I have reported this before.. It was resolved, but now the store manager is doing it again. He keeps messing with my payments and stealing. I have a tax fee of 11 something dollars, I have an on home visit fee, that never happened, 11 something dollars. My taxes are ****. This stores steals from all of their customers. I want my money back. Then July payment is missing.Business Response

I ordered a ottoman storage couch from Aaron's on September 4th for 1 cent and when I called a few days after I placed the order they they told me it takes 10 to 21 business days okay cool so when I check the status of my order it said it was being shipped I called the office to ask them is like what's the date that my stuff is going to come he told me it takes 10 to 21 business days I said but you said the same thing the other day on the phone so I'm just trying to pinpoint when my stuff is going to come so my kids could be in the house of receiving my order so he proceeds to tell me this is store policy this sanitary but like with an attitude and being nasty and rude so I called corporate made a complaint to corporate they gave the number to the regional manager and the regional manages to come on the phone talking about oh we got to give it to you at retail price because the store manager has preference to treatment of what customers can get what and he can cancel all this internet I ordered that for my grandmother who's coming out of the nursing home to come visit her apartment that I'm staying at so I was really designing her apartment I was going to order multiple things from Aaron's in a regional manager whose name is tyquan his number is hold on man who said he was a regional manager named ******* number is ************ retail price or just pay out right for it I think I should be giving it by **** like I was going to get it on sale this young man in the regional manager both was very difficult and doing business Havanese unprofessional uncouth individuals working in your office giving customers attitude when they ask you simple questions this is how Aaron's run now and I made an email to the corporate and made a complaint too so what can be done to resolve this issue why can't I be given the couch at retail price he goes behind my back cuz I told him I'm going to reporting the corporate and cancel my order and then the guy is super seatiBusiness Response

We bought a side by side refrigerator from this company. When it was delivered the delivery guys dented the doors. We called the company when it happened and was told they would get us replacement doors. It has no been almost a year and everytime we call its always the same thing that their waiting for their general manager. We paid quite a bit for a fridge to be damaged and not fixed.Business Response

I rented a ps5 from Aarons and I have not had it with me or at my home my son brought it to his dads since his dad went to rehab I told them I have no way to get the ps5 and they knew this I was at work on sat Sept 3 when my son who is 12 was home Aarons knocked at door hid who they were by parking out back and not making themselves visible through perp hole my son answered door and the man ***** MANAGER ADKED IF THEY COUKD SEARCH THE HOME FOR THE ps5 after I already spoke with them and said it was not at my home my son told them no and they proceeded to press him and ask questions he is 12 years okd it made him uncomfortable and he was nervous cuz they wanted to come in my home with no adult there this is not okBusiness Response

I made a purchase with Aarons about a year and a half ago. Recently my wallet was stolen and I was unable to make a payment on time so I contacted the office and let them know the payment would be handled the following Monday - which they were okay with. A day later a representative showed up at my mothers house, not the address I reside at, and the man at the door threatened my mother. He said she needs to come up with the money "or else". When I heard about this I called the store and spoke to the account manager. He was the same man who made the threats and began berating me. He told me that he was allowed to call me once every thirty minutes (which he did), and show up to my house whenever he wanted, because I had violated contract by being late. There was nothing to gain in speaking to this man as he cursed at me, made threats towards my mother again, and denied any previous arrangements that were made in regards to the account. I then called customer service who put me in contact with the regional manager. He was sincere in his apology, but was supposed to follow up with me once the issue was handled and he failed to do so. While waiting for the return call from the regional manager I received another threatening call from the account manager located in Perth ********* this call I agreed that he should just take the furniture back, as we would no longer be doing business. We agreed on a time, and since I now live out of state I agreed to bring the furniture to my mothers address for pick-up, as long as they did not actually go onto the property - my mother was very shaken by the threats at this point. I rented a u-haul and went to the agreed address, but Aarons never showed. I made many attemps to call, and not only are my calls not being answered but I am not allowed to leave a message. Since then I have called once a day hoping to reach someone, and even followed up with customer service who can not help me. We do not want the furniture,.Business Response

At 2:24 p.m. on September 6, 2022, I received a phone call from Aarons ******************************** asking if I knew or was a relative of a certain person. The person's name was unknown to me. I asked the caller why Aarons was calling asking me about this person. They responded that the person had an account with them and they were calling anyone that *** be acquainted with him. The caller confirmed all she had was a name and phone number of people to call. My concern is regarding privacy. What algorythim did Aaron's use to suggest that I was connected with this person? How did they get my name and my phone number? One can only assume that the person in question has defaulted on thier rental agreement, but how is it good business practice to haphazardly call unsuspecting people about who they do or do not know? Gathering my personally identifiable information to question me about someone else is not OK.Business Response

I wasn't satisfied with the guy that pick the fireplace and range up. He's the black guy that everyone's has been complaining about. My husband said he tried to be smart. And he works for Aarons in ************ on ********************. I think they need to get rid of him. I have had a problem with Aaron's since I got them back from hurricane *** the are i'm unprofessional, rude and very much harassment. In 02.13.2022 I purchased a washer/ Dryer from Aaron's ************************************************************** ************** My payments of ****** are deducted from my account every 1st of the month. However, since my pay period changed from weekly to semi weekly 8th. and 23rd of the month I paid my September 1, 2022 payment on August 23, 2022 upon paying my bill, I explained to the young lady at the store that the payment was for September 1, 2022 payment and to notate that in their system, so they would not be double charging me or taking another payment out on September 1, 2022. She assured me that would not happen, because the payment made on 08.23.2022 was showing on my ledger as paid for 09.01.2022. I checked my account on 09.01.2022 and notice they had charged ****** on my card. I Immediately contacted the store and spoke with a ****** who assured me that he would reverse the payment. However, I contacted my bank and was told they did not see where the payment was reverse and I would have to wait 3 days to see if it will be charged. I contacted Aarons and told them I needed my funds because I had other bills coming out and without that money; my over will be over drafted. They said there was nothing further they could do to resolve the matter. First, I'm upset because i was lied too, second, it Aarons drafted it out they should be able to reverse the draft. I leased a washer and dryer as well as bunk beds from Aarons in *****. I called back in march to pay off my remaining balance of both leases. I spoke to Buch/**** and he gave my the total for both leases and I paid them in full. He confirmed the payments and said I had a $0.00 balance. The next month I was charged for both leases totaling over $260. I called and spoke to buch/**** again and he confirmed that he took the payment I made and then lied about the balance. I asked for paperwork to show I still owed that balance, he never sent it and has still denied my refund of the wrongful charge. And now all my phone called get ignored or blocked. I would like the full refund owed to me for the wrongful charge.Business Response
