I purchased a dishwasher and paid for it in full at the beginning of 2024. Shortly after the dishwasher stopped working. I contacted Aarons to advise of the issue and they took my dishwasher to service. It is now October and I still do not have my dishwasher. The representative informed me that they have ordered a new dishwasher as a replacement, however it is cheaper than the one I originally purchased. I refuse to pay for a replacement that is cheaper than what I paid for. I would be willing to accept the cheaper item with assurance that my account will be credited for the remaining amount. However, the company is not willing to give me the appropriate numbers or calculation. I would like it also known that the regional manager, ****, downplayed my concerns and treated my issue as if it is less than concerning. I have no issue with going to court, should the company wish to pursue that option instead of rectifying the mistake.Business Response

I find it interesting that I make a formal complaint and all of the sudden my dishwasher is located and delivered back to me. To date, I have received no compensation as promised by ****** to satisfy the 7 months of inconvenience. I am left with a table and chairs that are falling apart and refuse to pay for trash that was supposed to be brand new. ****** said he would get furniture repair to take a look and the unit but refuses to aid. The company is not standing by their products and the regional manager refuses to contact me by phone as promised. A man named **** represented as a manager and was very rude to me on the phone. After seven months of being harassed, being held hostage over a faulty dishwasher unit, and this company treating the situation with extortion, they have made zero attempt to repair the table that they have sold to me and do not stand by their products. I refuse to be harassed for payment for items that are falling apart. I have requested, on multiple occasions, that the regional manager contact me and he refused. Instead he has a manager named **** call me, who is completely rude and lacks customer service and understanding for what this company has put me through. For the emotional distress alone, this company refuses to acknowledge the damage caused by their ineptitude and unwillingness to provide good service to customers who paid thousands to their company. I rented a stove and refrigerator from this Aaron's location. I then lost my job and was having some trouble keeping up with the payments. I was staying in touch with them and letting them know what I could and could not do, but the store manager, Ajan, who had always been kind to me previously, decided to become demanding, unhelpful, and even threatening to me. When I would call to update him, he started demanding more specific times and plans, he repeatedly told me in a very rude way that my plans were not good enough. then, when I was unable to provide quicker solutions, he started threatening in as rude a manner to abruptly end my contract. At this point, I stopped answering his questions and calls, so he showed up at my door one day, asked me for a timeframe again, and when I told him what I would be able to do, he said that was not good enough and demanded to be let into my house right then to take the items. I asked him what I was supposed to do with all the food for my grandchildren who live here, he stated he would take it out. I asked what I was going to do with it then, and he stated he didn't care. At that point, I told him to go away and I shut the door. I then got online and sent the corporate office a complaint about Ajan and the way he was treating me. The confirmation said I was going to get a call from someone about my complaint, so I answered the next call I got, but it was him again, being ***** than ever. So I quit answering ANY call that said Aaron's, and I already don't answer suspicious calls that have no information. This morning, another man showed up at my door. I didn't get his name, but it was not Ajan, and he indicated he was just a driver. However, he was just as threatening, if not more, than Ajan had been. He stated, "This will be taken care of by Tuesday, or we WIlLL be back and we WILL come in and take the stuff." So I called corporate again and spoke to a female named ***. Aarons is trying to charge my Grandma ***** ****** for a JbL speaker she never received. We received an ****** speaker that was damaged. (Scratched, and power button was missing) We called the store immediately after delivery to advise them that this was not the item that she ordered. The regional manager ***** told her that the speaker was on back order and would be delivered to her when it became available. Several weeks went by and nothing. We made several calls to the store regarding that issue and no one responded. Since the speaker was broken and we had no response from Aarons. We decided to return the broken speaker and cancel the *** speaker. The ****** speaker that was broken and was picked up by an AArons employee in the Aarons truck on 6/25/2024. I called the store after the pick up to advise them that the item had been picked up and to make sure the *** was canceled. ***** advised us that the account would be closed. We got a letter on October 15th claiming that she was passed due on her account. Now they are claiming she got the *** speaker on 7/16/24. We cancelled the other speaker in June. We never Received any other merchandise from Aarons or signed. So, I took my grandma to the store the same day to try and resolve the issue and behold the speaker we returned was sitting in the front door. Then when we told the counter worker that this was the original speaker we received and returned they told us that what they have in the system is the only thing they have available. I have pictures showing the speaker we received from Fathers Day weekend. It is an ****** speaker not a ***. And when I tried to show them the photos, they started to argue with us and claimed that whatever they had in the system was the ***. Then I called the regional office and the Collections office and filed complaints to them. I was also told that in September someone tried to take out a bed in my grandmothers name. Hello! My name is ****** **** I want to start of by saying me and my wife have been customers of ********************** since ******* have paid off multiple pieces of furniture and use this company because its easy and they delivery it and set everything up for you.We recently moved to ******************* Fl and the ********* Fl location was assigned to us. ********************************************************* Location. We placed our order October 3rd..it is currently going into Oct 18th and we have constantly been canceled on, I take off work to accommodate their delivery schedule only to be called end of the day that they arent coming,I understand the hurricane has set everyone back but I have been canceled on 3 times before then with no remorse or regard and the only excuse is they dont have a driver that would have been nice to know in the early morning hours so I didnt have to miss an entire day of work awaiting delivery. We have been waiting on this furniture for 3 weeks, I have never experienced this with any other location. Ever. I am highly disappointed as we were patiently waiting for this furniture and have had to miss multiple work days expecting a delivery that isnt coming. I think its a total lack of caring for their customer to call last minute and cancel so late in the day and I find it extremely unprofessional with no regard for my time. I would like to hear back from your company in regards to this matter because weve been using Aarons for a long time and have been loyal customers. I hope to find some kind of resolution to this matter as we dont want to end our relationship with Aarons over one bad location who doesnt seem to care about the companys reputation.Business Response

