      This company is an abomination. They do not live up to the terms of their contracts, and there is no way to reach them on the telephone. You call a local number, which directs you to a national call center, which bumps you back to the local number, which is nothing more than a voicemail promising a return call that is never made. Run, dont walk, away from these morons.

      *****, my technician, did a wonderful job of serving our home. He sprayed all needed areas to prevent insects from entering. Also, replaced all traps to ensure that no mice or snakes enter our garage and cleaned down any unforeseen spiderwebs around our perimeter. We have been having trouble with yellow jackets nesting inside our wall by the driveway and he was kind enough to spray them, too. Overall, we have been extremely pleased the past three treatments. ???? We highly recommend this company for all around home protection.

      Ive been really happy with Orkins service. I have monthly pest control and have had no issues since I signed up with them. Great service and great product.

      The most abysmal service I've ever encountered anywhere. Charged thousands of dollars and they didn't do anything for 3 months. Go literally anywhere else, they'll just keep your money.

      We called in and were given a cost of $284 for mice control to include sealing the home. Then they would go out every other month for $49. When the exterminator arrived she said she would not seal the home unless we paid $1500. What a SCAM! Do not use Orkin. The woman who works for them even knew that the business was doing this to other customers. Again more deceptive practices by large corporations.

      Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the inconvenience.  An Orkin Technician inspected the home.  The landlord was not available at the time of the inspection.  The house is split into multiple units.  Attic access was unavailable at the time of inspection due to the upstairs tenant not being home.  Technician inspected the exterior, basement, and living areas of downstairs tenant.  Upon completion of the inspection, Technician contacted the homeowner, sent a copy of the inspection report, and went over solutions to the problems identified.  Also explained 90 days same as cash, as well as financing option.  Customer was very receptive and appreciative of his visit.

      Beware of the Autopay option! I do not like having a business use autopay because they have the ability to take money from your bank account when they want to, but not give it back immediately. Ive told Orkin several times over to NOT use this option. But, they mistakenly did this at least 3 times. Its very problematic when you have a tight budget and you discover Orkin wrongly took your money. Its even more frustrating/infuriating when they tell you theyre sorry and youll get your refund in 5-7 business days. WHAT?!? Ive been working on getting my refund for 7 business days and still havent received it. Whenever this happens, ** told that the technician didnt see the no autopay on my account and theyre sorry. I can understand if it happened once; mistakes happen, but to tell Orkin, several times, to STOP doing this and have them take your money, WITHOUT your permission just blows my mind. I have been with Orkin for several years but Im canceling immediately. I liked their service, for the most part, but its inexcusable for me to worry they will remove money from my bank and then take 5-7 business days to return it. Well I gotta go now to call them AGAIN because I was told Ill have the money today, but, of course, I havent. Good times??

      Worst pest control company ever created! They try to keep you for a year! First bad sign! One Orkin rep told me that, they need to come back repeatedly because the rats come back due to spiders being a source of food. SMFH. When I told a tech what I was told, he said that was the most ignorant thing he ever heard! He didn't know that it was someone from his company that told me this. Second bad sign: I asked repeatedly for an invoice and/or description detailing what was done. The tech became a little annoyed and said he sent it. I never got it. When I called to cancel the membership and mentioned that I never got an invoice, tenants are complaining that it gotten worse, she stated that the email was wrong! How! You guys repeated the correct email multiple times! We spelled every word out together! Tenants are now looking to rent elsewhere! Business, Investment property and Home owners beware! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ORKIN! Paid $160 just to start receiving more calls from angry tenants! There's more rats than before! I'll be happy the day I hear they're facing a class action lawsuit! This company been around for over a hundred years but it takes them a year to so-call get rid of rats! Yea, right! It's time for these type of company to go down! Whoever is employed at Orkin should never get another chance to be employed anywhere else! If you want buyers remorse, go ahead and pay this company!

      Terrible service from this business! I have canceled all services with them 3 times now and they keep sending people out and then charging me for it. I have cameras around my house and these people arent even spraying just knocking and leaving. Would absolutely NOT recommend using their services!!
