      This company is a masterclass in terrible service. They cunningly send out bills at the start of each month, hoping youll cough up cash without noticing youve never actually received any service. Refunds? Only if you catch them red-handed. Good luck reaching their officeafter you leave a dozen messages, youll be lucky to get a peep back. Their technicians are perpetually short on supplies, thanks to the managements spectacular incompetence. Management itself only bothers to respond when you threaten to cancel or demand your money back. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this train wreck of a company..

      If I could leave zero starts I would. First off they cover Philly because the philly office is commercial. They only have one guy to cover ****** and he is lazy and refuses to do his job. I had to constantly call and request someone else. (******* was absolutely amazing but sadly he either quit or got fired). Dealing with not having anyone else to cover Philly I didnt have service for close to four months and they claimed they were still coming and doing my outside however my cameras proved they didnt. So in June I tried to cancel. The girl in the office who answers the phones was completely nasty and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked for days to speak to a manager. Finally spoke to a manager who told me I had a zero balance and I was cancelled when I stated I wanted to cancel my account. Three months later I start getting letters for a balance. I reach back out to the manager and the manager stated I had a bill because I took my account (that was cancelled and zero balance) off auto pay. As I was disputing this bill the manager or office went into past billing took my credit card information (I deleted all banking information out of my account) and charged me for the bill without my knowledge or permission. Last I checked thats illegal. I call corporate who agree what this office did was wrong and that is have a regional manager reach out and absolutely nothing. Do not waste your time or money on orkin. They dont show up, **** is lazy and doesnt do his job. You pay for services you dont receive and when you cancel they tell you you are but then dont and continue billing you and then go behind your back and charge your card without warning.

      Absolutely terrible service and zero result with their mosquito service. When you call Manager ***** at local ********************************* hangs up on you not once but twice. Little detail now. We experience mosquitoes day after their mosquitos service and not one or two random mosquitoes but everyone in our backyard was complaining about it. Next day kids legs and arms were covered with mosquito bites. After multiple calls and multiple scheduled appointments, no one actually showed up to respray. Waited almost three weeks. When I finally get hold of Manager ***** at local branch near ****** and ask for why is no one showing up when scheduled, he says, when you call and want the service doesnt mean we have someone available. He even says I am the manger but your area is not my territory, not sure what that means since I was transferred to him for a reason. He is not there to find solution but get you more frustrated with what is already going on. In short I asked to cancel my service and he says when I am done typing this cancellation you will get a confirmation and hangs up again.

      Extremely rude! They charged me for services that they are refusing to render. I called around 4pm because my appointment for the day was cancelled and rescheduled at 2pm and I called to find out why and I was met with 2 extremely rude and irate women who work in the office. They informed me that even though I can ask for treatment inbetween scheduled monthly services that there was no reason for me to have done it this time so I would be seen in a month and if I didn't like it I could wait until the manager was back in office and they did not know when or if that would happen before my appointment in 3 weeks. I let them know that I would be filing a complaint and they hung up on me.

      Terrible. How on earth can they have even 4 stars is a mystery. They have virtually non-existent service AFTER the customer has paid by credit card. Since July 13 we have been waiting for positive results for our attic rodent issue. NOTHING. Their Rep did a mere cursory walk around the outside of the home, showed no interest in entering the attic where the problem is, then sprayed a nonsensical useless peppermint magic spray (my description) after which for 4 consecutive days we trapped 4 live mice all very healthy. We are still waiting for outdoor traps to be put down by them which will also probably be useless. We are an elderly couple and have exhausted all possible places for entry points outside, laid down traps etc. and were hoping that the "professionals" could succeed where we have failed. NOT. For this consumer, their spray is a smoke and mirror fake application to make the consumer feel they are getting monies worth. And no response to my email either. We get little to no sleep with the rodent activity noise above our bedroom ceiling. We wait.

