1 starHired them to do a spider extermination at a new home we just purchased. They charged $300 for this one-time service.I was at the property a week later, spiders still running around, as well as several other varieties of insects (silverfish, carpet beetles, moths mostly).The treatment receipt states a "money-back guarantee"Obviously, I was less than impressed only one week later with no results.When I attempted to contact the company, the phone was not answered, and VM was full.They finally called me a week later and offered to retreat and tried to tell me that the only way to get full results is to hire them to treat every OTHER month for a substantial ($129) fee.I informed them I had already hired another company since their treatment did not work.They did NOT stand by their money-back guarantee, the guy actually hung up on me.So I guess now I need to file a complaint. 1 starI'd give them 0 stars if I could. Trusted this company to do insulation under trailer home. Got the bid, and agreed to the work. The first time they were out they didn't finish. We were quoted a one day job. The general manager then told us this was their first time doing any type of insulation under a trailer home. We asked so then why did you bid this out and say you could do it? We allowed them to come back a second time to finish their work which they did not YET again and the insulation was completely installed incorrectly. Large holes were not covered, they shoved insulation into u shapes and left whole beams/sections uncovered with no paper supporting any of the "newly laid" insulation. We then called customer service and requested a regional manager to come out. 3rd time they stated they finished but had installed the covering for the insulation incorrectly and yet again left half of the trailer still yet uncovered. Left paper and insulation out in the rain that they were going to put under the trailer. We are having inside work done and when we opened the vents there was no insulation just the lining. This company is incompetent. The general manager ***** doesn't know anything and when we spoke our concerns she stated "well we told you we had never done this before" that *** be correct but they stated that after the fact of already starting the job. We have now fired this company and are looking else where. Please DONT trust these people. Just because a big name company backs them doesn't mean they won't s**** you over. This is a $4,000 job that we WILL not be paying for.Review frompamela c

Treated carpet areas for flea activity and treated common areas in home. Another scheduled follow up appointment set for Monday 10/23. 1 starI would give them less than one star if I could. Do NOT work with Orkin ********. Their call center overpromises and their local offices underdelivers. This establishment operates what I think is a bait and switch. The person sent to inspect was not observant, we had to point out everything. He lacked a sense of urgency and kept saying he needed to wait for approval although we booked Orkin for these tasks. When I called the support team, they were missing all of the notes left by a woman named ***** who sounded knowledgeable and told me about a treatment plan that could cover 15 pests (we called in for bees/yellowjackets) and she assured us this was protected. As soon as the inspector came, he said the issue required additional services. We called customer service, and they were able to quickly find the notes and mentioned it was improperly logged. Once they confirmed the job, we had to wait another 30+ minutes for the inspector to confirm with his local office. He seemed liked he didnt want to do the job at all and was trying to run the clock. **************** was shocked he was doing nothing. When speaking with the local office, they refused to do what the call center confirmed would happen. We wasted almost 2 hours, and nothing was done.I asked the local office why the call center would confirm services and Orkin ******** would refuse. I was told the call center is nationwide and not local which I understood but stressed to them that they should have noted that in my call. I asked why both Orkin corporate and Orkin ******** arent communicating with each other, they seem reluctant to engage. I had the call on speakerphone so the inspector could hear them confirm they misrepresented the services promised. Orkin is a fraudulent business. Orkin and Orkin ******** are running a scam.Incredibly poor customer service. Shady business practices.Review fromJeff G

I am not the person that leaves bad reviews. I believe in customer service and fixing problems. I work in customer service for a living, but this is different. This is far worse than any "fix". This is a full on scam. A perverted practice carried out day after day. When you scam my family and town, I'm forced to say something. You are scamming the wonderful people of Cedarcreek, ********** and countless others. Many are elderly and have no idea that you're scamming them. They are unaware of how often you are charging them and "dropping by". You have adopted the practice of revisiting the same people and locations every week or as little as three days. Not only do you charge them for the service, you endanger their lives with toxins and poisons. These "treatments" you provide are not meant to be delivered week after week, 72 hours after 72 hours. Any respectable company would question how even one 72 hour visit after the other was even legally possible, but you continue one visit after the other. You send different technicians everytime to prevent issues with your illegal activity. We reached out to *********************** with a plea and request for answers. He fully understood the situation and presented a "what's one customer" outcome. We requested "please just stop". Unfortunately days later they came again with a dumbfounded look. Stop visiting our elderly neighbors and charging them over and over. If we had more time/money or more willingness to legally fight you we would. Instead I will have to write a testimony of your wrong doings. The things your very employees apologize about. The very reason your best employees quit and move on. You are scamming and swindling good people because "you can". That is not going to go unnoticed anymore. Your response will be to ask for accounts of what has happened and we have saved everything. You kept sending more people day after day to the same locations. I apologize to all the good people who may work at Orkin. This is wrong.Rollins, Inc.

1 starOn January 2019, approximately, ***** from Orkin was in my attic and he broke a water pipe in my attic. I asked him to come down and help me get the main water line turned off. He did not do that and remained in the attic for a long time while I had to get a T bar from my garage and turn the water off. My ceiling in my living room began falling down and crumbling and this cause a great deal of damage to my home and a lengthy time out of my home.I now have PTSD from the trauma. On top of all of this I told *********************** at Rollins that I wanted to get a second opinion from my insurance Travelers. Before I could make a decision on which company to go with, Rollins, pulled out and gave it to Travelers.I was also accused of not being the home owner by a Rollins insurance adjuster named, ***************************. He told me a lot of my belongings that were damaged were not new also. I know they were not new, but I did not want my things destroyed. Travelers who I will make a complaint on also closed my case before I could get back in the home and assess all damages. My dishwasher does not work as of the damage. It was fine before and a recently new Whirlpool. I have ruled out electrical and plumbing and this is another cost out of my pocket and Travelers only paid for one month of a hotel cost. I had to eat out and my dog and I were on the streets basically staying in hotels and my car left me stranded a few times. I had to pay for boarding or hotel costs for my dog too.This cost my way more than I was compensated and getting a survey on the home before getting back into it and mold assessment.I would like to be compensated properly and have Rollins work with Travelers since they pushed all on Travelers without my consent.Review fromJacqueline T

1 starI am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by Orkin and the fact that I was lied to I been received no service none at all i sign up in April and no one showed up to spay my building until august at this point i had already got another company because they say they were coming out within a week i called no answer and then on top of every thing they are trying to charge me when they did not do what they said they were going to doReview fromVi T

1 starI did NOT receive the service I was promised on the phone. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get my money back but no one returns my calls or emails. Now I have had their monthly charge applied to my card on top of the original $350! This company overcharged and misrepresented their "services" and does not address customer concerns but ignores them and continues to charge fees for services NOT RENDERED! 1 starI paid almost $4k. They did an extremely sub par job despite multiple attempts to correct their mistakes. Months later and I am still doing my own exclusion, trapping mice, and paying them for doing absolutely nothing. They were terrible.
