      I purchased a ******* washer. The wash machine lasted 2 months and would not work. I asked them to come pick it up and repair it. It took them 2 weeks to pi k it up . I had to purchase a new washer because it's been 6 months and still haven't hear a word. Everytime I asked about the first purchased machine they tell me it's out of their hands. They won't give me a phone number for ******* to contact them. This is very unfair. If I owed them ****** they wouldn't wait as long as I have.

      I have a couch I got from Aaron's in ***** **, I want to return it as the payment is to expensive and it's way to large for my space. I've had the couch less then two months. Last week I paid my next months payment in advance not realizing I was going to want to return this after much thought. I am now being refused to get my refund back mind you it's $180.16.. I have called the corporate office to complain as well as the Bare ** told they won't give me a refund as I am choosing to return it and they have no way to give refunds which I know is a total lie!

      I placed an order with Aarons furniture store, they took my money and never delivered my furniture, the person I spoke to that said he was the highest in the store name was ****, he was very rude and needs customer service **** denied me my ********************. **** should be fired for not displaying customer service to all customers

      We inquired about getting a bed. 2 weeks later I went back to the store and was going to go ahead and get one. The employee walked away from me constantly to eat lunch with her boyfriend and never had me sign any paperwork. She told me it'd be 4 months same as cash and delivered same day. She took my payment and did not hand me a contract. Come to find me out, the contract wasn't even in my name...it was my husbands who wasn't even in the store. The employee signed the contract in his name!!! Completely illegal. Then the payments were not what we were told, I even had a witness in store with me. Was contacted by the DM and he told me we owed $750 left on the bed and the contract would be done in July. Well now it's September and they are saying we owe $1400 more on that bed. They are going to our old address and harassing the new family that lives there. I've emailed corporate several times and I have not received a call back.

      I ordered a living room set in ***** and it was delivered shortly there after. It was delivered with a rip in the arm. I contacted the local aarons multiple times and was told that it would be replaced. We ended up having to move from ********* ** to ***************** **. I notified aarons of our move, and tried to get the issues resolved with the aarons here. I have had nothing fixed or replaced. Now, our recliner that isnt eve 6 months old is broken, the seems on all the furniture are ripping. This furniture is not worth the money we paid for it, and at this point I dont even want it.

      I broke my foot in 8/22/22, I feel behind on paying my bill one month I contacted ******* and advised her I wouldnt have the money and the reason why. She agreed to stop my automatic payment and allow me to call in a payment. I spoke with her on 9/12/22. The payment ran on 9/15/22 I called the store on 9/16/22 to make a payment I spoke with another young lady that confirmed the payment ran and a fee was added. I offered to pay 55 the young lady refused I explained I can make another payment on 9/30 said I would have to speak to ******* This is my second complaint on *******. She hung up on me three times trying to make a payment. I stay in contact with the store but she sends the drivers out to knock on my door two three times a day they bang very hard Ive explained my concern with covid and I only have one foot to work with I explained shes not embarrassing me but I have aniexty and she is adding to it I did call her slow to her manager **** but I asked for him and ******* came to the phone I believed she cursed and hung up This is harassment and bringing me unnecessary stress Im requesting to move my account from this store until Im paid out in April. 2023 I prefer to make my payments with corpt going forward I never want to speak with ******* or **** again Very unprofessional rude almost racists I feel violated Im always looking for them to knock on my door and the beat so hard The footage on the ring bell is childish ******* has forgotten what a customer is and thats sad for her to represent this company in such a manner Please help me stop this harassment and bullying Im receiving from this employee

      I recently started renting a washer dryer stackables from Aarons the *************************************************************************** one and it was suppose to be delivered on 29th of august, it was but they couldnt leave it because of some connection problems that we had to get because the way the laundry room is set up, so they said that they couldnt leave it due to problems which we were in the process of getting. they took it back to the store and we called ****** the manager and said that it will be delivered on sept 1st. which was and they had alot of trouble getting it out of the truck. it was a women and a older gentleman who were doing that, they ended up dropping it and took it inside without considering there was damage done. later that night we ran the washer it wouldnt run a complete cycle without turning off and was giving us alot of trouble cause the lock was broken on the washer door and started leaking water. We called Aarons and talked to ****** once again and told us that she would send someone out but it took a week to do because she had to schedule it with her service guy, he came around 1:30pm on September 7th and said that the washer lock was broken and there was no indictations of the water leaking out of the washer and that h*** be back the next day to fix the lock. the next day he came fixed the lock but no the leak. It continues to fill up with water and now there is water in the washer and hasnt been ran since then. we called monday september 12th and they said that shell call us back prior to friday she didnt so my husband called yet again and she wasnt in that we needed to call back. i got a text saying that monday the 19th the same person who didnt fix the leak will be here agian, i am so fustrated that we are constently calling aarons to try to get the washer fix, its a freaking pan that we have to deal with when cleaning up the water, WE NEED IT FIX ASAP NOT IN 2 WEEKS, TAKEN WAY TO LONG ALREADY. IF NOT I WILL BE PLACING ANOTHER COMPLAINT.

      ***** and ***** keep calling my sons phone trying to collect on a debt that is not his. We have asked numerous ti.es for them to stop. ***** told me today that I was stupid and he can keep calling until he hears from the debtor. We have told him we do not have not had anything to do with the person and have not in months. We do not know any contact info. They are violating the fdcpa law with the ftc. They are being abusive and harassing. They keep calling even though we asked them to stop.

      I paid off on a TV from Aaron's on ******************************************************************* Well my TV clocked out after only 2 years of purchase. I called the store and the Manager ***** says to me "Well you act as if myself or Aaron's caused your TV to not work"He could've cared less im beyond upset. It's going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix a TV I only had for like 3 years.