      Really would not give them any stars. Called and appointment for a problem with gnats. I asked them at the time of making appointment if they could get rid of them and was told yes. The day of appointment someone from ***** called to see if they had sprayed. We said NO and told him what our problem was gnats and he asked if we tried this and that, which we had. They finally showed up really late and asked was our problem flies and we told them no. He sprayed some drains but called next day and tell them they were even worse. This was on Friday and was told they couldnt come out til Thursday. Anyone who had had gnats know they breed quickly. So what do they think is going to happen in 6 days. The gnats will be even worse. I will never do business with them again and will highly recommend no one else does.

      I have a major rat infestation in my 150 years old house.The rats are thoroughly entrenched both within the walls and between floors.They leave feces, and the smell of their urine and hormones is everywhere,. For 30 years I dealt with them with glue traps, snap traps, outdoor baits & foaming any obvious entry ways. Dozens of small pest control businesses have proffered knowledge and solutions. Nothing worked.Finally, I hired the ************** a reputable, nationwide company, I believed could solve the problem once and for all. The most expensive but I believed, well worth it. Their inspector, MF, took photos, wrote notes & showed me his review. He appeared impressive, well spoken and promised satisfactory results & that 'he would stay with me until the end'. He also claimed that I had a termite problem.His 4 or 5 workers applied metal to some huge holes, ( they refused to lift any appliances) so could only address the outermost, superficial places. Fortunately, I had contractors here to do all the heavy lifting for them. Nonetheless, they never went deep into the house, toward the source. I had to point out some holes they missed. They had me build a hole in the 2nd floor ceiling to access the attic, which they said was a breeding ground. On that occasion, they removed & replaced the insulation.The result of their work? Nothing! In fact the rats increased! We even began to see them, day & night! Of course I called Orkin immediately. I texted and called MF many, many times, but my texts were blocked & my calls unanswered. Fortunately, I've documented it all with photos.Since they left in mid-June Ive learned that the source of the problem is my house! The foundation is like rotting Swiss cheese and thank God, my contractor could see this. Thus, to solve the rat problem, I am forced to rebuild the foundation of my house. In essence, I was tricked by ***** into signing 4 contracts that demand $10,060 for cosmetics, nothing more. They lied.

      Spent over $7000 not quite a year ago with ***** and today a representative shows up , no appointment, no advance notice. I changed my plans to accommodate him, to be nice only to find it was no more than a sales call. He took pictures of my home and underneath my home without my permission. Orkin is one of the worse companies I have ever done business with and will get no further business from me. My advice use caution if you use them and keep your hand on your wallet.

      Dont have his last name right now, but *** the Mexican American guy is the man! Had a little problem with critters and *** was my first in person contact. Within 5 minutes I decided he was the only one I wanted coming to my home. He is knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and took the time to explain what he was leaving in my home and what its purpose was. 3 months later problem solved, and transpired just about how *** said it would.. If you have to call them ask for ***!

      I called out this company to help find out what rodent is getting into my attic and wall cavities. *** came out and checked my attic found a few mouse droppings and a bat dropping in attic. I knew of the mice issue as i have trapped and put bait stations outside my foundation and have caught them. *** could not figure out what exactly was getting in since i have done alot of exclusion work around my home so he suggested doing a mole and vole treatment in my yard since they ****** and mice and chipmunks use the tunnels as well. He told me that they would gas my yard and make a permiter around my foundation to keep them from coming in. He said it was 100% money back guarantee, so i paid them ************************************************************************************************ back of yard so when i asked the tech , you dont do the whole yard like *** stated an he said no can only do active tunnels which i only had that one way in the back yard. i am still having the rodent issue in attic and walls so i called service manager and he came out and stated what tech said, so i said i want to cancel this because moles is not what is getting in my attic, he then said ok and he would look into giving 50% to 25% of my money back since i was told wrong on the service. so i called a week later and the district manager told the rep on phone that i wasnt getting any money back. i asked to speak to the district manager and they advised he would call me back and for a week i have not gotten a phone call back as yet and when i call them im told he will call me. I definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone for service.
