1 starI hired Orkin in ************************* to provide regular service. They failed to show up several times, haven't returned calls or emails. I've called the sales line hoping they could share my message and i have even called the serviceman directly. To no avail. I spent $100s of dollars. i would like my money to be returned. they were awful! I do NOT recommend this company.Review fromEva S

1 starDID NOT DO THE *** THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. DID NOT REMOVE THE HORNET ****.TOLD ME WHEN I CALLED THEY WOULD REMOVE THE HORNET **** BUT THEY ONLY SPRAYED IT. ONLY KILLED THE ADULTS, THE BABIES WERE HATCHING AND STILL FLYING IN AND OUT. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO REMOVE THE **** AND PAY THEM. ORKIN CHARGED ME ALMOST $400.00 FOR THIS. I CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AFTER ONE DAY - PER THEIR CONTRACT, I HAD THREE DAYS TO CANCEL. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED ME AND I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS. Discussed service with ORKIN representative ***************************. He recommended a service which drills two holes around windows and injects their product. Also sprays exposed wood in garage and sprays exposed wood in attic. Was not present for service however I have security cameras on entrance and driveway. Their technician was in the house twenty-nine minutes. Service was over $1,700 dollars. Did not open garage to spray attic. After discussing this with ***** they agreed to send a technician out. He determined most of the windows were treated just a couple were missed. He did also spray attic. When I questioned ***** how they justified charging over $1,700 for thirty minutes of labor and $50 worth of product he did not have a good answer for me. He stated he would have his superior contact me. A week later I had not heard from anyone so I again contacted *****, and he stated this was the busy season and reassured me someone would get in touch with me. After a couple of weeks their representative contacted me but again avoided to answer how they justified over $1,700 for thirty minutes of labor and $50 worth of product.In short It is beyond me how they justify charging this much.Rollins, Inc.

1 starThis is a horrible company, do not use them! they install some gutters on my new home and the do not work correctly. The gutters are leaking water when its rain. I have called and they send some worthless workers out the spend about 15 minutes at ************ of the workers told me that my roof was too thin and this kind of gutters shoulder of never be installed. I was texting with one of the manger and he was no help. Now we are having to find some to find this mistake. This company is a rip off. I will never use them or Orkin again!!!Review fromJan H

Orkin charged me over $2600 to cover a year of treatments. In a full year of treatments about every 2 or 3 weeks they did not solve the problem as they had promised. We finally ended the service, with still no resolution in sight. It seems like a scam to me that they never did as promised yet were eager to have us stay in the program, paying even more money.Rollins, Inc.

I have been an orkin customer for the last 5 years and their customer ******* has gone down tremendously. I had 3 visits in May, only one was scheduled and was charged TWICE. After contacting customer ******* the rep I spoke to agreed that there was an error on their part and that one of the payments would be applied to my August visit. I stated.i would not prepay for a ******* 3 months ahead. I then proceeded to make 1 payment to cover the May visit. Since this time the customer ******* team has HARRASSED me to no end. When I showed screenshots of invoices which showed I was charged TWICE as a result of their error....silence. Now 3 weeks later I received a notice that due to delinquency I run the risk of going into collections and having my account canceled. Since my August ******* was provided I will be paying (which is what I was intending to do anyway) but I also will be canceling and finding another ******* provider. The techs also have a habit of showing up sitting in the car for 15 mins, being in and out in 5, or not showing up at all. I would give 0 stars if I could.Rollins, Inc.

This company took over ********************** They did not obtain it smoothly and I have had nothing but problems. They never came out in **** but charged me for this in July for **** June, and July all at once. It took a week to get ahold of anyone. They outsource calls to ***** so they would "leave messages" for Orkin to call and no call. I tried calling several times and was on hold for 40 minutes once and 35 another for the longer waits out of all the times I called. Most of the time, I had to hand up and forgot about since I had to go back to work because I was on I lunch. Finally, go ahold of someone to speak to a manager for me and took 25 minutes to have her go back and forth about our May issue and how they never came at all but billed us, but they finally refunded me 8 days after my phone call. Then after their last visit and getting the refund in between, they came out AGAIN ****************************************** July with no warning. We have clear notes about how they must call 24 hours or more before they come so we can unlock our side gate and they did not do this the last 2 times they came out. The technician had told us the reason they came without calling was because "they were behind on calls" which is why they just showed up. Then, I called the local branch and it took 12 minutes to wait for them to answer and the girl that spoke to me was condescending and rude with expressing how I felt it was not right to come 16 days after my last visit and not notify us either. She just said, "Ok, we're sorry." She spoke in a passive-aggressive to and not care to remedy the situation and seemed more than happy to cancel my service when requested. They had no remorse or possible solutions to help the situation or offer partial credit for all that they have done. DON'T USE ORKIN, if you don't want to deal with India call centers to communicate and no one ever calls back, or charge for phantom visits, or deal with incompetent office and field personnel.Rollins, Inc.

The company installed new insulation in my basement. Because of laziness, an employee threw a heavy roll of insulation down my basement stairs, thereby breaking my basement door. I was assured that the door would be replaced immediately. Four months later and numerous phone inquiries on my part, the door has not been replaced. I would like a credit on my account. I don't trust that this company will replace the door properly.Rollins, Inc.

Our technician was more concerned with talking to my dogs than doing what he was there to do. I was told he would look around the house to see what services needed to be done. It was like pulling teeth to get him to look throughout the house. I asked him to check the basement for mice as we had a hole in our dog food bag in the pantry and knew we had them somewhere. He said no activity when my husband found plenty activity down there. When he came back I asked my husband to be sure he trapped the basement. He came without the proper traps or bait. Sprayed for a few outside and left. I called to ask for a new technician and was asked to give him another try. I said ok. The man I spoke to also suggested an inspection be done to seal up the outside of house and foundation. I rent this house and the landlord came for the estimate and agreed to pay the $1836 for the sealing process She very clearly told the inspector NOT to use our card on file for this but to use hers. He understood as I was also right there and he knew I was the tenant. He took her card from her hand took down the info and that was that. The day after the service we got notified by our bank that our checking account was over $1000 negative We panicked and saw Orkin took the service off our debit card and not our landlords. Our account was negative now and we had 2 other scheduled payments get declined Bc we didnt expect Orkin to take from wrong card I reached out to the manager and explained. He said hed call me back. He never did. We had to frantically call the main number after waiting well over an hour. They couldnt find her cc# anywhere and wouldnt reverse the charge. We had to have her call them and give it again. Even tho I could see where on the receipt emailed to me the info and number was written. still no call back still no use of our card for who knows how long Put us in bad standing W the bank and the other companies that got declined Bc of this. Its unprofessional and carelessRollins, Inc.

Awful awful experience I called 2 different services out for reflex prices orkin was one and terminex was one terminex came 1st and gave me a quote and then orkin came I told orkin the price terminex would do it for and orkin started bashing them stating they would do it cheaper and better so I went with orkin which I REGRET now.. it's been an all in all awful experience I'm have issues with bats and bat bugs they told me the could start asap don't hear from them for days call them all of a sudden they can't until aug 5th whatever no big deal they come out fill the holes leave metal scrapes in my yard and gap filler on my back porch and on a chair not all of the holes are event filled called the manager he comes out and indeed sees the job wasn't finished was told they were coming back they did not didn't hear from them for days I had to call them to see what was going on lack of communication on there end... Extremely upset STILL have bats and the bugs and this process was started WEEKS agoRollins, Inc.
