2 stars***** does good work. Ill start with that. If they s**** up, they make it right. No issue with bugs, etc. since I started using them. They obliterated my flea issue. However, they told me I could finance the crawlspace encapsulation so I signed up for this financing. What they now have me on the hook for is a 17% loan for like $9.7k. At no point in time, anywhere, was the interest rate on this loan made known to me. So much so, I had thought it must have been interest-free. That whole experience was shady. Furthermore, I cant find the interest rate anywhere on my account with ******************** ******************* I had to calculate it myself before I knew how expensive that loan was. Bottom line is ***** needs to tell people clearly, up front, exactly what the terms of their loans are through Rollins. Its scummy. I shouldnt have signed the paperwork without confirming the interest rate, but even so, I shouldnt have to *calculate* it myself; it should be written somewhere! Dont let these guys talk you into loans, and you dont have anything to worry about.Review fromTheresa A

2 starsI called Orkin concerning termite service for a small outbuilding. Two salespeople came and advised it would be the same cost to treat the one building as it would to install in ground termite baits for the entire house. When I reviewed the service agreement billing, I noticed that they had not only charged me for installation and the first year's monitoring but also for 4 years, in advance, for monitoring which doubled the cost, and of which I was not informed nor did I agree to. I spoke with Rollins ********************** who referred me back to the local Orkin branch. I spoke with the Branch Manager and he agreed to drop the advance payment and credit my account. Later, I received billing from Rollins ********************** for payment on the full amount. I have contacted Rollins at least 3 times and gotten a different answer each time but was assured it would be taken care of. I received a second bill from Rollins stating my account was overdue. On April 4, I again spoke with the Branch Manager and by this time, having found the service to be unsatisfactory, I instructed him to cancel it completely. He agreed and said he would credit the entire amount. He also said he would send a tech to collect their in ground equipment. Later I checked the account online and saw that nothing had been changed. I again spoke to a **************** rep at the ********************** and was assured that a full credit had been issued. Two weeks later, I have now received a third bill from Rollins saying the payment on the full amount is 41 days overdue. The once trusted brand Orkin appears now to be a scam with Rollins **********************, a defacto loan company, as the muscle behind the billing. Each time I have contacted these entities they have blamed the other for the confusion and delays. All I ask of them is to cancel the account and stop billing me but to date, there has been no discernible action from either. It would be wise to avoid ***** due to their business practices.Review fromJim S

This company is dishonest and FRAUDULENT. They tried to tell my mother she had problems that she did not have. They gave her one, single treatment option that was nearly $32,000 (thirty-two thousand) for an "attic restore". A follow-up visit from a termite company with integrity was made the next week and they confirmed my suspicions. I have heard from others that this is not the first time ***** has done this. When questioned, the local Orkin manager told me that their inspector was new, so that they could avoid culpability for something they obviously condone. It is not an isolated dealing from what you can read below in other's comments.Rollins, Inc.

Tried to cancel services, told everything was cancelled, confirmed cancellation the next day with the technician. Then received automatic text message that my service was upcoming. I called and said I cancelled a month ago. They said there is no record of the cancellation and so I have to pay for another ************************************************************************************************ because I was now cancelled even though they were going to charge it. I then asked for confirmation of this second phone call cancellation and they said they dont do any confirmation. Seems like a very fraudulent trick to never let people cancel so they can keep charging your account.Rollins, Inc.

