      If I could rate a BIG ZERO, I would. Paid Orkin in ********, Branch #***, over $10,000 for an attic clean out and termite tenting ten months ago and am still struggling to get the service I was promised. The attic clean out was horrible. Rushed work. Entry points were not sealed and the technicians damaged our duct work in the attic. We no longer receive any air flow coming out of the vents in our home. 2 months after the attic clean out after multiple attempts to have ***** return to seal the entry points they neglected, we had a bee infestation after a bee colony entered one of the three entry points not sealed. I had to pay another $1,700 to have the bees and honeycomb removed. I contacted ***** and when the service manager finally came out (after months of calls and texts) to check the attic, he confirmed with pictures on his phone that the entry points in fact were not sealed. It has been four months and no update on my claim for reimbursement. The service manager stated he was waiting to communicate with the bee company. I called the bee company and they have not heard from Orkin. Now still trying to resolve that issue along with the damaged duct work in my attic that is preventing us from using our heater to have any heat in our home! We are literally surviving on portable heaters in every room! Our home warranty will not cover or repair since it is evident from their inspection that the damage was not due to normal wear and tear but negligence by the Orkin technicians. Both the sales representative, who ironically no longer works for *****, and the sales manager have treated us as though we are liars, and scammersthey have challenged our honesty and integrity, denied their responsibility, made false claims to have made attempts to contact us in the past, and have failed on numerous occasions to follow through after numerous calls and complaints. No customer service number online gets you the support you need to resolve your complaints. AVOID Orkin!!!

      ***** took over the smaller local business that I was using for pest control. The price continues to go up while they do the same thing they've done for the past 6 years. Over the past two years, the cost has gone up almost $30 per visit. I think it's time I found another company. I don't want to hear about "inflation" because nothing warrants that kind of price increase per visit.

      If I could give them a zero stars I would. I have had ***** for about 6 years. Today a tech came over when I was not home. I received an email saying that service was complete. When I called Orkin I was told that the tech completed the outside service. I told the person on the ph that I never get outside service and even if I did that my gate was locked so that couldn't possibly be true. I was charged for a service that I did not receive. So that is fraud. A manager is supposed to reach out to me but all I want is a refund. If I don't get that I'm reporting it as fraud to my bank. I'm canceling Orkin and going with another company.

      "OVERPRICED SCAMMERS" "UNPROFESSIONAL EXTERMINATORS" (DAMAGED PROPERTY) I only have a 900 sq ft. home and was charged over $6,000.00 for them to vacuum up old insulation and bat f**** and seal spots where bats could be entering. I asked one of the guys of the two who came, is my roof leaking anywhere that you could see? He said, oh, I don't know, I don't do that kind of work. I knew then patching or construction of my attic wasn't taking place to keep bats out. The 2 guys wore white hazmat suits and respirator masks to not inhale old insulation/feces which is normal but what was he doing just standing there while the other guy sprayed insulation in? For over $6,000.00, the same worker accidentally stepped through my bedroom ceiling tile and fixed it with caulk. He apologized profusely saying, ************ would make it right for the damage that was done". The Manager *** contacted me after my first post on BBB and said, well, we just can't find anybody to come and fix such a small job, but we'll work on it. That was over a year and 3 months ago, I'm still staring at the crack and paying off the loan with my bank, their loan had crazy high-interest rates. This is my second post on BBB and I see an A+ on their rating. I don't know how?!*

      Terrible service and ZERO accountability. Spent $4000 on their treatment plan only to have house infested within the warranty period...they refused to address and demanded another $600 to even look into their failures. Over $40,000 in damages later and they still refuse to honor their warranty. This company should be avoided and not trusted. There are MUCH better services providers in this space than this firm

      I am reading through the reviews and the same thing happened to my mother. She is 87 years old and was taken advantage of. ***** did not communicate to her that this service (which ended up being three different service transactions) would add up to $12,000 and more. I (her daughter) was told in the beginning of this that they would help my mother understand what was going to happen with the crawl space and the treatment for rat/mice infestation. My mother said she kept getting a different bill every other day. Upon talking with Rollins, Inc. it turns out that she had three different accounts and each account had a different payment. Now she is stuck with interest accruing every day she doesn't pay the bill. She lost her husband last March and she is on a fixed income and she would have never agreed to all of this trickery if she knew it was going to cost her so much.I have tried talking with ***** about this whole mess and they do not return my calls. My mom said that one of the technicians there was keeping in touch with but now he also has just disappeared. I will never recommend this company to anyone as long as I live. Something needs to be done before she loses all of her money in the bank.

