  I've picked up the *********. I picked up only 2 units of tiles, and it took almost 40 minutes. The customer should be pleasant to pick up their new tiles, but I felt I ordered the tile to the wrong place. To pick up the tile, the guy asked many questions: need government ID, what kind of car you have, what color, home or apt, etc. Is this legal to ask? He said that is company policy. One of the worst stores I've ever visited. Do not go to this store. You'll regret it.

  Don't do business with Floor and Decor Worst customer service I've ever experienced and just try to get a resolution on a 10 year guarantee. NOT gonna happen Run around for over 5 business days

  Same problems as everyone else. Broke 25% of my delivery, begged and escalated to every store in my area to get a redelivery only for them to send me the wrong tiles. Of course they were no help sourcing the right one, so I searched and searched other F&D and picked it up so as to not s**** up the whole job. Ive disputed the damaged goods with my cc and now corporate takes the time to respond to me with a 3 page letter as to why its OK to **** so much at theirs jobs. Positive side tiles are beautiful and well installed , but they made every attempt to sabotage my flooring job. Thanks ******* and ********!

  placed a order for tile to retile a bathroom and shower the first order arrived with 8 broken 24"x48" BELLMEADE GREIGE POLISHED PORCELAIN tiles for the shower they sent replacements and to my surprise the second order they only sent 7 tiles and 4 of them were broke so i contacted them again and informed them that they were damaged then i got a email from a ************************* saying i will be refunded and i needed to repurchase the tile thats right repurchase the tile again the last 5 i needed and then pay another $200 round of shipping again to get the tile i needed to finish the shower when it was there issue to correct .I mean you are supposed to be a tile and flooring store but yet you cant get it right dose half the product going to your stores daily end up broke i think not do not use floor and decore they need to be put outta buisness like gander mountain and all the other establishments that have lost there sense of customer service

  Went to floor and decor. Never could get a hold of anybody after months and months of trying to get a designer to show up. They ordered only one floor of stuff after 3 months of waiting for parts to come in and then the day the installers came in. I was informed by the installers that they had only ordered one floor of material and not enough for my second floor even though I was quoted and paid for what I thought was the whole house. If that was the case I would have gone with different flooring that cost much less than my original project and I was way over budget due to the negligence from floor and decor employees. Spoke with the store manager. He seemed to not really care too much. He only offered me $500 off which to me was a slap in the face when I had to pay an extra four grand from this big whoopsy mistake. They seemed unapologetic for their mistake. I also spoke to the regional manager which would not call me personally until I had to file a ticket with their ***** number. Once I waited 3 hours in the store, I finally spoke to the regional manager his name was **** and he was not helpful at all. He after arguing said he'd go down to $1,000 off which my personal opinion I wanted just to pay half of the mistake which which would have been around **** but he would not budge even though I was not in the wrong. Their company was in the wrong. The whole ordering process is a mess. The customer services a mess. I called for months on in and never received the callback. At the end of the day I was lied to about the price of my original floors that I ordered because I was told that I was buying the whole house material. In the end of the day I only bought one house of the material. So now I was too far down the rabbit hole to steer out of this project and then I was out around four extra k. Stay away from this company. They're terrible. They don't need to be in business.

  If I could give 0 stars I would, unfortunately, I don't have a Zero star option. I purchased flooring from F&D. They recommended a contractor in-house that they use for installation (they have a booth inside Floor and Decor). I was connected with ********* at ****** FLOORING the manager for the subcontractor they use. There were 2 men sent to my house, that didn't speak a word of English. They were supposed to put Laminate Floors down on my 2nd floor. They did an awful job. They pulled out hardwood floors to install laminate in a room that they never should have touched. They did not put down an underfloor, their work was rushed and messy. They also put down 18 stairs, 2 of which are now broken. I have attempted to call to speak with ANYONE that could help me because apparently "it's under warranty". There is NO true warranty, after you buy and after they rush you to PAY, you will never hear from them again. AWFUL. Please pay a little bit more, it will save you a ton of money in the end.

  I had the Chesterfield Brown II installed in my new home. After about 6 months the paint on the tile started wearing off. The builder filed a claim and floor and decor will not stand behind their product. Said we don't have plastic on floor, no felt ************* rests and also blamed our rock driveway. So, we are supposed to keep the floor covered in plastic? And i DO have felt pads under couch and all chairs. Also, we have mats at all doors that we wipe our shoes off on when we come in. And i don't wear shoes in the house. Where it's wearing we have no furniture. It's in the kitchen. I have called twice and left messages and they are not returning my call. They have lost my business and my builders business.

  I made a purchase well a couple purchases and I dont need some of the items. I have a Online receipt and was told they are treating my items as a Non Receipt Item because its over 90 days. Im a Travel Nurse and was depending on someone to complete a project so I can list a rental property but the worker vanished. Ive NEVER heard at any store I frequent that a Store Credit couldnt be issued. I will never purchase from them again not to mention the manager was acting like I was a thief until the cashier told him I had a online receipt. Worst customer service and Never again.And before I leave they tell u to call some number to speak with someone and that person tells you to mail someone for a explanation which takes now Im stuck with products I dont need

  Floor and Decor is poorly run. Not enough staff and poor customer service. I have spent almost $30,000 with them. I ordered hardwood floors and was told there was plenty of the flooring I needed in the distribution center. After several weeks I got a call and was told the distribution center did not have enough flooring as I was told. They had to call around for the remaining boxes from ***** to come in. They delivered what they could so my contractor could start work and then when the 17 boxes did arrive, they refuse to deliver them. It is outrageous and such a stupid move. They made the mistake and I have to pay for it. Save some time, money and grief because if anything goes wrong, they will stand by you at all. Go anywhere else.

  NEVER BUY FROM FLOOR AND DECOR. They sold me all mismatched tile all in the same lot and it was laid. They have been pretending to help me but will not respond to my emails or phone calls. I even went to the store and the managers wouldnt see me. Since my incident I found 4 other people that had the same issue with them. I have been begging them to help me fix this issue. I will never shop at floor and decor again!