***** made a bad call when they accessed our home for mice from the beginning and now won't take responsibility. We had a 3 floor townhouse. I noticed a few mouse poops in the garage but since I had hamsters I wasn't positive. Then mice p*** showed up in my son's closet. Then in our kitchen/living room. We called Orkin and scheduled for December 26th. The tech insisted we only had 1 or 2 mice and wrote the contract that way although I said their were more. Within weeks we had mouse f**** in the closets, bathrooms etc. on the 3rd floor. Mouse s*** on our stove and kitchen counters. Mice eating thru boxes and bags of food. **** coming out and playing while we ate or watched tv. My son woke up with one on his bed. Orkin stuck to their original plan, setting out a few traps here and there. The last tech that came never even came in the house or checked any traps. Just socialized for 15 min. or so and left. I asked if he needed to see and he said "nah". At that point we began looking to move. Moving suddenly cost us thousands of dollars. We had not prepared for 1st and last, moving trucks and men. appliances since the new house didn't come with them. New beds because we were afraid of what lived in our mattresses. Bags of clothes with f**** and **** on them thrown out. I have photos of it all. I spoke to a "manager" and he admitted ***** screwed up. He offered us all our money back. 6 weeks later we have received nothing and were told the check is "lost". Now he's not returning my messages. I was offered approx. $500 for this fiasco. We are in debt to our eyeballs now. I no longer feel as tho having our money returned is sufficient. We are in debt due to *****'s incompetence and they should be held responsible. Never, ever, ever use Orkin. BTW...they never managed to kill even one mouse.Rollins, Inc.

Do not use ***** services out of the Lebanon, **** location. I cannot speak on other locations but this location has incompetent workers and manager. I continue to have issues with them even though I canceled all services going forward at least 4 months ago. They continue to try and charge me for services they did not and have not provided. ******* 2023 was our last service provided. They said they would come back to spray our back yard due to the dogs. They never returned to spray but still charged me $170. I canceled their services I believe in December 2023, after they continued to try and make me pay for the ******* services they never finished. This is now ***** 2, **************************************** the mail for $170 for ***** services. First, I canceled months ago. Second, it is only the 2nd day of ***** and there have been no service technicians at my home so how am I getting a bill for ***** ****************************************** rendered? I have asked to speak with the manager on multiple occasions since November 2023 and have yet to receive a call back. Do not use this company. Save your money and go elsewhere. They are crooks.Rollins, Inc.

IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE AMOUNT OF STARS, I WOULD! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE BEHAVIOR OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. **************** AND ******* is a JOKE! They have raised our price 3 times in less than a year and lied about services performed when no one was in the building to let them in twice in the last 6 months. When cancelling our services this morning, ***********************, the "customer relations specialist" had no apology for the errors or price increases and just immediately cancelled service. In follow up emails, she was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I have reported this office to the Orkin corporate office and will be taking all necessary steps to make sure they don't treat anyone else in this manner.Rollins, Inc.

We had a ******** ** branch inspector come and look at our house for infestation after recently purchasing the house. He found evidence of infestation. We went over everything for solutions, and then provided all costs on notebook paper. I expected that we'd receive a hard breakdown at some point of itemized labor and costs, but that was (and apparently can't be) provided (super unprofessional and disappointing for such a large company). We are given different numbers and different excuses every time we call. We were charged over $3,000 for work. We decided to cancel a part of the service for cost reasons, believing that the $3,000 would go down, but it didn't. We were in an extended warranty (we realized later), but to our surprise and frustration, the manager informed us the warranty comes automatically with purchase of the service - there was no other, more reasonable option. This is where the bulk of the cost stems. This was made far worse when the manager came to finish what failed to be done (as we were being charged for unfinished work) and found that the evidence of infestation was old. Why are we being forced into an extended warranty - with no negotiation - for a problem that no longer exists? And why was the inspector unable to tell the difference between new and old evidence of infestation?? Worse, the inspector made sure to fearmonger us by warning that if wasn't taken care of, our house could burn from an electrical fire from chewing. The traps caught but one mouse over months. It's also very hard to get ahold of a manager and the inspector. Further, Rollins is telling us today that they called us months ago (they did not) and that we must create an online profile with them in the next hour (!?) to keep with payments. I am happy to pay for services done, but the extended warranty cost needs to be removed due to 1) most importantly, there is no problem, and 2) the complete mishandling of the job by inspector and sealing/cleaning crew. Please resolve.Rollins, Inc.