      I have tried to cancel my contract several times as my pest problem. I explained I dont want another technician to put down more traps and that they have pulled out my fridge to put traps behind and pulled out my stove which had caused a gas leak in my line. I have been threatened with collections if I do not pay the final bill for a service that has not worked.

      This company is fraudulent in the services they provide. I had a tech come for months stating he wouldnt be doing anything until I cleaned my house better. The tech stated that not matter what he does now, it wont matter because the immigrants that live there were dirty. He kept repeatedly making comments regarding people from over the border not being civilized and trashing my house. The house is a lived in house cleaned daily, its a normal house. The tech would constantly speak in a misogynistic tone towards me as a woman. He had said, now that youre not working you might be able to actually clean. He made comments regarding my toddler son and me coddling him when I picked him up after falling. This company is complete B.S. this tech was at my house for 20 minutes *** just telling me it was too dirty. This tech also showed up at my residence unannounced after I had told him I needed to reschedule. He showed up unannounced and had no disregard for my husband not being home. This racist tech had the audacity to continually badmouth my family the dirty immigrants. This tech didnt nothing to assist with a remedy for my pest problem, he instead bashed my family. Pekn is a zero star company to all people of color and immigration status as well as women.

      Rip-off and unfair people! Ok i had orkin services for about 2 years or better and 2 of the employees came out and disrespected my home and my family. I reported it and the manager gave me a refund to butter me up to stay. But later about 2 months, they stop doing my home for 5 whole months! Yes 5 months, no service and no call. So in septemeber of 2023 a guy call my phone and said he was at my home to spray for orkin services. I immediately stop him from talking and said no sir, no one came out for 5 months so I'm not wanting the services. He looked it up and saw I was right so he told me he would look into it and get back with me and he told me he was a manager. NO called then on October 14th between 10am and 12 I got a text saying orkin is on the way to my home. I'm at the fair with my grands so I tried calling these people and no one answered. I knew I tried at lease 2 times and left a message. No call ! Ok then I get another text the orkin tech is at my home. Ok but I'm not there so they can't do any service but i didnt authorize anyone to do it. I talk to the guy who came out in September 2023 to try to do service and I refused because he did say he could spray my outside and I said no. So about 20 mins later,I get another text saying they finish my service. How? I'm not home and I had already refused the service in septemeber. So I called and left messages over and over for the manager ***** and he wouldn't call me back at all. So then one of the women I spoke to over the phone told me they will clear the charge and I was ok but I'm not wanting the service like I said. She immediately said oh well I can't remove the charge because you not wanting service! What? Huh? I never authorized anymore services period! Now they sent my name to collections to mess up my credit score, how dirty can this company get. What they are aiming for.is the refund back because they know they didn't do any services and they need to be held accountable for their actions and lies.

      We heard scratching in our attic and called Orkin to take a look. They said we had a mice infestation and required a full insulation replacement. They told us they'd replace all the blown insulation and batting, decontaminate the attic, and replace it with their cellulose insulation that is rated at an R-49 at 13" with an entrapment in the crawl space.We were not given a contact. This contract was supposed to be emailed on 12/27/2023 and has never been emailed. We received a copy on 12/30/2023 after the work had been completed. This took us asking the installer upon arrival, calling the main office 3 times, calling the salesman 7 times, and texting the sales person 3 times before speaking to the insulation man 4 more times to receive it. (That's 19 times)During the installation the workers did not remove the batting. They said that wasn't included. We still did not have paperwork. After 4 calls between an installer and a district manager they agreed to do the work but acted as if they were giving us a "free deal" which was absolutely not true. They could not replace our insulation that day and left us without insulation while the temperatures outside dropped to the 30s. The house could get warm because of the lack of insulation and racked up a hefty electric bill.We were told that a licensed electrician would be called after the insulation was removed to see if mice damaged the wires. ***** (who are not licensed electricians) determined an electrician did not need to be called and went ahead with the insulation installation. There was chew damage to the wires that they did not acknowledge.We are still missing batting that wasn't fully replaced.We were charged for Orkin's yearly pest control service without ever signing paperwork (they confirmed this) and a service man lied and reported that he did a home visit. No one came.***** claims that we only pay once we are satisfied and the job is completed. And we aren't satisfied and the job wasn't finished.
