      Not satisfied! Only partial job was completed. The sales rep Didn't stand behind his commitments. No follow-up!I was ignored completely. Sent a CERTIFIED MAIL trying to reach a solution. sent emails. was ignored again, again. Not even one response! Absolute joke of a company. They are only here to steal your money and avoid you at all costs. I am unable to login to my account, or contact any human being for help. I have a payment that is due, that will now be late and affect my credit. This company, their website and customer support is a total scam. If anyone is reading this and considering their business, don't make the same mistake I did! If the company can see this, get back to me via email only!!

      Orkin is a terrible company. Absolutely awful. I would never recommend this company. If I could give them a zero I would. First they signed all my contracts. So that would be forgery. Never left or explained how things would work. The gentleman that came to service the house was not respecful of our house. First he never wore shoe covers. So going in and out of my house he tracked mad. Even left a muddy footprint on my couch. Left all the furniture upside down. So walking into the house looking like that you say "What the ****". Then mattresses and box springs were left uprite against the wall while wet. Doing this left marks on my word floors from being wet. Would you not use common since and put plastic under there. One was leaning against a dresser wet. Left a ***** I called complaing on how my house was left. And about the forgary. They said they could bring me new documents to sign. I said "Hell no because you know you are screwed". They sent someone to clean and fix the things they messed up. They said because of all this that they would pay my contract off. Well thay didn't. I have been getting overdue notices. To the point I got a 3rd past notice. And then I called the company that financed this contract. They said that no one has paid anything. Orkin bold face lying. If I get sent to collections ther will be consequences. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

      Absolute joke of a company. They are only here to steal your money and avoid you at all costs. I am unable to login to my account, or contact any human being for help. I have a payment that is due, that will now be late and affect my credit. This company, their website and customer support is a total scam. If anyone is reading this and considering their business, don't make the same mistake I did! If the company can see this, get back to me asap!

      I call Orkin in ****** about a possible bedbug problem in my daughters room they came out had me sign a contract told me that I was gonna be able to be financed, and they are experts they getting rid of bedbugs I only have the bedbugs in my daughters room theres none anywhere in my home and I have a tri level house. And first of all they did not explain to me that they will be taking $400 from the initial visit out of my credit card. They took $$106 out and then they took another $350 the next day and they told me that that was a down payment after they took the money out my account they proceeded to keep charging my credit card while Im calling them after two weeks to tell them we still have bedbugs, and it seems like theyre worse in my daughters room they proceeded to tell me my daughter cast to keep sleeping in there to get bitten up 4 weeks later Im calling and asking them to come out again to spray they come out again they spray we wash everything and again they told me theyre going to contact me in a week and come back out and spray again they did not contact me in a week 2 to 3 weeks past I contacted them and they was continuously giving me the runaround. I finally talk to a manager who called me from home. They tried to charge me $2000 so he took the other thousand dollars off because thats not what I signed up for and thats not what my contract said, we are still battling the bedbug problem. I have contacted them several several several times to get someone out here they tell me a time and then they dont show up I call I talk to someone in the office and the people in the office dont know whats going on either. No one has a clue of whats happening, on top of I have been paying them and if financial company calls me to tell me that they havent gotten a payment but Orkin on my bank statements on my credit card says that theyre getting paid so I relayed that information to the financial people that called me. No one knows where my money is going.

      We apologize for the experience you have received with Orkin; we strive for exceptional customer service.  Management contacted you to explain that the previous $269.25 that you had paid (after adjustments) were applied directly to the Orkin balance, while the remaining $930.75 was sent to financing.  They explained that this was because we had eliminated the ongoing component of the agreement and resubmitted the financing for the remaining total balance on the account.       I had been a customer of PermaTreat Pest ********************** since 2007. A couple of years ago I had a fungus in my crawl space, which they came out and treated. Each year since then they have come out to do an inspection to make sure the fungus wasn't back. This year a man was sent from **************, **. to do the inspection. He and another man came and went under the house to do the inspection. Once they did the inspection, I was told that my wood under the house was rotting and falling apart. He said it was an emergency situation that needed to be repaired right away. He had me scared and I am a senior citizen living on Social Security. He told me they have a finance department and he started asking me questions right away to see if I could get a loan to pay for this $12,000.00 job. I didn't know what else to do! A day or 2 later I had some people I had told about this tell me to call another company out to check under the house. Well I did call another company who came right away and checked it out and told me there were no problems with the wood in the crawl space. I immediately called PermaTreat to cancel everything I had with them. There was a new lady manager with the company who told me I could not cancel since the everything had been sent to the finance ************** was approved. ** tried calling her multiple times again and she would never respond to me. I did a hand written letter to PermaTreat and hand delivered it to them. I still never got a response. To this day I have never received any paperwork or anything from them. I have now called a 3rd company to be sure the 2nd person was *********** enough they said the same thing. The wood was fine! Beware if you get a crazy quote like this. Make sure you get a 2nd or even 3rd quote from different companies.

      The local branch contacted ***************** on 1/26/23 and offered a complimentary termite treatment and 2 pest control services on Orkin.  The branch reached back out on April 6th, and we are happy she is reconsidering her long-term tenure with us.

