***** has for the past two years been doing unauthorized debiting of my bank account at higher charges without notifying me of any price change. When I realized I called them to complain about what they did and asked them to cancel my subscription, which they did immediately. Surprisingly, they then deleted the payments history from my Orkin account except the last invoice, which I refuse to pay. I consider that they should be the ones owing me money, not the reverse. Now they are threatening to send me to collection. I want them to stop the bullying and harassment. I have copies of the correspondence we exchanged as well as a copy of my Orkin account payments history.Rollins, Inc.

HomeTeam for pest control? for termite service? Honest?1, Pest Control: I called, emailed and texted HomeTeam business telling them I don't want to renew my contract when it expires and I don't need the service. My contract expired and I was out of town. When I returned home I saw the bill from HomeTeam charged me for the work done around the house. I called the office telling them that I've record of communication and would not pay the bill.2, **************** the service was paid by home builder for the 1st year. As a new home owner I didn't want to enter a new contract with HomeTeam. Office people told me that a tech will be sent out to remove all bait stations around the house if I don't have a contract with HomeTeam. I told them to show me any legal doc that HomeTeam can do so. They couldn't provide that. Last week neighbors told me that all bait stations around their houses were secretly removed. Will HomeTeam also secretly remove PestControl system built inside our new home if we don't use their service?Rollins, Inc.

Dear Mr. ************ (*********************************) am reaching out to you to offer some explanation on some of the complaints you put in your review to the BBB.
We did not remove your stations. According to our records we never scheduled the removal of the Sentricon stations from your property. This was due to your strong stance that the stations were yours and we were not allowed to remove them.
Our call center has spoken with you about keeping the stations and the warranty after your free year was up. They spoke to you on 4/28/2023. They also sent you letters on 4/26/2023, 4/5/2023 and 3/1/2023.
I reached out to you on 8/1/2023 about your termite warranty when you had concerns about renewing it. I explained to you how the warranty works. At that time you told me you did not want the warranty and I explained we would have a technician to come out and remove the stations if they were not being monitored like the product label states they should be. Again, I did not schedule this due to your belief that the stations were yours and you did not want us to remove them.
You are correct we dont have an agreement with you for the Sentricon stations. Our agreement is with the builder that had us install the stations for termite protection on your home. An agreement between our company and you would only be signed if you chose to keep the warranty and service after the first complimentary year.
You spoke with our Sales Manager on March 10th about not renewing your pest control service once your first year of pest control service was over. Your home was serviced for pest control in July when it should not have been. Once we realized this I wrote off the service since you did not want it. No money was collected for this service and you were not sent to any reporting agency. You have no active services with HomeTeam Pest Defense.

Not worth the money! And good luck getting out of your contract! I had to make 3 phone calls, talked to 3 different people, was told each time a manager needs to speak to me to cancel the contract - manager isn't available, they will call you back within 24 hours. Two phone calls and I didn't receive a call back from a manager. Third call to *****, again manager wasn't available - I said I wasn't hanging up until the contract was canceled. Phone attendant got the okay to cancel my contract from her supervisor because no manager was available. Very poor customer service. I fulfilled my year long contract, made every monthly payment on time and they make you run in circles to cancel your contract. Ridiculous! I would give zero stars if I could.Rollins, Inc.

I live in West Central ** with my wife. In the summer of 2023, her brother came and lived with us due to having an "infestation" of the insect springtail. Her brother had some technician from ***** come out to his house and spray the perimeter of the inside of his house every month during the summer. He eventually went back to living in his house only to move back into my house at the end of October 2023 due to the "infestation" not getting any better. Her brother has mentioned that ***** uses the motto "We're not satisfied until you're satisfied". ***** is doing nothing but taking his money when he is living off of a fixed income. Whatever technician keeps going to the house to spray and lay glue traps down is beyond insistent that the insects that are on the glue traps are springtails. It is very hard to identify a springtail with the naked eye because it is such a small insect. ***** has sent my brother-in-law multiple surveys, but he does not do them. He will not fill them out and tell them what he thinks of the service he is getting. My wife and I have been telling him for months to drop their service because all they are doing is taking his money and not caring one bit. He has admitted to his sister and me that he is less than satisfied with the service but does not do anything about it. The Orkin technician is full of **** and will not admit what kind of insect it is that is getting stuck on the glue trap. My wife and I do not know what kind of training these technicians get, but one thing is for certain, they are having absolutely no problems taking my brother-in-laws money. My brother-in-law has been told that if he wants to cancel their service he would have to give a 30-day notice which is total BS. If it were possible to give this company a zero-star rating, that is what they would get. If they do not know what kind of insect is "infesting" his house, then why are they still spraying and laying glue traps when their method is not working?Rollins, Inc.

