      ZERO STARS I had contracted them to seal our crawl space, install a dehumidifier and a new sump pump (that was supposed to be free of charge). They did not complete the job on the first day as contracted and had to come back a second time. They have still not completed the job over a month since they first arrived.They also damaged part of our vapor seal in the crawl space and left garbage down there used to seal the space. On top of that they are claiming the damage was already there before they had been there, it was not. I am still waiting for the team to come back out to attempt to fix the issues. The NEW sump pump I was receiving for free in our contract was never installed and I was not notified of this. I had to call them out to say that it was clearly not a new one. They are still yet to give me an answer as to how/why this is the case. The dehumidifier was installed incorrectly, it is off to one side of the crawl space and not centered, so it does not even cover the entire space as needed. On top of off of the issues I have had with the work that was "done" the most disappointing and disrespectful part is the utter lack of communication. No matter how many texts, phone calls or emails I send I never hear back in a timely fashion if at all. The manager reached out to me personally to say I can call him at any time for issues or concerns. He does not answer unless it involves payment and even screened my call today to send me directly to voicemail. They have been trying to charge me for a job that is not complete and issued a credit that is unacceptable. I have had to babysit them and spend countless hours trying to get this resolved and it is still an issue. Someone is coming to our house today to "fix" the issues but I doubt all of my issues will be resolved or corrected. There are not enough characters for me to fully express how unprofessional and bad my experience has been.

      Very professional and they do their job accurately and they listen to their customers.They responded & resprayed promptly when we saw some spiders. Weve been with them for more or less than 7 years.

      I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated by orkin and the fact that I was lied to be the customer service representative and I emailed the district manager *********************** on July 26 and I have yet to get a response. I had been receiving less than acceptable service and when I called the lady I told her that I would like to hold off on services until I called them. The lady said ok and then said have a nice day. When I called back in about a month to get services scheduled, I was told that I could no longer get on the plan and since I cancelled services then I would just have to pay $150 per visit. I was never told this by the representative. She never explained anything to me, just said have a nice day. The reason why I said to hold off was because the tech would send me a email and say we are on the way to your house without giving advance notice, also I have a ring camera and another time he claimed he came to my home and the doorbell didnt pick him up.. I was hoping to get a explaination or something from *************** but he has yet to reach out to me since July. Very poor service and no one to follow up on complaints or listen to calls where reps are not effectively handling calls.

      Ive had a Orkin pest policy for decades (previously Western) and after identifying an infestation of mice in my attic I received an exorbitant quote to replace the insulation. (I chose to use Constellation Home). Orkin did not follow up to prevent re-infestation as one might expect from a pest control company. When I reported repeated concerns ******************************************************************************************** to install bait boxes around the perimeter. Finally an inspector was assigned who once again presented an exorbitant estimate for replacing insulation again less than 10 months later! and added the crawl space for double the amount with no suggestion for resolving the actual problem of infestation. How is this legal?

      Very disappointed to be LIED to about how they were going to fix my mice problem. Stated would use a vacuum system to get all the mice and insulation so as to not have dead mice to smell for weeks. This was the only method mentioned to me, and the ONLY reason I chose to use them. This is a **** square foot manufactured home. The quote was ********* minus a military discount of ******** leaving the amount owed *********. Outrageous! But I was talked into it, because the problem was "so bad." When the workers arrived no VACUUM, they said that was only for attics not crawlspaces. The inspector *************************, also the SALESMAN, inspected the house and knew it was a crawlspace and not an attic. He only spoke of the vacuum service and replacing the insulation. I believe this is misrepresentation and fraud. I am sure **** got a nice bonus!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      My experience with this business is consistent with many of the recent complaints: unprofessional, unclear, and unhelpful. My landlord signed me up for Orkin to eliminate mice and cockroaches in my apartment. The first three appointments were scheduled without notifying me, I only found out the day before each appt via automated text messages--this is after I called following the first instance to say I did not schedule the appointment and to contact me directly before scheduling in the future. They went ahead and scheduled 2 more appointments without ever contacting me.In August I had the same thing happened, Orkin scheduled an appointment without confirming with me. When I went to cancel, I stated I did not want Orkin to come back to my property at all--I did not see any significant benefit from using their service. They told me that I could not outright refuse the appointment and had to have it happen in the month of August. The customer service rep hung up on me and didn't move my appointment. I had to call back and wait nearly 30 minutes over two calls to talk with someone who explained why they would not reschedule and worked with me to find another date. So today I am sitting here on 8/29 almost a full hour after my service window, waiting for my technician, who made no attempt to get in touch with me to notify they were late until I called Orkin. I had to call this technician directly after he texted me to get a proper ETA. If all Orkin is going to do is spray bug spray around the parameter of my home, I can do that myself without the headache of a business that doesn't communicate professionally with its customers.

      Service was decent until I cancelled service after moving. It's been almost a year since I canceled and moved but Orkin is trying to charge for service this past July when I no longer live at the service address. I've called so many times trying to resolve. It's now been over a month and Rollins keeps calling me to collect a debt I do not owe. Every time I speak with someone they keep pushing me back and forth. One agent (***) said the branch manager was supposed to call me at the end of day on 7/31 and that the local branch is taking my side on removing the amount. She also said she would follow up with me to ensure he did, but no calls from either of them. I called back the day after and the agent said there was no notes on my account since 8/10 stating, I called about resolving my balance. I called back on 8/16 to follow up again and the agent said I had a $0 balance on their end, but online account still shows I have a balance. Today, I get a text from Rollins saying my account is in collections. I called right away and they looked into account, they contacted local branch and the branch manager is off today. Again no notes on account saying why he hasn't contacted me or looked into my account. Agent told me branch manager should contact me tomorrow morning and I asked for the local branch phone number. I really hope the branch manager takes responsibility here. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service that I'm getting with this issue.

      This company does not call you back when leaving voicemails, they lie about what they are going to do for certain price points, they lock you into a contract that would be fine if they hold there end of the bargain but they don't. In the contract it states if you see spider,flys,roaches after they spray that you can call and they will come back out. It went on for about 3 weeks of trying to get into contact with somebody and everytime you call they say they will have somebody call you back but they never do and nobody ever shows up. Then I tried to cancel my service about 2 weeks ago spoke to somebody who confirmed that they canceled the service and I just got emailed that they are coming out in 3 days. This is insane I never leave reviews but that is how bad this company is.

      June 2021 I signed a 3 year contract with Orkin for termite removal. Fast forward 1 year later Aug 2023 , I called the *********** ****** to see when they were going to do the yearly inspection, much to my surprise they said it was already completed in 7/22/23. Which I knew was a lie because I was home all day that day. So they rescheduled the appointment for 8/23/23. The person who came was the same person who lied about coming out to my house on 7/22/23. I have ask for regional office call me back, they have yet to call me. Worst customer service ever and the manager that I spoke to lied to me over and over again.
