I pay Orkin to spray inside and outside of my home. They have no problem. Charging me for the service. Although when they come, they usually only spray the front part of my house, neglecting the backyard sides of my house and inside. If they show up at all. Today I had a scheduled appointment between 4 PM and 6 PM. I called the company at 5:30 PM to find out what time they would be here. I was told 15 minutes later at 545 PM as there are finishing Home . They never showed nor did they call or cancel the appointment. The company closed at 6 PM and they went home. No one showed to spray my house in sight or out. And they were not at the office to talk to.Like I said they have no problem. Taking the payment for service they do not do. I am still under contract with them for at least one more year. The way they run business is unacceptable.Rollins, Inc.

Miserable service! We started out with an independent service who then sold to Orkin. Orkin proceeded to raise our rates with no notice and cut the service to one time a quarter. We originally received service every month for a rate of $300 per year. We just got a bill for one service during the month of Oct. for $117.99. The last service consisted of approximately 10 min of spraying the outside of our home and that was it! Terrible! I would not recommend this business. Go independent! Looks like my experience is consistent with the majority of other customers. Stay away!Rollins, Inc.

- Service history review, quarterly services, PDS if no one is home, we do encourage interior services, callbacks between services at no additional charge, the manager apologized if this was different than what you remembered, offered to make it right in any way that we could.
- Discussed their decision to cancel services at the end of October.
- Offered to personally come out and provide an additional one-time service at no charge to better position their home for the upcoming colder months.

I hired Orkin at the being of year. There are two homes on this property. My son's house has the bug issues, my husband and I live in separate house. We were told Orkin would be out regularly till his problem is resolved. At the being they came out in 6 wk routine, then after the last treatment in early spring I called, and they never showed. I called again and was told they had labor issues. My husband and I were out of town. But my son was here to let the technician in if they came. They never called never showed. I call in ************* they never showed. I called again spoke to a manager and he agreed they would be out to treat the houses. Finally, someone came out, that was the last time someone showed up. I called and spoke to a woman and told her this was not working out and don't charge my credit card. Then I get a statement for October and November, and they were charging me double for both houses, Now, my husband calls and cancelled the contract due to their poor service, He told the person we are not getting service quit charging us. This week we get a bill for double and December. Help me stop this madness.Rollins, Inc.

Horrible customer service. Horrible service! I am a new customer and received the worst servicer from them. The manager did not handle the issue as he advised - all he stated was he put in a request. The price I signed up for was doubled. I would not recommend them their servicers or to do business with them.Rollins, Inc.

This company is a joke. I called to have them come out same day and treat a rodent issue and the main number signed me up, sends me out a contract and promises me timeframe for service to come out and even takes a credit card. Shortly after I get a call from some rude woman in the local ******* office that the main number doesnt control scheduling and they cant have someone out till next week?? I called and cancelled my contract immediately and went with Terminix. This company over promisese and from what I am reading on their reviews, is not the place you want to do business with anyway. I am very disappointed with the service that Orkin provided at my home. I had only one appointment and was so disappointed from start to finish. I asked for a different technician for the next visit but they couldnt arrange this bc the manager was unresponsive and would not call me back. I asked to reschedule my 2nd Appt bc I would not be home and didnt want to leave my back gate open. On the day of the original Appt I got a confirmation email stating the Appt was confirmed for that day even though I called to reschedule. They said oh h*** just do the outside but I told them the reason and it wouldve been the technician I asked not to return to my home. Finally got through to them and it was cancelled but then I was still charged anyhow. I was charged $130 for a service appointment that never occurred bc I was on auto pay and I have not been successful with getting a refund. I feel like I got scammed the whole way through. Dealing with Orkin has been an awful experience - the area manager is unresponsive. Ive made so many phone calls and left so many messages. Huge waste of time!Rollins, Inc.

Hired Orkin for a one time visit to spray for ants. **** (Service Tech) showed up on time, performed his job and billed me $408, which I paid cash. He also said that a follow up visit at no extra charge, would be done in a few weeks. **** came back a few weeks later and resprayed area. Later that month, I received a bill for $175.99, which I called **** to ask why. **** said to ignore it and I did. I should also mention that Orkin charged my credit card for the initial visit charge of $408, but after calling them, they reimbursed my card. On my October credit card bill, Orkin charge me $175.99 for the revisit. I called them and informed them that the revisit was at no change, according to ****. They said **** had no right to make that statement and I said that's not my fault and asked for the refund, they refused. They said that I have a monthly contract and I said that I do not. I asked for them to send me proof of a contract, that I never signed and they said they don't require a signature. I said that's ridiculous and fraudulent. Stay away from this companyRollins, Inc.

Thank you for your feedback, the Region staff called and spoke with ************ regarding the recent service charge, and it was determined that the initial service should have been changed to a one-time service, per Mr. ***** request. *********** frequency was not updated and therefore resulted in another service being done. We have refunded the charge for September and canceled the account.************ has the Regions contact information should he need further assistance.
