I purchased a travel voucher from sweet deals. I am unable to use the voucher, because ***** was flagged by the destination company. No where did it state people in the same residential area could not book together.Business Response

I am getting very poor response from Sweet Deals. They finally gave me a refund from my last complaint where I purchased two couple tickets for a wine tour and I only wanted one. Now I have a $60 credit and I can't use it. I just recently purchased an order for $60.01 and my $60 credit was not used. I reached out to support to ask them how to use the credit and heard nothing, and it has been over 10 days. I again reached out to support over email and asked them to use my $60 credit toward my order and I haven't gotten a response yet. I would like the $60 refunded back to my credit card for the order that I just initiated. Please use my $60 credit on file to initiate the refund. Thank you.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: unfortunately that doesn't help me. I still see the credit on my Sweet Deals account and I still want the items that I ordered! I want a refund of the items that I just paid for, since I had a credit. So I want what I ordered plus the $60 refunded back to my credit card, and the $60 credit made $0. Why is that so difficult? Notes on the Sweet Deals account say that my order is voided! Why?! The credit was given on 2/2 and I placed the order on 2/28!

The items on the credited order that were marked void at the time of refund have all been mailed already, so you will still receive them. They have been marked active again, to avoid further confusion.

On 2/17/24 I purchased a voucher for a **** club membership. The voucher stated that it was redeemable by clicking on the voucher number URL in the upper corner. There is a voucher number in the upper corner but it is not clickable. I tried this on both a laptop and a phone and neither worked. I immediately emailed the company(they do not offer phone support) and received an automated email on 2/18/24. It said they returned emails in the order they were received and it could take up to 10 business days. Ive allowed 9 business days to pass but feel uneasy given there still has been no response for what should have been an easy email. After speaking to my husband and my bank I am concerned about the company actually being fraudulent. This was more than a 50% savings on what would have been a good deal but the company didnt provide it. From the looks of other better business complaints it seems that they are running some sort of a problem business.Business Response

I odered "tickets" or voucher for the Hy Vee Indy Race Weekend for $350.00 plus fees and never heard from the buisness again. On 1/8/2024 I received an email offer from 207Deals (incentrev) for a Percussion Massager, for $29.95. I ordered one and was billed on my **** on that day. Shipment confirmation email was received on 1/15, noting to contact them if not received by 2/5/24. No shipping or tracking info was provided. The item was never received. I filed a ticket on 2/7, no confirming ticket number was provided. Responding email noted response may take up to 10 days. I responded again on 2/19, requesting a response, have had no response at all from them other then one automated email to the ticket filing. I attempted calling the business using the phone number listed on BBB. Recorded message says they dont provide phone support and directed me back to the website to file a ticket. My order/invoice number is 4245. I did file a claim with **** for a refund, have not heard back on that.Business Response

I purchased a **** Club membership through Sweet deals, and I received an email with a voucher. But the voucher did not work. The code did not apply and I did not receive my membership. I emailed them a ticket for the problem and I got a response back that it would be 10 business days till I would hear from someone, that is poor poor ***************** They have my money and I want it back or send a new voucher that works. I purchased a voucher from Sweet Deals on 5/24/2023 for $99 for an all inclusive in ********** at the ********** ************* Resort. When I went to book the stay, they tried to put me at Condo Vac (a dumpy, much less desirable resort that I would NEVER have purchased a voucher for).. Global Solutions, the travel company, acknowledged the bait and switch and refunded me the additional fees I paid for the stay, and even offered to help me get the $99 back from Sweet Deals (please see their attached email which also has my voucher number for proof of purchase). I have emailed Sweet Deals over 20 times over the past month requesting a refund (they conveniently do NOT have a phone number for customer service) and I have never received a reply. On February 5, ****, I purchased a voucher good for a Valentine's *** bouquet of 24 roses to be honored by the company **** Farmers. I was emailed the voucher. I attempted to use the voucher at the website of **************** as provided in the voucher. The voucher code was not accepted. I attempted several times to use the voucher, but each time it was refused. I immediately emailed their customer service department, since they offer no other way to communicate a problem. Despite the rose bouquet being advertised as a Valentine's *** gift, their customer service did not respond to me until February 14, ****, i.e., Valentine's ***. They informed me that the voucher was now working. I informed them that it was useless to me now as it was a Valentine's *** bouquet and they delayed responding until the actual day. On 1/9/24 I purchased a promotional ********* $10 gift card for $8. The e-gift card was delivered to my email, but I was not able to redeem it. The process was very opaque and complicated, then it eventually said it had already been redeemed. ********* gift card support was contacted and they directed me to IncentRev/Sweetdeals. I reached out to them, but they only had an email that took 10 business days, and once received, it had not even addressed my question and clearly had not been read.
