      Do not hire *****! We contacted ***** after buying our first home and realizing there was an infestation. We called and they described to us the inspection they would do and the various methods of diagnostics/treatment/prevention theyd be able to perform. Our goal was to have the infestation addressed professionally before moving into our new home! A 3-4 week timeframe. The technician arrived AFTER the appointment window with no communication. When he arrived he told me he did not have the proper spraying equipment and had to improvise. No inspection was performed, he walked into the house and without warning started spraying the first floor. I didnt even have time to put a mask on or leave the room before he sprayed. He then sprayed the outside of the house, and handed me some glue traps and then left. As he was leaving he said I probably shouldnt go back into the house for a week. He did not even go to the basement or second floor of the home before he left.We called Orkin regional management who confirmed this was wrong, and that a full inspection should have taken place as well as treatment of the whole home. We were told someone would call us back. After getting no call back, WE called THEM daily with no response for four days straight. Now two weeks after that bad service we are still calling back!!! Daily! We were able to speak to another manager yesterday who approved a refund but told us someone would call us back to finalize. NOPE! Still no call back. No refund. The worst of it is, we are out of time and have to move into an infested home!!! ***** has made a terribly upsetting situation so much worse by their unprofessionalism and inept management. You can not rely on this company to do their job. Stay FAR away, and work with a local company instead. The local companies seem to have made an entire business out of fixing ****** mistakes.

      I'd give ZERO if I could! I've spent more time dealing with scheduling and rescheduling in 4 hours than anyone should have to do. I took Orkin as a pest control provider because I was told I could have someone out the same day for services. Less than an hour later the inspector called to reschedule. Then, and hour after that, while I was on the phone with ORKIN to make sure that having treatment BEFORE the inspection was okay, ***** called to tell me that they couldn't come at the promised appointment that was scheduled for 1/2 our from the time of the phone call because they didn't have any technicians available. I had to then call them back, and they explained that no one was available, so I just cancelled the appointment.Not that this should make a difference, but I am dealing with a serious illness in our family, and I don't have time to be jerked around like that by anyone. I explained the situation my family was in during my initial call with *****... apparently money is the bottom line when you company doesn't care enough and will still pull a "bait and switch" with people in dire straits.Shame on you!

      We hired ***** to eliminate "drain flies". The first bill was automatically charged to our cc for $250. This service included mosquito repellant. (we did not ask for it) The second treatment was $92 the following month. We cancelled the service due to it not working and the cost seemed really high for what we were getting. After some back and forth emails, they finally cancelled. The next month we received a bill for $37 and ***** stated that we were on a seasonal plan, and we owed the additional monies. I called the local office and they insisted that we did sign up for the mosquito treatment and there was nothing they could do.

      Management does not return messages and/or calls; sales rep does not return calls or emails. Over 20 messages and nothing. I can't believe they even have 2.91 stars, honestly.

      This company charges a lot of money and they DO NOT do their job! I have had a snake in my backyard for a month and they keep saying its not there. Every time l go out of my backyard, l make a video of a snake. The snake is there, Critter Control, snake is there!

      The technician is awesome. The customer service is horrible. The customer service representatives are rude, very unhelpful, nasty. ***** charged my card for more than what we agreed to and won't give me my money back. They admit they made a mistake but just keep saying their waiting for management to approve a refund. Been dealing with this for a long time. Never leave you credit card on file with them.

      I use Orkin for Pest Control on several properties. I had *************** prior to covid, but during covid I was stuck in one location while the bills went elsewhere so the annual *************** ended. I attempted to renew but was told it had been too long (despite my "covid" pleas) and I'd need a new **************** Fast forward a couple more years & another family member contacts ***** for **************** ***** comes out & performs the service but tells him his credit is no good, and they need MY signature instead. I look at that over-inflated garbage of a contract and refuse in no uncertain terms I could not sign such an egregious contract. I offer to pay for the service performed THAT day, and after going back & forth with the department head, he refused to alter the ************** even tho I still use Orkin for Pest Control, I'm in Orkin collections - even tho I NEVER SIGNED THEIR TERMITE CONTRACT. Getting a lawyer is my next step.

      Orkin in *********** and in *********** is the worst service I had in my life. ***** the Orkin tech came out with no phone call or text when he be at the house. So he just spray the outside and left. Then second time ***** from ***** he did not at all treat for the pest I have. So what am I paying for what services do Orkin offer to get rid of roaches?***** from ***** the tech was rude using my phone while I was on the phone talking to his manager. ***** the Orkin tech then said in front of the customer ge no longer wanted to service my house. ***** was very rude and not professional he did not explain to me what they did to get rid of the pest we have inside my house. Please do not use Orkin here in ******** ga or garden city.

      The manager does not call back for over two weeks with multiple calls and messages left. I have had bird issues for years never has been fixed. Horrible service.
