    9/9/23 - I paid for parking $5.85 when I parked and then when I received a text from Honk to pay for additional parking, I paid the amount of $12.85. I never received any additional texts from honk. This company is trying to charge me $90 and saying I paid for 4 hours and I stayed for 5 hours. I submitted a dispute, but all I received was an email stating what I had paid and the time I stayed and that my dispute has been denied. There are several complaints about this company. I want the $90 to be dismissed.

    On August 25 I parked at a public lot in Buckhead and paid the fee of $5.00. Soon after I began receiving invoices in the mail for $90 claiming "non payment". I provided the company a copy of my credit card receipt. Professional Parking Management claims that since the credit card receipt does not show the license plate number of the car it is invalid. I continue to get demands for the $90 and threaten that the matter may be turned over to collections. Professional Parking Management refuses to acknowledge receipt of the fee. Since there were very few cars using the garage mid-day on August 25 I am incensed at their refusal. Proof of payment was provided.

    Professional Parking Management sent me a bill for ***** claiming overstay. I paid for parking for 4 hours located at ****************************** *********** on 8/26/23. Have my receipt. The website to pay was down had to make numerous attempts to pay before I was able to pay and attempted several times to extend to no avail. I entered the garage at 10 to 15 minutes to 4pm and left sometime after 7pm. Again the website was not working properly on this day, others had the same problem unable to make payments.

    The date was in early March of 2023. My family was on vacation in *******. We had used the parking lot and paid prior to this. The night this happened I noticed that I did not receive a reminder about the parking time. I then ran to the car to correct the error that had occurred. At this point it had only been about 35 minutes and I thought I had paid for 1hr. I had an issue with my phone shutting down immediately after I attempted to complete the parking fee on the app. A worker had already placed a ticket on my car. I attempted to settle up with the parking company via the app and online. I had no ability to make it right by those means. They made no effort to adjust the new bill which was now $50. I was very upset that they had no way to adjust this being I was attempting to pay the amount owed. Then without notice they sent it to a collection agency with an additional charge making it now $90. I disputed that amount and was willing to pay the $50 at this point. It was rejected with no expansion. I have also called and inquired about it. They are unwilling to work with customers and make zero effort to communicate unless it involves them getting what they want. This was in a parking lot on the beach in Broward County in ***********************.

    08/19/2023 - Professional Parking Management incorrectly issues a parking charge for non-payment. However, I did pay using the Zone number on the sign in *********, **. However, ParkMobile improperly applied my payment to another city that uses the same parking code. This was the result of an error in the mobile app. When I appealed and contacted Professional Parking Management, they refuse to even speak to me regarding the issue. They then added a late charge, which is not in compliance with their own policy. My attempts to correct via email, phone, and website have been met with a refusal to correct their mistake.

    Our daughter has a car in our name. She parked at a parking garage in ******, ** and overstayed by a few minutes. We received a parking fee from Professional Parking Management at *********************************************************************************** for $85. This is a ridiculous amount of money but the letter states it can go to collection and the car can get booted if unpaid. I do not mind paying the actual amount of money from 9/10-2023 from 6:45 pm - 9:17 pm, but refuse to pay the amount they are asking. This is fraudulent.

That is excessive, morally wrong and ridiculous. I will now be contacting the news media and an attorney to join the class action law suits.

    I am rejecting this response because: The issue has not yet been resolved I responded to them so let's see how they address this.

    I don't know how they are allowed to conduct business in this state. It appears that they are taking pictures of random cars.

    They make sure the pictures are not clear so you can't see where the pictures are taken. 

    If they bully enough people to pay by threatening to take them to collections, they can still make a lot of money.

    This needs to stop!

    I paid $10 in cash to park in City of Roswell to to have dinner. I just received a notice from Professional Parking Management that I owe them $90 for parking in the lot. I do not save the little receipts the parking attendant gives to put in the window. I'm not sure if this is a scam, if the attendant was pocketing the money, or what but I paid for parking and feel this is a travesty.

    I received a parking charge notice in September 12 regarding a overstay. I attempted to check online the invoice only for it to tell me I have no balance due, I want the company to advise the BBB as they refuse to talk through third party but I am requiring of it that I do not in fact have a charge as the picture shows I do not have a bill to pay from them. Their website does not work to dispute nor pay anything if there was a payment; it just yells that it is a scam and when you ****** the website there are so many class action law suits. Please govern yourself accordingly and advise that there is in fact NO pending payment for my case.

    Today, I received notice of a parking ticket from this business at my residential parking where I have a displayed parking pass. Not to mention, my residential parking is gated and I have to enter a code to access it. The photos displayed with my ticket show me entering the public portion of our garage which you have to pass through before you reach the gate for residential parking. I attempted to dispute the charge including a photo of my vehicle with the parking pass and received a response from a no-reply account stating We cannot make a proper determination based on the information sent. We must be able to attach a payment to the date, tag, and the parking location. Please provide proof of payment with the details listed below for us to further consider this appeal. Naturally, since I was never parked in public parking to begin with such proof does not exist & the company provides no direct contact information on how to follow up on the matter. No email. No phone. A scam!!! In a parking garage that contains both public and residential parking, how are you determining that I have unpaid parking simply because you have a photo of me entering the garage?! I have to enter the garage to access my residential parking!
