    1/13/24 date of transaction Received parking ticket from this company when there were no visible signs stating there was a charge. I was at an apartment complex residence. I tried to contact them to ask about the notice but could not get through to anyone. Unfortunately, I was not able to appeal the notice as I was medically unable as I was getting major back surgery. The next thing I receive is a letter stating the charge went from $55 to $90. First of all, $55 is excessive for a few hours of parking where there was nothing visible about not parking in the spot. Secondly, to raise it to $90 was very excessive. This company attempts to bully people and threatens to send it to collections. I do not mind paying when I see a sign and it is legitimate. There was no one present to collect any kind of fee and no signage. Again, this was at an apartment complex, not a venue.

    PPM snapped a picture of my vehicle multiple times without my knowledge and used my license plate to track the address that was linked to my vehicle. However I dont live there so I had no idea I was receiving parking charges. How is this legal? Then when I told them they sent the parking charges to an address I dont live at they denied my dispute. Its also important to mention that nothing was put onto my car to show that I was being charged. Not even a boot or a tow. Also, on their website it says tickets are sent to the vehicle owner. This is technically false because they werent sent to me. They were sent to an address I dont live at.

    I was charged for parking when there were absolutely no signs on the level that I parked on indicating I needed to pay. My mother received a ticket in the mail from them stating that I owe 90 dollars for a parking ticket and that this was their final attempt although we never received prior notification. I disputed the ticket stating that I was unaware and that there were no signs indicating I needed to pay in the floor I were on and they denied my appeal and stated that I would need to remit payment immediately . Not only is this predatory, but Im certain that being parked somewhere for an hour and a half isnt worth 90 dollars. This company is shameful and if a resolution isnt made I will make it my business to let everyone know to never park at a place owned by them. Every paid parking in GA has a gate or booth and this place had none. I also saw that they were in a class action lawsuit as well. This is unfair to consumers.

    I parked in the deck at ********************* at ************************************************************. I paid the ** code, left before the time was up and later received a parking charge for $45. I sent in a dispute with my receipt, credit card charge and text message confirmation of my parking time and my dispute was denied. Within the review period, I got a late notice for $85. I have still not resolved the matter which is infuriating as I have all of the receipts on my original payment. How can a company say you did not pay when you have multiple forms of proof?

    This is in reference to Professional Parking Management - They issued a ticket back in DEC 23 - I issued payment through Web Pay via my bank and had it mailed to the address as stated on the statement / ticket. They have yet to cash the check but proceeds to turn me over to a so called debt collector YSA ARM LLC DBA *********. I have attempted to contact Professional Parking and have left messages but I do not receive any return calls. I have read several articles that this is a scam operation - it needs to be shut down.

    On 1/27/24 I received a ticket for $55 due to my handicap placard expiration date not being visible. I showed the attendant the placard which shows an expiration date of September, **** but was told to submit an appeal.I submitted the appeal on 1/28/24 using the email address on the ticket. I also sent a picture of the placard showing it was valid. I never received a response so I followed up on 2/1/24. Still no response. I called the number on the ticket and was told theyd take care of it once they viewed the email. Third email sent on 2/7/24. Still no response. Ticket due on 2/11/24 with the ticket threatening to boot or tow my vehicle from any lot they manage.This company is scam and I agree with everyone else who has filled a complaint about their shady business practices.I am seeking a full refund for the $55 they basically extorted from me.

    On 8/11/2023, Professional Parking Management gave me a parking ticket while I was parked at **********. I was parked in the designated guest parking area and I still received the parking ticket. I contacted the ********** and confirmed I was parked on the top floor designated for guest parking, but I needed to contact the business that gave me the ticket to get it disputed. I tried multiple times to contact Professional Parking Management to resolve the issue and could not get in contact with them. They sent it to a collection agency and Im hoping to get this disputed because I should have never gotten the ticket in the first place. The parking charge number is ******** for license plate *******. I hope you can help me with this complaint because what this company is doing should be illegal. Thank you so much for your help.

    Received a parking violation that is bogus. No one in my family has ever driven a ****** Prius. The tag in the photo has been partially obscured. The tag in pic appears to be **** and not AACA. The vin no. Is of my **** 124 Spider and not from a ****** Prius! The letter was sent to my daughter. The actual license plate AACA is in my name not hers. She was not there. In the pic the left side of the 3rd letter is straight not curved as a C is curved. The right side of the 3rd letter has a piece of paper or something obscuring the actual 3rd letter! The county part is wrong and the month of expiration does not appear to say Jan. **** has nothing to do with us!

    I paid for street parking On December 4, 2023. I paid again to extend my parking time. I received a ticket for non-payment. I filed an appeal and attached screenshots of my two payments. My appeal was denied and the money I paid was not refunded. This company took my money for parking and also wants to charge me a fine for alleged non-payment.

    I parked in a restaurant parking lot in *******, I paid at a multi meter using my debit card. 3 weeks later I got a bill for $90 and a picture of my license plate saying I was parked illegally. I called the company the told me I needed to provide the parking receipt , I dont have that receipt but I have the charge on my bank statement which I submitted to them.
