      Scam artists. Worst experience of my life. I had them come for termite treatment. Was quoted a little less than $7k. Ive been making double the minimum payments and somehow Im $2k over where I should be. You can tell me its interest all you want, but its a complete scam and I will never be using Orkin or Rollins ever again.

      Paid ****** dollars for orkintherm insulation. The insulation was initally done incorrectly and it covered a live wire that *************** was coming back to fix. He couldn'tfind the wire because of the mess from the orkintherm. We informed orkin. They said it doesnt matter because orkintherm is non flammable. Additionally we were told that we would still be able to use our attic ppst insulation. That was a lie by orkin to make a sale. Very unimpressed and angry.

      Thank you for your feedback. ********************** and the sales inspector had incurred a miscommunication regarding the amount and location of blown in insulation was to be applied. While the customer was impressed with professionalism of both the inspector and Orkin Pros as they conducted their work efficiently and neatly, it was not what they expected. As a result, the decision was made to return to the residence and remove all the insulation and provide a complete refund of payment.  

      In the future if you ever have a need, we are hopeful you will give us another chance to prove our commitment in providing exception pest control service. Please contact us at ************.

      I have been using Orkin - ****** ** office for over 5 years. The technician is phenomenal and knows our house well and knows how I do not like bugs or rodents. He has done a great job; however, the customer service is horrible. *** in the office is rude and I have had it with her and do not even know how she still has a job. The service manager, ******** is just as bad and the branch manager, *** just doesn't call back. This morning I just had enough of ***'s rudeness. I called because I needed to schedule to have our technician back out because he didn't come in the house the week before. I was away at a conference and didn't know he didn't come inside. I heard some mice up in the attic. When I called *** said she couldn't tell me when he could come out, so I asked for the service manager, and she said he was in the field and in a meeting. She said she was the only one in the office. She then put me on speakerphone, and I heard voices in the background, so I said I thought no one was in the office and she took me off speakerphone and said if you continue screaming, I am hanging up and just hung up on me. I NEVER raised my voice; I was in my office, and I have respect for myself and people and would never raise my voice. So, I called back, she was again rude to me and hung up on me again. I texted my husband to call because I was in work, and she got the service manager on the phone immediately for him and was nice to him. VERY discriminatory and just plain rude every time I call. I think I have had just enough of the horrible customer service and hate to lose our service technician but to me customer services should be the #1 thing especially when I am paying them about $1,000 a year for services.

      in reference to the Orkin located in *****, ********.I bought a pillow at Target. the pilllow had flees.My wife also has brain cancer, so keeping her safe and undisturbed is a priority.The first person came out (*********)Nice guy, however did a ***** minute job inside the house in only 2 minutes then took longer outside the house. (only because we were watching)I asked him if the house was all sprayed he said ***, and that we should get some pepperment sprays to help. He said to wait 2-3 weeks before calling if we needed another spray. 2 weeks later. I am getting chewed up all night. was getting hit in the face there were so many. When in my office at home i got hundreds of bite marks. Another Orkin call.Orkin explained spraying should be 30 to 45 minutes. Not the 2 minutes he spent inside. So they sent another tech (*****) He sprayed for an hour. A few days later the problem was back. Just as bad. So we called again. And the Service Manager (Les) and ***** come out. Les was very unfriendly and had attitude from the get go. I had to tell him several times what the issue was, how bad it is. He did not care. He said that they couldn't spray because we had gotten 2 sprays already. I told him about the 2 minute job on the first one, and he wanted to argue about it. Finally he agrees to come out 5 days later personally and spray again. 5 days later at 357pm (48 min early) a young kid (******) shows up.(No Les) he says he has to hurry, someone is waiting for him.another quick job. Next day I have bite marks galore and rashes with them.Besides the constant vacuuming, my clothes have to be in zip lock bags when washed, my bedding washed daily. Or bugs bit me. Then leaving for 4 hours after the spraying with my wife sick from radiation was horrible. Another visit by ***** he is told not to spray because of the amount sprayed already.2 hours on phone they had it marked we got sprayed 5 times. was only 1 real spray.Finally got a refund but what a joke

