      Orkin failed to control a bedbug issue in my apartment building in 3 apartment's above mine. When they finally made their to the floor below I found them in my apartment and complained to the town health inspector. The ***** specialist then wrote an email saying I was ground zero and where they were originated. Altho the top floor has been treated prior since 2023 by another company as well as orkin being the last to treat and take on the infestation. This email has resulted in me being sued by my landlord and wants me to pay for services. This is retailiation,. This also resulted in my landlord posting my apartment number on 13 units and emailed every tentant my name and apartment number. This is a direct result of this orkin email. I have tried speaking with my local orkin and they refuse an apology or accountability. You can not reach anyone at corporate because the numbers are false, orkin will not given out a number for corporate. They continue to stonewall me. I would like an apology stating there is no way to definitively target one tentant as ground zero and where they are generating from when the infestation started on the floor above me. I was not the causation.. I will turn this into an entire lawsuit myself.

Due to my limitations, he could not send the report to her without permission from the landlord/property manager.

      I contacted Orkin for pest control problems because they are a national brand and thought that would carry some weight. Initial quote visit went well but I was told you could not pay for services as you go (I later learned that was a lie) and was told for service to start I would have to finance with their company of choice (predatory lending). They have since come for first service which went well. Upon my monthly follow *** they have cancelled twice without notice or explanation and on the third time claimed they couldnt reach me, so they treated the outside of the house for an inside problem and called it good enough and left. When I called to ask what was going on I got the run around. ***** this company at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional and predatory.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Still had bugs everywhere after their services. I canceled the service and they still continued to charge me. They did not notify me and then sent those payments to a debt collector. I had perfect credit until them. Then when i called the lady was extremely rude and told me basically to go fly a kite. WORST pest control company *** ever dealt with. One of the worst customer service experiences *** ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      We were told the $7k price tag meant that we would have no issues and that professionals were going to remove our insulation and replace it due to a squirrel getting in through the *****. The crew never taped off the area and now insulation covers the master bedroom and all of its contents. Now I can't stay in my bedroom until we get a professional remediation company to resolve the issue and I have to send my entire wardrobe to the dry cleaners, sounds over the top? Ask me for photos or video! This happened today, 10/16/2024.

      I have the following issues with this company;For my initial visit ***** arrive and went over details with my child And attempted to take a payment from him. Contract and payment details had already been discussed the day before.Considering I couldn't be home for the entire visit I wrote everything out in details of where we had noticed issues.***** told me to call with any questions that I had. I called him the day of my initial visit, 2 months later still no return ************ says 24 hours a day, They were never available after 5, and when the after hours had messages for the staff, It never seemed to make it to the staff in the morning or they simply didn't return the calls. They never showed up for appointments that I SCHEDULED and never call to say that they were canceling. I called and ask how do they determine the size of the trap that's used. Considering ***** never moved my stove, which is the only spot we had seen droppings. The rat would set off the traps never catching it because the trap was too small.I had cracks near my foundation that you would think was noticeable to a professional. He never sealed or covered them, never even mentioned it. It Was pointed out once another company came out.This company has not kept The promise of their contract, I need to be refunded for all money spent.

      I was almost scammed $16,000+.I feel I wasted my money. We had mice in our garage. I did what I could as a homeowner and still kept hearing and seeing activity. So, I reached out to ******I was charged $200 for someone to come put some mouse traps in the garage and spray something along the exterior of my house. I was then told they offer free inspections and someone could come investigate for the mice.A man came and checked the attic and exterior. I didnt really get an explanation of how I was getting mice. Other than, theyre coming from up and down. Not down and up. I was told by the tech, I would say you have hundreds of mice in your attic and theyve been there for at least a year. He showed me pictures of my attic. They were indeed of my attic. He turned his phone away to zoom and then showed me pictures of the nesting holes and paths they were making. I was provided with a $16k quote to remove the insulation and replace.Once my husband got home, we went up to look for those nests and paths. None. We banged on things and moved a ton of insulation around. We didnt see or hear anything. There were no holes and no paths. And there wasnt enough f**** to suggest there were hundreds of mice.We called another exterminator and were told without him looking he knew we didnt have hundreds. He said it would stink, we would hear them all night, and there would be an unbelievable amount of feces.I think they saw a lady home by herself and decided to tell her the worst they could to make a big sale. They didnt stop to think we might go do a double look.I am disgusted that I was quoted $16k. Especially now, knowing there is not an infestation.I paid them $200 to set mouse traps. I could have done that myself and I had already done that.

      ***** service out of ************, **, is almost non-existent. ***** installed about ***** termite bait stations around the perimeter of my home. They are supposed to be checked at least once a year, and the baits should be replaced as needed. I complained repeatedly for years that the bait stations hadn't been inspected for years. After repeated complaints to corporate and local the franchise, a senior inspector was sent to inspect inside the home and the bait traps. He was able to locate only 5 of them (about 25%) because of ground cover overgrowth, and he recommended to the senior office manager that all of the stations be replaced. The office scheduled a day with me for this to occur. No one showed up on that day or in the subsequent 3 months. I was never contacted nor notified about rescheduling this service.About *********************************************************************************** extensive structural damage to our home, which he said had been going on for years (but went undetected on annual inspections by other ***** inspectors). The repairs cost roughly $10,000. My next door neighbors had a similar experience and cost. They have already changed providers. I will be changing pest control companies when my ***** subscription expires.. It is obvious that ***** corporate does not monitor the quality of service provided by its local franchises.

      They told us we would only need to be out of the house for four hours while they treated and that it would then be safe for or newborn and cats. They said as soon as it was dry, we would be fine. They also said they would only be treating furniture and baseboardsno surfaces. We stayed out 24 hours to be extra cautious. When we returned, there were puddles of the product all over the house. Everything was still wet, and the house smelled of pesticides. They had treated all surfaceseven floors and counters. They sent an inspector who said it wasnt safe for us to return to our home because they overtreated and used an oil based product, but then provided no solution and nowhere for us to go. Manager wasnt taking our calls. We had to drive three hours with our baby and cats and no clothes or essentials (since we couldnt renter the house) to stay either my parents. They finally sent a cleaning crew the next day who was only there for about 30 minutes and left a majority of the pesticides. They didnt follow up or quality check. My husband and father had to clean the toxic chemicals themselves. They offered no compensation. We also ordered bed encasements which we havent received two months later and have no answers regarding when we would get them. We requested a refund last week which still hasnt been processed. The manager said he would follow up for a service/good we paid for that they never provided, but he hasnt. This experience has been wholly unsafe and we have been financially exploited.

      ****:1) Have payment plan with company to treat my rental property for ***** infestation.2) Company contacts me with a date and time to treat my house. e.g. from 10am to 12pm.3) Technician does not warn you that he is enroute.4) Technician arrives early (prior to 10am) and treats outside house.5) Technician states unable to treat inside house because he could not get inside.6) This Scam saves the company chemicals and allows the company to overbook customers. 7) I have called to reschedule inside house treatment, but they are non-responsive.

      Totally ripped me off ! My initial visit ( for mice ) cost me $295, and all he did was set a few traps and put out poison pellets, which I had already been doing. As a senior on Social Security, this is unacceptable! I don't mind paying for a service that accomplishes something, but my mice are still thriving and it seems all they want to do is come out monthly with no real plan of attack.
