  I have purchased $10,361.46 worth the stuff from Floor & Decor with their scheme of NO interest for 18 months. I paid $9,361.46 within 18 months and $1000 was left over which I paid in next 2 months and cleared my account.Now I got a statement from COMENITY - FLOOR & DECOR that I owe an interest of $3,340.18 for not paying that $1000.00 in 18 month at the rate of *****%. Floor & Decor associates never mentioned that if you don't pay within 18 months, you have to *****% interest from the date of purchase on the full amount. When I spoke to customer service, they said it is written in terms and conditions. Is it possible for anyone to go through each terms and conditions written with small letters and about ***** pages long??I am now forced to pay this amount and feel like ************ by Floor & Decor. I want them to cancel this unfair interest charges as they have never explained that after 18 months I will be robbed and charged interest from day one and on full amount.

  This is about the Floor & Decor store at *****************************************************I purchased roughly $2400 of tile and other bathroom construction material. The sales person oversold what I asked for "to be sure that you have enough", assuring me that "You can return any unused portion." I was never told about a 90-day or 120-day return window. Fast forward to today (well past 120 days later... but again, I didn't know there was a limit on the option to return the unused material) when I brought in just under $500 of material to return, for which they would only issue store credit. I don't want store credit. I was promised the ability to return what I was oversold, and I want that amount credited back to the credit card with which I paid in the first place. They wouldn't budge. It got heated. I got angry. I remain angry. I will never buy from them or any Floor & Decor again, which is a shame because the sales experience was good and they have great stuff in their stores.

  Terrible company. They never pick up the phone. I ordered tiles and 2 vanities with white gloves delivery which means delivery inside your home. It took them 3 months to start the delivery. Excuses were we dont have everything ready. I had to go there many times. Finally a delivery and the guy come with only one vanity. He delivers it to my home. Few hours later, another call for the rest. I have to go back, the delivery guy doesnt want to deliver inside my home and wants to leave everything on the parking. He leaves and another guy comes another day after so many complaints. Same story, no delivery inside. I go to complain at the store and another manager asks for more money for the delivery pretending that there is a mistake. I try to work with them. They are willing to split 1100$. I already paid $300. I said i need to pay the difference? Suddenly they dont have the second vanity and want me to go get it. Enough is enough I ask for refund. They dont give me all my money and ask me to go return the vanitythey dont care about contracts and customers

  Consumers *********************************** is a shameful consumer scheme and scam of fraud and theft of which they use their internal collusion with NuCore to avoid being accountable and responsible for their defective products and services; no refunds here (Note: NuCore is ******************************* If you receive a defective product from ****************************** prepare to be bullied and belittled by a disdainful and disrespectful senile senior leadership team member who is artfully skilled and trained to bully and belittle your claim with so sad, too bad, case closed (Note: This is why you cannot receive a refund at the store).If you are a military veteran of the armed forces, do not share this with their senile senior leadership team, for they feel their service to the company is far greater and more important than to those who serve their country (Note: This is why ***************************** does NOT offer veteran discounts like their competitor).Yes, ***************************** is too big to respect their customers that buy their defective products; but then again, fish stinks from the head down (Note: the senile senior leadership team takes great pride in their Better Business Bureau F ********************** that is sadly being overlooked by consumer protectors).Tip: If you have been deceived and cheated by ****************************** take the defective product back to the store and dispose of it at their front door. Beware

  I applied for credit to purchase flooring. In which I did. I was paying more than what was required and had not missed a payment. They closed my account without any notification. Because apparently they dont do credit thru that credit provider. I had no idea until it dropped my credit score by 50 points. Thats not good business. Id like to speak to someone in corporate

  By far the worst experience, purchased not what I really liked but did it. Then next day get call from delivery that because I have a rock drive way they can only deliver tiles at front of home. Then, they say they cant refund me up to 10 days. The cost of delivery was ******. Total cost *******! Terrible customer service by manager.

  they sold me **** sq /f of tiles they send me 3 different colors and 2 different thickness , although i had bought 1 tile from then to check it out and when we purchased the tiles i gave them their own sample tile that i bought and i said need of this **** sq /f ,the contractor start working on the tiles and he and crew were having hard time installing the tiles so after a while they figured out it is 2 thickness, they were suppose to finish the living , dinning , kitchen and entrance, contactor got mad and stopped working and ask me to pay him in full which i did, i called the store and asked for a manager which they passed me to mr/****** ********* i explain the matter and he said we will replace the tiles for you and i will try to help in paying me some of the labor, anyway it to 2 weeks to get me the replacement tiles had to talk to 2 more managers so i got the tiles hired new contractor to finish the work ,i called back the store and talked to mr/****** and asked him i need to get refund some of the labor he said he cant do that and he send me a pics of their policy that stated that the store is not responsible for that fault it the customer and the installer problem so i lost $******* out of my pocket mind you i bought also the concrete and grout i paid $4800.00 to them and they wont pay for mistake they did and make me loose ******* out of my pocket thanks.*********************

  Ordered flooring and bathroom tiles to be delivered for almost $500 for delivery! waited all day and when they arrived toward end of day, they told us they were curbside ONLY! we had to carry over 60 boxes of flooring ourselves into the evening and we are not young! for that price of delivery they should have included bringing into house!! Or instead of taking our money should have informed us that they were curbside only! So angry!

  Your sinks are absolutely horrible they are NOT WORTH IT!!! No one deserves to buy cabinets that you take out of their box installed only to be so bad!! Buyers BEWARE!!!