During the inspection there was no activity of fleas found.  The manager did recommend in the home to have an air sampling done as well as having the **** ducts cleaned.       Absolute worst experience ever. The Initial payment for them to come out for a mouse issue was almost $300 and all that was done was a couple traps set and some poison put in the crawl space. I ended up getting a second opinion and much better service so I canceled my service with orkin towards the end of august/early September on September 19th a payment of over $100 came out of my account. I called and talked with someone and she said that for some reason it wasnt canceled on their end and that she would issue me my refund but it would have to be by check and they would send it out on that Friday. Well I called on the 30th and was told it wasnt sent out until that following Tuesday but I should get it anyway. Today is the 7th and I still have not received it so I call again and I am told that they have no idea why I have not received it and that I would need to call in on Monday to talk to their account person. Super frustrating experience all around. Noose is who we used and I highly Recommend them! Update!! I called back on that Monday and was told yet again the mail is just running slownot this slow!!! The person I spoke with told me to give it until Wednesday 10/19 well I gave it two extra days as today is 10/21 and I STILL have not received my money back! I am extremely frustrated and called the corporate office and left a VM for ******* yesterday 10/20 who is apparently the Nc area manager and she did not return my phone call today. Im going to assume I will have to go to small claims court to get my money back and thats sad because it should not come down to that.

      We apologize for the experience that you have receive, the Region contacted you discuss your concerns and explained that the branch did have their mailbox stolen at some point and the check may have been lost.  A new check is being cut this week and that the Branch Manager will deliver it to you. The Region Admin will reach out to the Region Manager about your request in getting more back than what the branch refunded. She will be reaching back out to you. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience in this matter.

      Had services done on 6/6/22 and 7/14/22; checked the attic for mice. Tech confirmed; but IT APPEARS nothing proactive was done to exterminate them. The follow up was a joke..on top of that did a little spray around the foundation for bugs control. Cancelled on 7/14. DID NOT GET A REFUND; however, was offered a price reduction in future services in which I declined. Since I didn't trust the previous tech, received a free inspection on 9/12/22. MY MISTAKE. Should have gone to other companies, what was I thinking? It turns out there are both bats and mice in the attic. Set up the date for a 2 part job. On 9/23, called the office 3 times and finally called ******* to cancel the contract. Service manager called..promised to come out on 9/26. Bat extraction took 3 hrs by 1 tech. 10/3, 2 techs, 4 hours. Vacuumed and put insulation in to increase to R-49 (was R-26). I don't have an issue with the insulation part of the job ($4,100, still a little high) but $3,900 for bat extraction??? Absolutely ludicrous and appalling. MORAL OF THE STORY....RUN, DO NOT STOP, GO TO OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES. I feel Orkin takes the advantage of the customer's fear and capitalizes on that. I mean who wants bats and with the cold weather coming (MN), you have to be proactive in getting rid of them before the the first frost. Sure, price increases in gas and supplies, I get that, but to OVERINFLATE, I'M NOT ON BOARD. STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM ORKIN.

      The service tech that came to my home were very unprofessional.. They never set any traps to see what kind of insects we're in my home biting me. They would come out and spray and leave.. I had to tell the technician several times to spray behind and under cabinets. The last gentleman that came to my home sprayed one room upstairs stairs and then went to the basement where he urinated in my sink . I have footage on my video camera showing that he never sprayed my basement just Him urinating in my sink. I called and complained and I was told sorry but , here's your bill. I still haven't received a Phone call for a person to come back and finish the work but, I did receive a final bill. I spent over $400 + and they never found any bugs in my home. I would like a refund!!

      Scam artists ! I was quoted $171 for the month and she said it included 10 type of insects and rodents. The guy gets here and looks in the basement and looks outside and then hands me a paper for a contact of $594 for the year!!! What? No one told me any of this when I made the appointment!! I don't appreciate being mislead and lied to. Now it's $224 for the month. I will never use these scam artists for anything ! They just flat out lied !!!!!

      Started service and paid $348 to initiate. Then scheduled second follow up - had techs show up on wrong days/times. 3 no shows. I asked to cancel my membership today as I was charged monthly rate of $46 when the initial stuff hadn't been completed. I will take my business elsewhere. Also, calling Orkin is a total nightmare - on hold for at least 30 minutes. Left 2 messages for Orkin and never received a return call. I requested a refund for all money spent - thankfully they granted this.

      This business shouldn't be trusted. A technician came out too my house on 10/11/2022 to spray for bed bug. When I entry back into the home and check the *************** he treated. I noticed he sprayed water to treat my house. I'm very disappointing in the company and want to let other to look out for deception they're doing.
