I had service by 3 different people from ***** based out of ************ due to a rat siting. The first person said that my attic was absolutely clear and, and only a couple droppings near my laundry and put down two bait traps. After another siting, a second person came out and said my attic was not clear, was very thorough and told me that they should leave bait in the attic in addition to sealing it up. It was also said that there was a wasp nest in the attic that needed treatment. I agreed to $1000 total, $750 for the exclusions and $250 for wasp treatment/nest removal. The third person came to do the exclusions, and did not bring their own ladder. They initially were going to tell me to re-schedule my service (that I had been looking forward to for over a week, on a Saturday and was scheduled for a 3 hour window of time). He spent about 1.5 hours at my house even though I was charged for 3 hours, and when I double checked everything, he said there were no wasps and he just kicked over a non-active nest. Therefore, I have been trying to reach the manager to receive a $250 refund for not performing that part of my service. No bait was ever left in my attic either. In addition, I have tried to reach the manager since June 25th, and I have not received a call back. Therefore, I want to cancel any remaining services because I cannot do business with a company who cannot call me back to resolve this.Rollins, Inc.

1 starAfter several years of service with ever increasing costs, we decided to cancel the termite service. I wrote cancel on the first bill, CANCEL on the second bill, and decided to ignore the third bill. Nevertheless, a technician came and tried to perform the service. Luckily I was home and told him no. Today a different technician showed up to remove the bait traps. The obvious punishment for canceling is the series of 3+ inch holes in my yard.Review fromCharles J

We own multiple houses that we rent, we have one primary house. We had service with ***** on numerous separate occasions and I called and explained this to customer service person and informed them numerous time to cancel the service agreement for one of my rental houses when we started renting the house in December 2023., I called in December and cancelled the account and service agreement.I got a call in MAY 2024, When we received notification that they scheduled a service for my rental home and again requested a cancellation, when they refused, I diverted the service to my sons house and informe dthem to cancel all service agreements and that I will request services per diem.We get an email tuesday that they are going to provide services at my rental home and I called and informed then the same story and they said they will cancel services.We get a call today and they are notifying us that they are going to go to MY TENANTS house to provide service and we called and were notified that they will go and provide service no matter what and we will be taken to collections if we refuse to pay.The customer service agents do not seam to document when a client calls to cancel service agreement in an effort to entrap us to keep getting services when we are repeatedly requesting cancellationRollins, Inc.

The worst business I have ever dealt with. I recently moved. I had Orkin come out on June 30 for evaluation for possible services. They treated for pests and mice and I signed up for a monthly recurring service. I made a payment that day Somehow now all of a sudden, I owe more than the agreed upon monthly service amount. I also needed wildlife management services as there are animals (raccoons, we heard them) in the chimney. I signed up for that service for $1600. The day the guys came out to do the service, they werent even aware they needed to use a scope to check for animals in there, obviously before sealing anything up. ***********, the one who set up these services hadnt been clear on what to do. I distinctly recall my conversation with *********** about how the wildlife service would be handled. Scope to check for an animal. Trap, remove and relocate and then seal the openings . The workers placed like a sheet metal thing on the roof by the chimney to verify if animals were coming in and out. They said they would come back to check and NEVER did. I contacted the area manager named ***** to discuss the matter. He had a guy Les call me. Les called me once and left a message. I had pancreatitis at the time, ill and couldnt take care of anything for about a week. I and my daughter called Les NUMEROUS times with no return phone call. I also left message with an 800 type number. I also called ***** numerous times and left messages. He apparently was out of town for awhile. I finally spoke with ***** on June 24 and he set up for someone to finally come out here today, June 27. They did. 5 minutes, if that, and didnt even knock on my door. And things STILL are not patched up. My card has already been charged $1600 with UNFINISHED services. Scam. I would stand outside and protest *****, at this point.I want my $1600 back for UNFINISHED SERVICES AND deceptive tactics by *********** the sales guy.Rollins, Inc.

horrible canceled 5 times still being charged - was told i was being transferred so i wouldn't incur contract renewal costs - still waiting- each time call i speak with a manager from the old branch and they "swear" they've done overtitling they can and its up to the new branch -i stay on hold for *************************************** they promise a call back - no response . I don't have all day to deal with this - still being charged 3 months into dealing with this. I can hear them laughing abut it in the background because no one knows what to do. I just want to cancel now no transfer just cancel me like i wanted refund me. now they finally transferred me as i write this and now i want to cancel and they cant from the original office its a nightmare with them. RUN FROM *****. shame because my guy was great but the admin is horribleRollins, Inc.

