      Aug. 13 we had a pest treatment that was performed by Orkin. We were told that after two weeks we can resume construction.Sept. 11 found that the treatment did not work.Sept. 13 called Orkin and requested a manager. (*****) A new appointment was set up in which ***** showed up late. He performed another treatment. Under mutual agreement ***** would return on Sept. 28.Sept. 28 ***** was a no show. Called his phone, no anwer. Tried to leave a message but his vm box was full. Called the Roanoke Orkin office and talked with *****. She was going to give ***** a message regarding the missed appt.October 5 Called the *************** Left vm @ 8:17, called again at 9:18 and talked with *****, she confirmed at that time she gave ***** the message regarding the missed appointment on Sept 30. I requested to speak to someone in a manager position. That would be **** the Regional Branch Manager. I left 3 vm messages and received no returned calls. I contacted ***** again at 4:47 and she was going to email ****.***** contacted me Oct. 5 @ 5:15 after a "discussion" he was going to send an Inspector over on Friday afternoon. NO SHOW Not sure how Orkin has remained in business as long as they have with the lack of effort in correspondence with a PAID IN FULL customer.

      not really buyers remorse more like charged to much for to little first 2 times orkin came out they were good spray inside for bugs and outside as well third time only spray half my yard nothing inside fourth time i had to reschedule was supposed to come out on September 28 between 2:00 and 4:00P.M. no show no call just text saying they came but never show my wife home all day nobody show up we also have a dog who barks when she hears things no bark all day not only that i have a camera which chimes when people in my yard looked at camera when he was supposedly to be here nothing on camera at those times also when traffic drives by on street no sight of orkin anywhere camera chimes when traffic on street so last friday i call to cancle my account was called a lier by ****** tell me there gps say he was here and had a report wrote up saying he was here which he was not because again i have camera with no sightings of orkin so i was frustrated being called a lier so my wife called and was told we be rembursed $180 within 3 days from last friday no refunded yet a week later call today they claim they mail out a check now have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks all is my refund back so i can get rid of orkin also i would not reccommend orkin to anybody please help me resolve this issue thanks

      Supervisor ************************* and Field Technician ***** both lied to my face stating there is no contract and that I can cancel at anytime. Once I read the agreement I found that I could not cancel and I asked right before they began servicing the property and they finally admitted after several back and fourth questions; that I cannot in fact cancel service within the first year. They are misleading potential customers and falsifying the legally binding terms of the agreement. Also they would not allow me to decline servicing the premises without the property owner being on site. They also said they do not caulk or seal to prevent bugs even though the representative over the phone stated that they did offer and include this service and even the introductory video said they would caulk and seal where needed. Without even inspecting the property the field technician ***** immediately said they do not do that. I feel that I was mislead by Orkin, lied to by the supervisor, and the only reason I was not stuck in this agreement is that I actually read the terms versus going off of their word. This company is extremely fraudulent and misleading and we now understand how and why your rates are so competitive, you lie to trap customers into an agreement and then do not fulfill the terms or expectations of said agreement. Not a company I would do business with.

      very bad service,without any inspection,just coming for a minute charge $131.I asked for refund, they said they did inspection, even not, will charge the travel time, black list this company

      Company is not local. It is a franchise. Contacted company to remove whatever was in my attic. They did come to the property. I asked to see pictures of what they found. Dead or alive animals. Nothing. I asked for pictures of what they removed. Nothing. They sprayed something that leaked through my ceiling so now I have damage that needs to be repaired. Ask them to come back to repair my ceiling and clean up. I had another company take photos that showed perhaps mice droppings were present. I was told I had raccoons but no evidence was ever presented to that fact. No evidence mice were removed either. Horrible communication. No return of repeated phone calls. Charged for something I cannot verify was corrected.

      I called orkin to have them come to my home to do a one time extemination of some hornets that made a nest in my crawl space under my home. I was very clear on one time service. When the exterminator arrived he said it was set up for bi monthly and to do one time it would be a lot more than the $280 I was quoted which was a lot more money than another local company quoted, but they could not come out for a few weeks. He left my home to call his office for about 20 minutes. When he came back in he said they would honor the price. He looked at the hole in our bathroom where they were coming out attacking my husband when he was trying to repair the floor. Then he saw the nest in the vent on the back porch and sprayed it. He told me they come back a week later to look for any return or more nests and to remove the old nest if we want. The woman that scheduled me said they can clean up the nest and dead bees and plug and hole that is the size of a baseball or smaller. She said she used to do the extermination part but now works in the office. He did not seem keen on patching or checking for any more bees nests when here. They have scheduled me two times to come back and both times were a no show. Today, September 9 between 12 and 2, last week August 31st. No call, no show. Today after not showing up I call, they rescheduled to next week on Monday at 8 am and I asked for an email or text so I have it confirmed. I called at 2:20 pm. It is now 9:17 pm and I still have not recieved the text confirmation promised. I do not believe they have any intention of returning as promised, repairing the hole or re spraying as the technician suggested they do when they return. I saw a lot of baby hornets about 4 days after the treatment in the back yard. I have seen some full sized ones today in our front yard. I was miss lead on the service, cost and follow up! They should either follow through with their promised services or refund me my money to hire someone else

      I am so frustrated with the company. Constant appointment changes, so we aren't here to do the inside because of last minute changes, and the total disregard for customer service. I have continued receiving collection notices when a card was on file and valid. Their system would give them an error so it was determined it was my card and so I became past due. This is so frustrating when I call and call to correct the issue and get put on hold, told I will receive a call back etc. Two months in and I finally got someone willing to assist. She removed and reentered my card and it corrected the issue.In addition to the service, I still have all the bugs that I had when I started in January. I will not be renewing this service. This is the first past due anything I've had since I was 18. I'm very unhappy.

      THEFT-NO SERVICE PROVIDED-UNPROFESSIOINAL-The Orkin (Rollins) location at *************************************************************** and Branch Manager *************************** is unprofessional and incompetent staff because of his leadership. Starts at the top. Unfortunately, Roswell location closed and our *** account which was active was transferred to this location and it has been the worst experience. Their office in 2/2022 as a courtesy was contact and spoke with Princess to advise where to and how to submit invoices to keep our *** termite account active. On 8/1/22 I contacted this office to be advised when the next inspection would be completed that's when I was advised the account lapsed as their office never submitted invoices or advised the correct personnel to do so. ******** forwarded my request to speak with the manager ******* to assist and with reinstatement. I advised ******* since his staff did not submit invoices nor contact the *** at any time how can I get the account reinstated with no add'l fees/cost? The office Region Adm. ********* ************************* submitted an invoice of $295 via email for annual renewal and a check was certified mailed to their office 8/13/22 and the office cashed it on 8/17/22. Per an email from ******* on 8/25/22 he stated reinstatement should be completed by that day's end. Needless to say, their office as of 9/8/22 STILL has NOT reinstated the account.How does a company take a customer's money but not provide the service which the *** paid for? That is not legal and is bad business practice. On 8/30/22 I emailed ******* and ******* and requested a Orkin District Manager's contact I never received that, but ******* replies "******* is looking into the reinstatement". ******* called me and advised that someone at Orkin closed out the reinstatement request. At this point being a MANAGER, he should have a resolution. Can't even access *** orkin online account due to this. At this time legal action, refund request, and close account is a high option.