      Zero I like to have my money back. I'm paying on services that didn't get done. And it's almost been a year. I'm done listening to how they blame the customer. I'm done with this I want my money back and then that's all. I had asked for my money back at one point and I was being bullied into the service I do not want this woman to call me. And I do not want them to come back to my house give me my money back please. I thought it was satisfaction guaranteed. And let's face it we all have a busy life we don't have time to wait around for people to come in and out of your home all the time to finish a job they said they could do from the outside. This is been going on for a while and I just want this resolved my stress levels are way above normal with this situation.

      I called Orkin for supposedly is a reputable company. The man, named Maximo, check for termites and stated I needed to tent the house. He conviced me to signed a contract. First, they were supposed showed up 9am but they arrived about 2pm for the tent. The contract stipulated that the entire house and shed was to be treated including the porch. Prior to that I had made a big purchase of perishable and nonperishable food and items to stack due to COVID, about $600.00. I bag all the items and all the meat put back on the refrigerator. I passed by the house in my car prior the removal of the tent and noticed that the entire house was not covered. Porch and Shed was out. On the second day they call me to go back. When I arrived I found a nightmare. All the meats, groceries and everything I have bought was thrown in the floor water, vitamins, packs of toilet paper and so on.. in the driveway and it was stinking the whole area. My back door lock was broken. I texted and called Maximo and the company including the 800 number and for the past few month they were promising to go back to finish the job. Including that a Branch Manager I believe ***** was going to call never did. Now they are sending me a bill for a job they never completed and did not compesated me for the broken lock and $600.00 worth of groceries and other items. Definitely not recommended. I have all the texts sent back and forth and my receipts and calls I made to this company.

      We apologize for the experience that you have received with Orkin.  The Region contacted you to discuss your concerns and let you know that Orkin would re-tent your home at no cost and reduce your original fumigation price from $1650 to $1300 for all the inconvenience we caused. 

      The local manager will also visit on Friday March 3rd, to discuss a new date for re-fuming of your home and how to
      properly bag food and the rest of the preparation needed prior to the fume
      date.

      0 stars.I called Orkin on 02/10/23 to explain my concern about possible activity in the attic. My initial contact went extremely well; the representative was very thorough to explain Orkin's process, asked questions(i.e., will the tech a ladder, etc.) and suggested a treatment plan (i.e., one year) which I agreed to. She was able to get me an appointment the same day but i opted for the following day. The interaction with the representative made me feel that I'd definitely made the right choice.Fast forward. The technician called and asked if he could visit the property earlier than scheduled, I agreed. He came in without a ladder or any equipment and begin to ask questions ( i.e., the sound, how long do i plan to treat, and if i had a ladder)that I'd answer yesterday. I explained that I provided this information yesterday and that my expectations for today is that he would come to access and begin treatment for the issue. Without ever going into the attic, he stated that I may have an issue(a thumping sound) that they are not equipped to handle and instead some other company does. He then offered to come back later with a ladder and I told him that I'd rather not because I don't have the time waste. He said that he would cancel the service and I told him that I'll cancel it because I wanted to share my experience with the manager. Shortly after, I received a text about a cancelation. I attempted to contact the local branch manager; no success. I dialed the 800 number a couple of times and could not get a rep on the line. Finally, I called the same 800 number requesting a new quote and was able to speak with someone. He was very attentive and also attempted to contact the branch manager without success -- a bit understanding since it is the weekend. I'm so disappointed after feeling so positive based on the interaction with representative who got me set up.

      Would not recommend anyone doing business with this organization. They done a rodent removal for my Mom. They cobbled the work under her house; When they said they were done with the work i went under her house where they had tore out the underbelly of the mobile home reinsulated the floor just crammed the insulation in there not filling between the joist. also they never cover the water line back up the insulation and underbelly is what protects the pipes from freezing if she didnt have someone to check it for her when it got cold the water lines would have frozen thru the whole house' When my mom called he ask her if it was me or her that wasnt satisfied then the Branch manager Nathan ask my 74 year old mom if she had crawled under the house to inspect it. It takes a real jerk to ask something like that. wish we would have checked the reports before even talking to the highly recommend not using this business.

      In Aug of 22, i had an Orkin Rep visit my home and in a mater of minutes i discovered that my house was not covered. Five years previous we bought this house and i had asked the Orkin fellow treating my prvious home to get me a price on the new place for termites. It was an involved and costly project for me, as the new house had a boardwalk that was too close to the house and it had to be torn out and replaced. a district Orkin supervisor from LA got involved. In the process of treating the house a marble floor in two baths cracked and i agreed to let a relative of an orkin employee come fix the floor instead of replacing the tile. did an ok job and i accepted it and moved on. For the next five years i got a bill from Orkin and i paid it thinking that my coverage paid up. Come to find out five years later that i had been paying for a house i didnt own any longer, they were continuing coverage on my old home. Why? I belive i got a call ONCE from the fellow who was to inspect my house but i could go out and he offered to look around the outside without me. Of course i thought he was going to my new and ONLY home.. My mistake. Don't remember getting calls the other years. I wrote Orkin a letter on 8-17-22, asking for some help, thinking surely we could come to a meeting of the minds and a reasonable solution. I have since gotten another bill for my old house which i ignored, assuming that someone would have figured this out by now...Then today i got a text asking me to leave a review. I had responed to a simular text in November, when i got a call from someone at Orkin who promised to work on my situation. After my text today, ****** from Orkin called and as she promised to get the boss to look at my sitation when he was back in town, it all began to sound like my November call when i was promised the same thing..I will have touble trusting ORKIN again. I will have to say that i reached out to CORPORATE back in September and never heard back from them either.