Never have I had a fast one pulled on me like this!I discovered an ant problem just recently, and ***** came up as one of my first few options as companies near me (************, ** area) so sometime just last Friday morning/afternoon, I filled out the form online to get a quote/schedule service. They explicitly told me that someone would be coming the next day (Saturday, 6/1) between noon and 2; LIES! They actually told me that it was for this coming Wednesday (6/5) and I told them that that will not work for me. Plus, I was NOT ready to get roped into a year long contract, which is what they seem to thrive off of. I have since found someone that is a truly local company, with the option that you should be able to get up front with *****, just a one-time service.So with all that in mind, I was like "OK, this isn't going to work for me; I want to go ahead and just get out of all this". This is when the nightmares have started, as I wasn't able to get a hold of ANYONE at my local branch so far! *******, I was able to get through to someone at the general customer service line to say that I wanted to cancel but despite that, I got emails and texts yesterday saying that I have upcoming service for this Wednesday.I am not happy at all right now, and I just want to get through to someone to cancel this upcoming service!Rollins, Inc.

I called Orkin for a treatment of ********* ants. I was repeatedly told different prices on the initial quote. When I called back to schedule treatment, I was told something different once again. When all was said and done, I had to do a contract for a year to be able to do one time treatments as needed. So, I did the full year. When the year was up, the service provider told me to contact ***** to make sure they just didnt renew another year. I called and they told me that in order to keep the price for one time services I would have to do another year contract. If I didnt do another year, I would have to pay $288 per service. This was after paying for a full year contract $120 ever 2 months plus a first time service fee. This is not what I was told so they sent me to the district manager. He told me that he has heard of people being told that, but its not true. He did nothing to rectify the situation. He said he was sorry and that he would get my account canceled. This is a very dishonest and scammy practice. The ants are gone for now, but I will not ever use Orkin again.Horrible customer service!Rollins, Inc.

1 starWe discovered termites in our home in April 2023. ***** came over and "treated" the issue. My husband expressed his concerns to the tech that was at our home that the treatment was not complete. He left out several stakes outside and did not treat anywhere inside the house. It took SEVERAL calls to get a tech to agree to come back out and agree to even put in the extra stakes around the perimeter of our house. Not even a full year later, before our warranty expired, the termites returned. We made a call, and a manager, L.T., came out, admitted to both of us that the first workers did not complete the job, leaving out the drilling in our sunroom. L.T. was visibly frustrated, saying he would take care of the situation, scheduled an appointment for drilling at no charge. No one showed the date of the appointment. My husband called L.T., who was, again, frustrated and could not believe that no one showed for the appointment. He told my husband that he would reach out to his manager about this. We never heard anything back from L.T. I called ***** again, talked to a man with a very strong accent, who told me, okay, ma'mm, we will get someone out there tomorrow afternoon. Again, No one showed. I called and talked to another manager, ******, who scheduled another appointment, and told me that due to the inconvenience, he would credit us a years' warranty. No one came to the THIRD appointment. I called ***** again, spoke to a man, I believe, named *****. He told me he would "come out and do the drilling himself" and scheduled an appointment. Well, today was that appointment, and they have NOT showed for a FOURTH time! I have called the receptionist at the ************* office multiple times today. She has supposedly attempted to contact "******" multiple times for me, but I never received any communication back from her if anyone was even coming out or not. I have called the Orkin Headquarters, filed a complaint with regional. We want a refund. We have been scammed.Review fromJeannene M

I have used ***** in ************* for the past 4 years. They did inside my home and mosquitoes in the summer. I got bed bugs in my home and they charged me ******* for the treatment. After 4 days adult bug was still found in my home. I took everything out of my house and broke all of the beds apart. All of the electric plates was removed from the wall. I was told that someone would come by the next day to check and no one ever came. I have no problem paying for a service and I try to trust professionals. This office is dishonest and not to be trusted. The ************ of ***** need to check this office. The person that runs this office should be fired. I'm really disappointed in what has happened because when I first started with them they were great. Please look into this office, they need to change. Zero stars is the true review.Rollins, Inc.
