      I worked for this company for 5 yrs they change there payment plans and do not explain anything I worked 131 hr and was only paid ***** with no over time pay they agreed to change me back to hourly pay and then failed to to so and expected me to work crazy hours and not pay me and constantly having payroll errors and still refusing to pay me the back pay for the hours I worked

      Their customer service bounce you all over the country as you trying to find the one nearest to you. The few times that they've been out to my house to spray for bugs it was never the same guy twice. The whole laundry list of promises that they never kept. They wrote me into a money lender to pay for their service which had its own issues but either way they got their money and I did not get all the services they promised me. They would call to make appointments to come out but they never would call and never showed up

      How can Orkin have two technicians spray my apartment at different times and still have fleas? I paid almost three hundred dollars for their service. This doesn't seem right. I was blamed for not being truthful. I do not lie.Each of the men was in my apartment for about ten minutes. How can you do a competent job in that amount of time? I asked for a refund which I think is fair.

      I purchased a one time service for yellowjacket nests with warranty thru the end of 2023. Technicians came twice but couldnt find source. I located 2 nests in may house and set up an appointment for 8/9/23 for 2-4. I stayed home from work this day for this appointment. At 4 pm, I called them, and they told me they werent coming that day because the got behind. The branch manager wanted to come out the following morning but I had to work. I insisted he come that day because my daughter and granddaughter were coming to visit the following week. He said he would see what he could do but he never called me back and when I called back the office was closed. So I called the customer service number and set up an appointment for 8/10/23 from 4-6 and left work early to make this appointment. Same results. No one showed up and no one called me. I admit I am quite annoyed. I told the just refund my money and I will get someone else but they dont refund one time service. What good is a warranty if. They dont come back until the problem is fixed?And no call, no show is unacceptable and certainly not reasonable customer service. I want them to com and treat these nests asap or refund my money.

      Such a scam! I initially called to have my house and yard sprayed for flies. They advised that their services would be $160 at the time of first service and $85 bi monthly for follow **** The lady I spoke with at the time said that I could cancel as long as I gave 30 day notice. This is not the case, I was told its a one year long contract when they arrived at my house. My main frustration is with the inspector, ****************** told me that there was a mouse infestation in my attic and there was possibly hundreds. I thought this was weird because I had heard nothing coming from the attic nor could I smell anything. He told me I needed a new insulation install that was quoted to be $9,200. I asked how long the quote was good for and joked with me saying 30 minutes. He seemed to try to pressure me into signing the contract to do this service. I told him I needed to think about it. He proceeded to use scare tactics saying my house would catch fire if they chewed any wiring. Almost 24 hours later, he texted me again to get this scheduled. Since this instance, *** had two other people check the attack and no mice were detected! I reached out to complain and was told by the branch manager that he would like to inspect but I declined stating I do not want Orkin on my property ever again. I was told they would cancel all services and I would not be charged further. I am hoping that I can take their word on that. However, a week later after being told they would not contact me, ************** texted again asking me to get the attic restoration schedule! What a joke! I called the branch manager again to say this was extremely disrespectful.

      Thank you for contacting us and we apologize for the inconvenience.  The Branch Manager did reach out to the customer and offered to perform an inspection and discuss her concerns with Orkin and the technician.  The customer declined the offier.  Customer then contacted the Branch Manager and told him that the technician had reached out to her again.  She asked for no further contact from Orkin.  The Branch Manager apologized, and verified that her account has been cancelled.  Branch Manager also instructed technician to remove her from his contact list and not to contact her going forward.  Technician agreed.  Again, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

      Orkin Review Short 8-6-23 I will never use Orkin Pest Control, *********, **, ever again! Had minor mouse damage to unfinished basement ceiling/wall insulation. Orkin falsely told me all insulation should be replaced because it was not up to code which required R30. Based on this false statement, I signed a contract for $5,650. (Later learned from Building Inspector that was not true.) They did the entire job wrong: R30 did NOT fit the walls and they had to use a smaller, cheaper R19, which they intially put on backwards. The ceiling insulation was hanging below the rafters with exposed fiberglass everywhere. It took them four days to fix the terrible job they did in one day. Asked Branch Mgr for discount because cheaper material used, for doing such a bad job, and having me sign a contract based on misstatement of facts. He has refused, would not do a site visit, and does not respond to my calls. DO NOT USE THEM!
