      I ordered from ***************** who said my order would be ready at 1:08, then got a message it wouldn't be here til 215. It's 3:38 now on Sunday May 14 2023 and ***************** says Instacart is responsible for my order but Instacart no longer has a phone number so now I have no idea where my order is. I am extremely disappointed and hope at some time I can get my groceries or my money back!!!

      I WISH THEY HAD A 0 STAR OPTION.I would NEVER do any kind of business with them again!! They are so deceptive with their practices it's not funny.. They gave me a quote of $88.00 to do a service what they failed to tell me is that they would take an amount of $240.00 out of my account. They were also charging me for a **************** fee for outside my house without my knowledge or consent. The customer service is the absolute worst and they can't help you.AVOID ORKIN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR ALL THEIR HIDDEN COST

      False promises and guarantees. They will sell you on the idea they have been in business for a 100 years and they got the products that work. They will claim it is a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back so that you sign up believing it is risk free. They will charge you $230 to start the service and prior to 30 days hitting they will service your house again for additional $169. The tech will be sure to zoom in on the signature piece on the his phone so that you don't realize you are getting hit with a 2nd service charge in less than 30 days. By day 29 you will still have all your same pests problems and have spent $399 after 4 treatments in less than 30 days. And since they snuck in a "2nd service charge" they will refund $169 and keep the other $230. The company is a complete scam and everyone is out to con you.

      We had a very bad experience with Critter Control. We called them when we realized we had a rodent problem in our house because our appliances (range, dishwasher, laundromat) were breaking (wiring and water hoses were chewed up). They charged almost $3000 for putting up some metal barriers, traps, and some treatments with chemicals -- actions that turned out to be entirely ineffective. We eventually found out that a rat was basically living in our range. After several months of misery, close to a dozen visits by repair folks (which cost us about $1600 in total), and finally finding a real rat exterminator who cost about a quarter of what Critter Control charged, we turned the corner on this problem. The only positive thing I can say is that the Critter Control people were very friendly. They initially gave the impression of being knowledgeable, but they were in fact completely clueless.

      In January 2023, I contacted this company initially for hearing scratching and digging sounds in the attic, and small hole in dining room ceiling. The rep came out to complete an inspection. The rep recommended new insulation in attic and gutter guards ($16,000 +) . I thought the recommendations would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I still had the initial issue and additional hole appeared in my guest room ceiling and water spots. Two other wildlife companies informed me the gutter guards were not installed properly. I reached out to Orkin and they came out the fix the issue. However, the gutter guards were still not installed properly. I reached out to Orkin to cancel the services. But, the manager informed I cannot cancel the services. I was deceived that the services they provided will help the issue. At this point, I contacted another wildlife company to close all entry points to prevent future wildlife intrusion issues. I contacted a roofing company because of the water spots. The roofing company informed me that Orkin moved the gutters that caused water damages. I had one issue and now have multiple damages. From my lawyers letter to Orkin, I requested corrective repairs reimbursement and to cancel financial agreement. The Orkins attorney responded partially about amicable decision. But, I havent received further communication since 4/10/2023. This entire process has been a nightmare. This company is not knowledge about wildlife issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I should not have to pay the bill when my initial issue was not resolved. How can a company deceive customers but promote good customer service on their website?

      Very disappointed in myself and this company.Myself because I didnt read all the fine print on their contract.Them because they would rather upset their customers than being upfront about the fact that even though you might prepaid for services that they will continue to service your property and then send you a bill at whatever rate they choose without giving you any heads up that youre about to get charged for extra services that you didnt actually want and that you couldnt afford and then when you try to contact them in hopes that theyll wave their ridiculous charges because youre broke because ***** has destroyed the economy so you have no extra money they tell you oh but it was in the contract you signed that we can do and charge whatever we want who cares if you cant by food this month thats not their problem! Heartless rude employees!

      Orkin is disorganized , billing and activities are not transparent. When the tech makes a sale, they will say anything. Once you sign the contract, they now will only say what is in the contract. They schedule appointments, then do not show up and there is no email or text notification. My web site account has no explanation for charges or credits. I communicated with the original tech, he said that they cancelled my program. Not sure what that means. Just because the tech says so, I said I need documentation so you do not send it to collections. The web site is one of the worst I have used in 30 years. As far as business practices go, there is not any transparency. Do not sign a service contract. If you have to hire them, do it for the day, even though you pay more for the first visit.
