      ***, the Maintenance Man, came here within his time window, and was awesome!! He came in and saw that our microwave was bad and started ordering a new one. No hassle, no questioning, just said OK, lets just get you a new one.Hassle free service!!

      FirstKey Homes are not honest and are very rude. FirstKey Homes price-gouge everything. Buyer beware. (Caveat emptor)

      The First Key agents are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I really appreciate the help we received from ******** and ***********************. I appreciate the timeliness of their response to our questions and the help received in assembling necessary documents. Each First Key agent/representative that I spoke with was courteous, and showed a willingness to be helpful to us in making this process unstressful.

      I really like renting from FirstKey, they inspected the house before we moved in, the application process was very easy. We have been here for 8 months and whenever I have an issue, I file a maintenance request and they have it fixed within a couple of days. I love the way I can pay my rent and utilities through their app., I absolutely love this company, I had an issue with the *** and FirstKey helped me take care of it immediately. I want to thank FirstKey for always helping me starting from the application process in St.Petersburg to my tenant issues in ********* ******* I will definitely use them again!

      ****** was great! Replaced our thermostat. Super professional and friendly!! Had a AC issue where the drip pan was overflowing and ****** assured me it was clear, fixed and exceeding his job duties!

      The property manager at First Key Homes is refusing to provide rodent control for the rats and mice that are in the rental house Im in. Their reason for denying servicing the home is because they put it in the lease that it is my responsibility and I signed the 72 page document. Even though I signed it, I still feel like there is a ***** law that would over ride the lease since the rodents are creating a health and safety issue. As we have all heard, rats carry monkey pox as well as other diseases. Oh and did I mention, the wood on the steps doesnt go all the way to the wall leaving about a 1.5inch opening between several steps and the wall. I discovered this when my puppy kept sniffing and scratching at the area. Between that and the holes on the outside of the house, Im having a hard time understanding how the mice and rats are my responsibility. In my mind, the rodents are secondary to poor maintenance and construction of the home. Yet and still, First Key Homes has continued to tell me that the pests are my responsibility. I had a pest control company come out and they clearly stated on their quote that the rats ate through the foam that was previously placed. The mice and rats freely come out during the day with the ** playing, people moving around and everything. Oh did I mention the pest control people want $811.00 to reseal the house and set *********************************************** to live there with my kids, dogs and these disgusting rodents. Those things carry many diseases. I am so fearful for our safety and health that we have not been staying there for about a week. My neighbor has been setting traps for me and so far he has caught 4 mice and one rat. That is just over the past 7 days. Not to mention I am still paying over $1600.00 in Rent plus utilities. I have a phobia of mice and I just cant live like that. Can you please tell me who I can call to help me get out of this lease?Joi

      They were quick to get us qualified and in to the home of our *************** agent was extremely friendly. Rental home was freshly remodeled and clean.

      I've been living in my First Key home for about 1 week now without any A/C in 100+ degree weather. The first maintenance request was put in by the Move-In Inspector on 7/27/2022, and the second request was put in by the Move-In Coordinator on 7/28/2022. However, when I moved in on 7/29/2022 the air still wasn't working properly. I reached out to maintenance that night and they came to put freon in the **** but it ran out the very next day. I placed another maintenance the next day and the same maintenance tech came back out to support and noticed that I had a bigger issue with the **** and updated the First Key maintenance request. However, the A/C Vendor that was assigned the ticket has already been out to the home on 7/28/2022 to access and troubleshoot the issue and know what it will take to repair it. They sent an email to First Key **************** for approval to get started but that email went unanswered. The A/C ************** reached out to me on 8/1/2022 to inform me that they were still waiting on First Key ****************. to approve their email before they can begin repairing my A/C issue. I then called First Key **************** multiple times to figure out why the vendor email has yet to be approved but no one responded to my WO numbers. I even requested an Escalated Incident to be created and a Maintenance Manager to call me but still, no one has called or responded to my tickets/work orders since 7/30/2022 and today is 8/4/2022 plus it's been 100+ degrees every day this week. At this point, I'm just ready to get all my money back and move out because at least someone can do is acknowledge that I'm without A/C and reach out to give me an update but all they do is dodge my calls and have the dispatcher say "my supervisor is handling out supervisor duties and will get back with you later". I was told that 3 times this week but haven't received a phone call, email, or even a text from First ***************************

      I applied for a house, I was denied in 1 hour! They won't reply to me or give the reason. I understand if maybe I didn't meet their criteria. I just don't understand how a company can't and won't communicate.

      We had several issues with the maintenance group. Many times we have been told someone would reach out within 24 hrs and 3 days later still no follow up. 1) Took over a year and 5 flooded basements to get a plumbing issue resolved. When finally addressed FirstKey said compensation would be discussed for our hassle and property damage. Nothing has been done. 2) Took 3 months to get a sidewalk repair done that was causing a tripping hazard.3) It has been a month and a half since we reported a hole in garage roof and no repair completed 4) Bricks falling from the chimney. A month and a half has gone by since it was reported, no response. 5) Electricity issue. Kitchen, living room, 2nd floor all on same circuit breaker. Reported the issue and took 4 months to have it addressed. Was not able to fully use kitchen without having the circuit breaker trip. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. ESPECIALLY THE ******* MARKET, THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
