      Absolutely horrible company literally a nightmare to deal ********** was the fifth time these dummies have stood me up and not done their job now I have to go through a hassle to fire them. Rearrange my schedule to accommodate them to come in and five no shows in a row. The mice are back worse than ever and Ive already given them over $500 I will not be living out the contract they teally **** I absolutely hatethis company

      First let me say I have been an ***** customer since approximately 1998. For years I haven had many complaints however it is getting ridiculous. Orkin is supposed to be here every other month. I havent seen them since April. I have had to do my own pest control since then at additional cost. Only rarely do they let me know they are not coming. I usually have to call. I cant get them to come in between calls like they are supposed to. Their slogan is a lie. Not sure if I have it exactly but it goes if there is a problem between appointments they will be at your doorstep. They arent satisfied until the customer is happy. In the last year I have had to contact them about lack of service. At times Ive requested to speak to a manager on occasion they might call me back. They were supposed to be here again today. No message no phone call saying they werent coming. I had to call. The tech I had was with the company for several Years and he quit. I think they need to be looked into.

      The local branch in NJ ignores every attempt we've made to contact them. We've had issues outside of our normal service and they never responded. We tried calling the Orkin call center, but all they do is transfer us back to the local branch, who never responds. The customer service was so awful that we decided to cancel our service. The bigger problem is that the local branch refuses to acknowledge our cancellation from ~2 months ago and continues to charge us. All I can do now is continue to dispute these charges through my credit card company because no one will get back to us.Absolutely awful.

      This company is a scam. Called to have hornets and wasp nest removed from my dwelling. Gentleman came sprayed nest ..Never removed nest and now wasps and hornets are back again swarming like crazy. Paid $433.00 for this service. Called to request a follow up visit never came and never even called me back. Cannot use my backyard have dogs and grandchildren who cannot even come to use my pool. This company is a disgrace have put in a dispute with my credit card since I already paid them. Please do not use them.

      This company has wonderful technicians, who are very professional, and friendly. When you call the Alsip location to speak to anyone, some are nice and some are very rude. Spoke with someone a couple of months ago and told her to cancel my account and she said why - I told her because she was rude. Instead of cancelling, she rescheduled my appointment. This company continues to reschedule on their own and is not a convenient day or time. The technicians come out and I refuse service now twice and they still bill me and send collection letters daily. When you call to speak to a manager, they send you to someone else pretending to be a manager. No one ever calls back when they say they will 'pull the recording' and take necessary steps to take care of the bill. This is horrific! I will NOT be paying for services not rendered. It's unfortunate since we have been customers since 2017! I do not recommend using this company.

      I had a satisfactory termite service ($2380.00) from ***** on August 16, 2024. One option to pay this bill is 90 days same as cash. Paying the bill can't start until Rollins Acceptance (*****'s finance department) sends information on opening a portal. One month after the service, I have not received any information on opening an account with ********************, even though I called 3 times over the past few weeks. Finally, one employee is sending me the ID/password to enter the portal and make a payment. My issue is that the 90 days started on day of service, so I am down to about 60 days before interest accrues. I was told that the 90 days start time can't be changed. Maybe Civil Court will change their mind.I recommend not using Orkin.

      Beware of letting a Orkin tech in your home without escorting them while they spray in your home. I was missing a prescription drug after the ***************** my home. I let me spray while I was working. No one else was in my home! The next day my prescription was gone. Called Orkin 3 times was told someone would call within ***** hrs. If ***** doesnt acknowledge the problem it doesnt need to take action.Finally called the local Orkin manager and he said **** had been with them 25 years.Well they have a thief working for them 25 years!

      This company is a masterclass in terrible service. They cunningly send out bills at the start of each month, hoping youll cough up cash without noticing youve never actually received any service. Refunds? Only if you catch them red-handed. Good luck reaching their officeafter you leave a dozen messages, youll be lucky to get a peep back. Their technicians are perpetually short on supplies, thanks to the managements spectacular incompetence. Management itself only bothers to respond when you threaten to cancel or demand your money back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this train wreck of a company..

      If I could leave zero starts I would. First off they cover Philly because the philly office is commercial. They only have one guy to cover ****** and he is lazy and refuses to do his job. I had to constantly call and request someone else. (******* was absolutely amazing but sadly he either quit or got fired). Dealing with not having anyone else to cover Philly I didnt have service for close to four months and they claimed they were still coming and doing my outside however my cameras proved they didnt. So in June I tried to cancel. The girl in the office who answers the phones was completely nasty and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked for days to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a manager who told me I had a zero balance and I was cancelled when I stated I wanted to cancel my account. Three months later I start getting letters for a balance. I reach back out to the manager and the manager stated I had a bill because I took my account (that was cancelled and zero balance) off auto pay. As I was disputing this bill the manager or office went into past billing took my credit card information (I deleted all banking information out of my account) and charged me for the bill without my knowledge or permission. Last I checked thats illegal. I call corporate who agree what this office did was wrong and that is have a regional manager reach out and absolutely nothing. Do not waste your time or money on orkin. They dont show up, **** is lazy and doesnt do his job. You pay for services you dont receive and when you cancel they tell you you are but then dont and continue billing you and then go behind your back and charge your card without warning.
