      Well, my service is too high. If the problem has subsided, why should I be charged $96.00 every two months. I utilized your service in **************** and ***********, which was a whole lot less. Even the representatives who come, don't give me the assurance they are doing their job completely. I should not feel I need to follow anyone around to ensure they are doing a thorough job. The way I feel about your service is not comforting. Therefore, I need to speak to someone about our I will cancel your service!

      Thank you for contacting us and we apologize for any inconvenience.  The Branch Manager has spoken with the customer and offered for a Technician to come out and change the glue boards and address any other pest issues.  Customer declined, said he was fine with the service, just had an issue with the price.  Branch Manager offered to reduce the price and customer was satisfied.  Again, thank you for reaching out.  If there are any other questions or concerns, please contact the local Branch.

      (i) perform the Services set forth in Exhibit A. However, if a conflict exists between this agreement and any term in Exhibit A, the terms in this agreement will control;(ii) devote as much productive time, energy, and ability to the performance of its duties under this Agreement as may be necessary to provide the required Services in a timely and productive manner;(iii) perform the Services in a safe, good, and workmanlike manner using at all times adequate equipment in good working order;(iv) communicate with the Company about the progress the Consultant has made in performing the Services;(c)Legal Compliance. The home team defense company shall perform the Services in accordance with standards prevailing in the Company's industry and in accordance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations. The Consultant shall obtain all permits or permissions required to comply with those standards, laws, rules, or regulations.(d)Company's Obligations. The Company shall make timely payments and or paperwork invoices under this agreement and notify the Customer of any changes to its procedures affecting the Customer's obligations under this agreement at least 30 days before implementing those changes.called in after service was performed and the agent who picked up the phone was rude I ask her for a recipe for today's service and she said no she can't I have to wait till tomorrow for any kind of document and then huge up the phone. called back and spoke to another person and was told I can't get a respite or invoice again then I said let me speak to the manager and the manager said I heard you and hung up on me!! called back again and was told to shut up and listen to her tell me what she going to do which was nothing, I told ** then can u send me an email saying that you cannot send anything and she said no and told me if I don't shut up and listen to her shes going to terminate my contract cause she can haha, then hung up this company doesn't even care about customers

      Our experience with Orkin was not GOOD...AT ALL TERRIBLE: job continued to be incomplete, always giving excuses, poor followup, poor communication with **, did not keep appointments as promised, did not return calls and MORE!!!!WE definitely WOULD NOT REFER ORKIN....to anyone!!!!The experience, as far as communication was HORRIFIC!

      Back in 2015 I had Spring Tails. They could not even slow them down. Their yellow page guarantee is deceptive, Returned last payment on Contract. I still have the spring tails(2023)

      NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company. They failed to complete the work, upcharged for work that was done, and probably broke the law.1.) On 7 June, a Critter Control technician proposed an agreement for exclusion repairs the including the installation of a one way door and reinforcement of three sections of soffit. The soffit was not actually repaired as stated, and we've had progressively greater damage from a raccoon continuing to enter and exit. 2.) The agreement also called wildlife removal that "ensures that animals have vacated the structure." After the work was "completed", my wife and I discovered two young raccoons that were in the wall of our garage and probably had been sealed inside the wall of our home during the exclusion. When confronted with this, the Critter Control technician first insisted it must be squirrels, and then upon seeing the raccoons, proposed just removing the flashing that had been used to seal the previous entrance so that the mother could "come back and take them out." This absurd statement ignores the fact that the raccoons would simply move back into the location they had been excluded from, undoing literally any of the work that had been done. The death of two raccoon pups in the wall of our garage would have been a health hazard, a terrible stench, and was only avoided literally because my wife and I insisted that someone come back out to inspect.3.) The haphazard approach endangered my children because technicians and office ignored the time of year and the likelihood that the raccoon was probably a female with pups. After the one way door was installed, the mother ******* spent the next evening trying to break into my children's windows to get back to its pups, terrifying them and putting them at risk. I had to send the image of the raccoon was sent to the ********* office because they didn't believe ** that the raccoon would be so persistent in trying to come back in the house.

      We were glad to resolve this issue for our customer. The region-directed team met with the customer and completed a follow-up inspection regarding the racoons. During the visit and reviewing the work, we took steps to ensure full removal from the residence and added an outdoor trapping session. On a follow-up call, the customer has not had any further racoon issues. Will be happy to address any future concerns if they arise. Thank you.

      Do not do business with this company. They have repeatedly told me that they do not have an option for termite control only. But if you call their customer service, their voice prompts ask if you are calling about termite control only. To get rid of a sales representative, I asked them to send me a contract. I found myself enrolled in their services for a year and charged for services I never wanted or agreed to purchase. Then halfway through the term of the contract, they decided to increase my fees - in direct violation of the contract terms. Finally, I discovered that I was charged a significant amount of money which I never authorized and I have no idea what services were provided. Yes - this is my fault for using autopay (and the huge charge occured the same month my father died, so I was a little preoccupied). Finally, be very careful if they knock on your door and offer you a free service. They didn't tell me it involved spraying insecticide ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE. When I stepped outside to discuss this, it was only then that they informed me that you should not touch the spray while it is wet and keep all pets away from it until it dries. But after it dries, it is completely harmless. I would really like to see the scientific explanation for that one. A supervisor came to speak to me and I informed him that I did not want them to spray again. He pointed out that I was paying for that service. Then why did they knock on my door to tell me it was free? Then they showed up to spray my house agin after I specifically told them not to do so. I NEVER would have agreed to them spraying my house. I made that clear when I signed up for termite protection only - but they don't do that.Leaving one star because zero stars is not an option.

      I attempted to cancel my Orkin service contract and was informed that cancellations cannot be executed over the phone, and I was assured that I would receive a callback. However, rather than receiving this promised callback, a technician was dispatched to an empty residence and an unwarranted charge of $80.00 was imposed on my account.Such conduct not only strikes me as unethical, but it also gives an impression of deliberate disregard. When I repeatedly called to cancel, I was re-informed that I could not initiate a cancellation via their website or through a phone call; instead, I was told that I would have to await another call.I must say, this has been an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Orkin. It has been, by far, the most unprofessional and unethical treatment I have ever encountered in my experience with businesses. This business is a sham and a scam. Do not do business with them.

      We waited at our daughters house for 4 hours today waiting for Orkins to show up for first time *********************** NO ONE SHOWED UP and appointment was from 12:00-2:00. I tried repeatedly to call Orkins phone numbers that I used day before to set this appointment up but NO ONE ANSWERED. No one called. Yet my daughter gets an email after work today saying they were there!!!! They were NOT there cuz I WAS! Never using them again. A wasted day!