So today on 10/15 I reach out to Aaron's to let them know that I had ANOTHER ISSUE with my stove that it caught fire again and now it's not working at all the salesman SHYANNE told me they aren't gonna fix or replace my stove bc my husband has an account with them and he is late on his payment.. which I am NOT on his account and have NOTHING to do with his account we are 2 separate ppl and accounts.. I make my payments on time every month now that I'm a payment off from paying the stove off they are REFUSING to fix the problem that is under warranty... I am disabled and have a disabled child along with 2 other children in my house and we need our stove we have been through enough since these 2 hurricanes ****** and ****** ****** our area ... This company has been a total nightmare.. the manager has reach out and what we talked about did NOT go as it was supposed to.. Aaron's showed up wanting payments on the other account that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my stove.. my stove is still broken it's a shame I'm a LOYAL customer being treated s***** by these ppl.. here I am STILL with a BROKEN STOVE.. (I have called an electrician to come out and fix my stove and give me proper documentation so i can handle this since these people just wanna give me a run around and NOT stick to the WARRANTY and I'm NOT on there time when they wanna fix it) I also wanna include yesterday when aarons employees came out wanting payments on another individuals account that has absolutely nothing to do with me. I asked him if they were going to switch out my stove and be here about my stove like they were supposed to the gentleman said that his manager ******* wanted them to pick up the payment for a couch that's on another account I told him if that's what they're here for they need to leave my property and so I shut my door and one of the Aaron's employees had opened my door back up and walked in my house without permission ... Very unprofessional.. which I have it all on my home surveillance video and plan on letting a lawyer check it out... I can NOT keep going without my stove as I have MINOR CHILDREN living in my home... And with all this c*** AARON'S is pulling looks as I have to PAY an electrician to fix my stove or go somewhere and have a NEW STOVE delivered to my house bc they are dragging this out and it's NOT far to me as I paid almost ***** for a stove I had MULTIPLE problems with..Business Response

Ive had nothing but a bad experience with this company. From when I first purchased the furniture the delivery guys has broken a piece of furniture in my hallway that belonged to my landlord, Ive sent pictures to an email provided never received a call nor did my landlord and it was all documented. The delivery guys were extremely rude and just brought the furniture Inside and did not set it up I stopped making payments until someone reached out to my landlord which still to this day never happened. So now I am moving and would like my furniture picked up I call and spoke with a ******* in that store who was very rude! Over all ALL encounters with staff at that location has been awful and I will never purchase anything else, I do not want the furniture and ******* stated it will be picked up on October 18th between 3-7pm. **************** is number one and it seems that location needs to be re educated on how to talk and treat customers.Business Response

My name is ******* ********. I currently do not have an account with **********************. However, in the attempt to collect a payment or property the representative is damaging my property. I spoke with the local store rep/manager ******* on 10/14/2024 to advise of the situation only for the gentleman to return the next day and due the exact same thing. I advised them once/twice when they came that the party they were looking for was not here. I work from home and the continuous knocking and laying on the doorbell jeopardizes my job. My ask is for a replacement of my Ring doorbell. It was purchased for my safety because of2 break-ins. I am renting a table I thought was brand new . I was paying $119 a month but I had an issue when I raised the table up to place a rug underneath it had scratches all on the legs back around in th month of August or September 2024 when I made my payment of $90. I was shipped first off a chair that had been cracked when putting it together and finally took it back and the manager said an employee whom was damaging furniture was terminated. She said why did I just say something at that I told her I had lifted up to put the rug under it. I had got an email to lower my payments to $89 month and then it is with 17 months and I am like how is that possible when I had made initial payments of $119 for some . How is the so and how can my payments be corrected to have what I already paid in to bring my months down. I feel that I am overcharged for some a used furniture.Business Response
