      Ordered $3500 of tile online and paid about $350 shipping fee. Its been over a week and a half and the order is still not even processed or shipped. Talked to an agent multiple times now, and they both assured me that the order was being processed and shipped that day, but it still hasn't been shipped.It'll probably be over a month before we might see the tile, which puts ** way behind on our job. Probably won't ever order online from them again, only in-store and can actually pick up all of the product myself.

      We were repeatedly reassured that we could return any unused tile we purchased. However, they wouldnt take it back. So now we have 250 or $300 worth of tile that we cant use and cant return. Suddenly there is a 90 day limit on return. Funny how they didnt mention that not once despite the several times we asked shop somewhere else and avoid getting ripped off.

      We started renovation of our house mid-June 2022. We purchased several materials/items from ***************************** at different times during the renovation. We never returned a single item while the renovation was going on to make sure all materials needed by the contractor were available to him until the renovation was complete. Unfortunately, due to problems which were beyond our control (such as delayed delivery of kitchen cabinets, contractor work quality issues, stock availability issues on some materials, etc.), the renovation was not finished until 1st week of Oct. 2022. By the time we were trying to return the unused items/unopened items to *****************************, we did not realize we only had 90 days to do so and it was already passed 90 days. Per their receipt, for the return of products that exceed the 90 days, the customers will only be given store credits. So we went of a ***************************** store to return the items for a store credit with all the original receipts, but the return was denied and was referred to your office. It was the only time we have tried returning any item to ***************************** after purchasing thousands of dollars for materials.We wrote a letter and mailed it to The ******************* on Nov. 9, 2022 and then a follow-up letter on Dec. 12, 2022 but no reply or response until now. We were returning unused materials worth $600. How unreasonable is that? I would purchase at Lowes and ********** anytime of the day but unfortunately, we listened to our contractor on his recommendation on Floor and Decor. ****** learned for us. This will be the first and last time we will be purchasing anything from this company. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give ZERO rating, I would.

      Highly recommend Floor & Decor! Not only do they have a wide range of material to choose from but their customer service is above and beyond! I ran into a hiccup with my renovation where the floor on display was labeled wrong. After picking it up and bringing it back to my studio, I realized it was the wrong material. I was in a full blown panic for I was in a time crunch to open my business. ***** fixed EVERYTHING. She made it possible for the right flooring to be delivered, while picking up the other flooring, and waved the delivery charged. Because or her, I am back on track to open my business on time. ****** is the BEST and single handedly saved my business. I plan on being a floor & decor customer for life. Any store can have good material but the excellent customer service makes all the difference. Thank you *****!

      I bought materials according to measurement taking by the authorized installer from store. I needed to return left overs completely untouched and they gave me so many problems, they even returned less money than what they should. I was also accused yo buy too much which the amounts were specified in the store email, all we did was ordered what it was told. The day of returning nobody wanted to help me getting the heavy boxes from my truck, and since I was busy trying to do it by my self didnt pay attention on what was returned, she had my receipt and she decided to give me back whatever she wanted, not the correct amounts nor prices that I originally have paid for and returned in a perfect condition, nothing was damage nor opened. When I got home I realized that she returned less money for some pine solid wood I have bought. They are originally 16long, when I bought them, they offered to cut them in half and told me if needed to returned I was ok since the cut them exactly in 8 in half. I bought 8 of them and she returned $only for 8??. She also didnt return one whole box ties with 14 in it, that was only $16, but she just ignored this one?.she told me even thought I bought yikes by piece, couldnt return 10 extra because that box was ******* took those ones and didnt complain, but the other items, I have no idea why she didnt want to return money. Didnt realized until I got home what she did, I was so aggravated by how bad I was being treated and the luck of people to help with the heavy material I was trading to handle by my self., and being accused at not paying attention of the amounts I have bought.I must said the original sales person was helpful and nice. I spend over $1000 in the store that day

      I have spent hours and hours trying to contact someone at the Woodland Hills store. Phone rings for a long time, then hangs up. I had the same problem contacting them last year. I even tried the 877 number and cant get through to anyone. I will NEVER have anything to do with Floor & Decor, and their incompetent ***************** STAY AWAY FROM This PATHETIC BUSINESS

      I had floor and decor delivery tiles for me and the tiles were missing from the order. I spoke to the manager and he said that he counted the tiles and made sure the order was right. Well it wasnt right! Its about 200 dollars worth or tiles missing. He said he will contact the third party delivery company to see what happen. I am very mad because I spent so much money at floor and decor (over ******) and now this manager will not give me the tiles that are missing. Warning pick up the tiles yourself. Dont use a home and decor third party delivery!!!

      Worst experience with costumer service ever, my husband who is in a wheelchair,went this morning to try to buy the tile for our house and left without purchasing anything because he was told that unfortunately they dont have anyone who can take the tile from where it was . And if he wanted to buy anything he just has to pay for it and he will be called eventually to let him know to drive back and pick it up ,on top of that there will be not help translating or loading the tiles to the vehicle . Is this a joke ? What type of store is this ? You are selling tiles but you tell the clients serve yourselves , you pay and you deal with the rest, we are just a show room with lack of costumer service , and no empathy for a handicap costumer. Then why is more than 1 employee working there ? What is the purpose? Its so disappointing that a place where we bought everything to remodel our bathrooms that was 5 stars went down the hill. So please everyone, dont waste your time going to this store. If you are handicap, senior or even if you believe you cant move and lift all that weight by yourself, please dont go. This is not a serious or professional place. At any other store you are offered with help but not this place , I guess they dont get paid good enough to their job.

      bad return experience ..We purchased tiles and a vanity for remodeling our shower from ************************************************ in *************.The return policy is "return within 90 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt, we will refund your purchase."However, after the contractor finished to re-model our bathroom, it turned out that the vanity's measurement was too big. He took it out of the box but he never carried it to the shower and didn't try to install it. We brought it back to the store. They refused to return our money because it was out of the box.They didn't tell us this, and our contractor, who refers many customers to this store, was unaware of it.In other stores (like ****************** and Amazon, etc..) you can return without a box as long as the product is not damaged or used.

      What an awful store! This was my first experience with Floor and Decor and I will never again shop with them. Their customer service is awful, the manager in ********, ** is rude. When asked to speak with him, his response was "Bro, you're wasting my time". Their return policy is horrible. They use a third party company that will deny your return, even with a valid receipt and unopened product, and the manager can't do anything about it. We came in with a ton of unopened tile that were bought over 90 days ago, however due to the pandemic and delays were not installed, we didn't want our money back, we just wanted to swap for a different product. The tile is still for sale on their shelves! Because this third party company stopped the transaction, because we returned a product before there is nothing we can do until we call them on Monday morning. So we lug all the tiles out of the store and back into the car to have to come back on another day. I work in building/property management and none of my future projects will involve a product from this company!
