and asked why they were calling me from a Vietnamese number she got upset and was rude in her response!   I think that's a valid questions for a legitimate business.  Its very shady that you have to spoof your phone numbers.  Then next she tells me is that there are signs everywhere for parking?  I have no problem paying for parking.  The receipt that i have from the venue i was at right before yours can prove i dont mind paying for the service.  This is unfortunate that I saw nothing from where I parked to where I walked out or drove out stating there was a charge for this 1:15 ordeal.  This bill is 100% being disputed.  I would like to see a copy of where the signage is located,  date the signage was installed and the actual amounts being charged to park there listed on that signage.  If you can provide me that proof I will gladly pay for the 1:15 based on the signage rate, which is fair.