I called the ************ requesting service, the receptionist assured me that ***** would take excellent care of my problem. When the technician arrived from the ************** office to treat a mice problem, she had no foam or traps. She spent one hour pointing to entry pathways and suggested I replace my kitchen cabinets and, until then, place a towel in the area. I was charged $388.00. I wrote to the office with copies of her treatment and photos. I followed up with a phone call. After receiving no response, I called the corporate office. They referred me to the Manager. ***** answered my call and, within seconds, started shouting at me and insisted my dispute was worthless because I had signed the contract. He informed me he would listen to the phone call with their receptionist and call me back. He did not, when I called him he again displayed rancorous rage and hung up on me. BBB whos overseeing whether or not the consumers are being excessively overcharged for Orkin products and services. I have a 1000 square foot home and only needed minor exterminator maintenance materials. First, was mentioned before we visit your home, we must obtain your credit card info just for reference, stated it would not be necessary to use at the moment but this is a requirement. Information provided. ***** representative view home, charge $157, which was paid by check; few days later $157 was charged to credit card (which was promised that it would not be used) Nevertheless long story short the 2nd $157 charge was refunded. Only to add an additional outrageous amount indicating I would need additional work completed for a total of $3,858.00.Really, Really? It was mentioned that I definitely needed the work done or it would result into worse damage and if I didnt have the money upfront I would have to take out a loan. I felt pressured, took the loan option! Dont let this happen to you!!!!Rollins, Inc.

The Region Manager has reviewed the exclusion service that was completed at the Fishers home, which consisted of removing and replacing damaged insulation, closed gaps, and holes on exterior of the home to close rodent entry and cleaned and sanitized the crawl space including box *****. He also reviewed the total charge of $3,858,00 which was priced correctly at ****** standard rate card price. Critter Control Do not trust the salesman that comes to your house. You do not get paperwork or fill out any loan papers. He sent something to my computer, and I told him I could not open it. *********** way over charged me, and the company knows it and has NOT done a thing about. I have close to a ********* bill. I have repeatedly made phone calls and all they do is ignore and delay addressing the overage. They supposedly have a Satisfaction Guaranteed, but I am not satisfied and even asked the District Manager for my money back.Rollins, Inc.

I manage a portfolio of medical office buildings. We acquired a building where Orkin was the service provider for pest control services. As we worked through getting a contract in place, we requested services in the interim for an issue that needed immediate attention. I could not get the account manager to respond or confirm via email that we would be able to obtain the services requested within the timeframe needed, so in writing, I requested for ***** to disregard my previous request for service, as we decided to move forward with a pest control company with whom we already had a relationship, and who could immediately respond to the service need. ***** subsequently sent service technicians out on 3 separate occasions, after multiple written requests to disregard any prior service requests. We have recently received a notice for lien on the property, and ***** will not stop visiting the property to provide unauthorized and uncontracted services.Rollins, Inc.

The first couple times ***** came out, they notified us via email several days prior and then a text message rhe morning of. Then, we started getting no notification they were coming, just a text saying we're here. This was also not during the 4-6 time frame we had requested. After multiple calls to the local office, and several rude people we spoke to, we canceled our service. Seems like something shady is going on when they don't want anyone at home to do the outside and when you're paying for treatment of outside perimeter and inside, they are charging you full price but only doing half the service. I definitely would not recommend this company.Rollins, Inc.

Would give zero stars .I was literally forced to renew my contract or I would not be able to sell my property .My property has a current termite contract and ***** refused to release my inspection report unless I renewed for another year . Literally a week before my closing on my houses.I was told this is their unwritten company policy .I was also told in writing although my policy is active, I was required to renew my policy in order to have a copy of my report for the closing company . We paid the renewal fee as our Holme would not sell without the report but we paid to renew a policy for a property next weeek we willl no longer own . This is unacceptable and unethical . To make matters worse ***** actually documented this via email . When asked where this was in writing , the office manger kindly told us that it was not on the contract ; rather just something the company does . How can a company have a contract without terms specified .I own many rental units and willl never ever use ***** again .I am shocked that the freely admit in writing and document this because they are actually admitting that were were forced into paying for an additional contract even when we had a current policy. So orkin is aware , I was told by the office manager that this is ***** standard . The company we used was a private franchise and they need ethics and customer service training to say the least .Rollins, Inc.

The Branch Manager contacted you to discuss your concerns and explained that you were paying to renew your coverage so that the home was covered for the period that the **** report required us to cover the property. He explained that ***** is liable to protect the home according to state law for 90 days after releasing the letter and that we as a local business require coverage on the home for that period of time due to the liability.
The manager further explained that the Wood infestation report is a separate service from her termite coverage and that we only offer it for homes that are covered with our protection. He offered to refund the remaining 9 months of coverage that they would not benefit from and that he would address her concerns with our office and their communication in handling this concern.
