    On December 08, 2023, I parked in a parking garage administered by Professional Parking Management. I paid for one hour to pick a friend in a local restaurant. Between conversations, I stayed too long. I received a text with an expiration time notification, and a link to extend the parking (copied from my phone *******************************). The link was crashing, it didn't work, looks like it is a fake link.Between 15 to 20 minutes later, I walked back to my car and I found an abusive $55 ticket waiting for me in the windshield. Looks like the guy waiting for the parking to expire. I submitted an appeal by email ********************************************************** and during a long wait for the response they raised the ticket to $90 because it passed the pay by date. Since when is someone allow to raise the fees of something while it is in an appeal process ??. After I called them and argued about this abuse, the fees went back to $55. The regular parking rate in this garage is $1/hr, so they try to make money ripping off customers. I guess that if they want to charge $1000 fees for an expired parking they can get way with it. I had to paid the $55 to avoid my car been towed away. This is an abuised charge from a company that is taking advantage of their lack of regulation.

    i keep getting mail charges for parking fees of $90 but i paid my public parking fees that night with paybyphone. this company is a scam. i am being told i am going into collections.

    On December 31, 2023 a fraudulent charge of ***** was placed on my credit card account. by 12 Oaks ******************** I had to cancel my Credit Card and i already tried to contact 12 Oaks Parking I left all my contact information with the phone number given online in Ga however they have failed to contact me back. My bank was made aware of fraudulent charge and is taking action on it. I have never been to a place that uses valet or have never parked in a parking area that is run by this company. I hope they do their due diligence and find the people in their company doing these actions. I can see reading online the company has many issues. I now will make sure if i see this company anywhere I might go I will avoid them at every cost.

    I received an invoice from this company claiming I owed them $55.00 for parking in a ***************, ** lot. However, I was never in this parking lot and the photographic evidence plainly shows a different car and plate number than the one listed in the invoice. The last letter of the plate in their own photo is an "M" and my license plate number ends in "K". I would like them to clear this out of their system and stop trying to collect money from me.

    On 12/9/23 Professional parking management gave me a ticket for $55 for parking in the Whole Foods Lot in ******. We walked the long way into the Whole Foods because I wanted to show my husband a restaurant I wanted to go to at another time. We went into Whole Foods and bought items. I have a receipt. I appealed the ticket which said I did not shop at the Whole Foods. They sent me an email back denying my appeal. This is a scam! What can I do?

    Professional Parking Management manages the parking garage for the apartments I live in. I have had several guests park and register and still receive parking tickets. This company is horrible for giving $50-95 tickets to people parked in a free parking garage. A scam, money grab! Then there is no way to get in contact with someone.

    Such a racket they have going with the *********** - they pose the same as city lots, but literally do not follow the same rules. Charge insane amounts for going over, or just because. They do not honor handicap placards as city lots do for older citizens to not have to pay, and then do not clearly mark. My family and I have both gotten screwed by them in Broward and ****. Whoever in *********** is giving them these contracts needs to be fired.

    Predatory business - I paid for parking through ************ They ticketed me anyways. I appealed. They denied. Now I somehow owe a late fee as well. And they WON'T respond. Awful

    On October 21, I visited ******** at *********************************************************** and parked around the corner at the parking deck on 9th Street. We paid using the ** code on the machine in the deck. No receipt was given and there was no app used to refer back to. Several weeks later I received an invoice in the mail dated 10/24/23 for $85 for parking for 2 hours in the deck claiming that I had not paid. When I disputed the claim, I was told my credit card statement showing proof of payment was not valid and I still needed to pay the amount. The invoice threatens is I don't pay, I will be turned over to collections. I should not have to pay an additional amount and want to make sure my credit history is not affected by this.
