      After about 7 hrs trying to get my phone unlocked, I quit. I met all the criteria for getting my phone unlocked and cricket was unable/unwilling/incompetent to unlock their own device that they sold me. I am currently a #Crickethostage and unable to use my phone in Europe which is a safety issue as a solo traveler or any type of traveler.Every time I called, they gave me a different excuse as to why they couldnt unlock my phone. Not to mention getting hung up on and not being called back. And even though I have receipts from my phone purchase they proceeded to tell me I didnt buy the phone with them. I went back to the store I purchased my phone at and they denied the store too. Even they were frustrated and agreed I met the unlock criteria.I will spare you from the 7 hours of my frustrating experience. I now have to go spend a few hundred dollars to get an unlocked phone (the same one I currently have which is so stupid) when they can just unlock what I have. I think they made an error on my IMEI code prior to selling me my phone. I wish they would just make it right. I just needed to be on a different network for three weeks in Europe and had planned to get my phone running on Cricket once I returned. Sadly if they are still unable to unlock my phone, I am unable to return to the service and will pay more elsewhere for better customer service. This review is null and void if they are able to do what is right and unlock my phone. Again, I have met the 6 month criteria and there isnt a logical or real reason why they cant unlock my phone. Cricket if you read this, please just help do what you promised.

      Cricket cell phone company is saying I did not pay my bill for August. I paid my bill from my checking account from **************** I have a document from my bank account showing I payed it from my checking account. Just because I didn't use the app Cricket wants to punish me because I didn't us thier app. I need my phone because of medical issues. Plus I help my dad who has dementia. My dads doctors has to get ahold of me at anytime of the day. Please I have proof that I paid my bill for August. Please help me. Thank You *********************

      Would not honor cancellation of autopay feature after number was ported out. Representative stated that no one available via phone had the authority to reverse a charge and suggested writing a letter to the corporate office.

      On June 1, 2023, bought an upgrade phone for $99.19, The price included a $25 upgrade fee. I was supposed to receive the new phone via *** by June 3, 2023. I hadn't received it by June 8, so I called the company to find out why. They stated that it wasn't their problem and I should contact ***. *** did send me a notice the delivery was delayed. I placed a stop-payment request on the order. On June 16, I received the phone and I cancelled the stop-payment. Cricket received the full $99.19. On June 18, the company suspended my account. When I inquired, they said they never received the $25 upgrade fee and wanted $42 to resume service. I grudgingly paid. On July 24, 2023, they again suspended my service stating my bank held back $25 from my monthly payment. This would be impossible as the bank pays the amount on the e-bill. I had to pay $52 to have service continue. I switched providers. Cricket locked the phone so I couldn't start my new service. Now I have no service from Cricket nor the new provider. Cricket states they won't unlock the phone until I have completed six months of service on it. I no longer have an account with ********************, so I can never use this phone and have to buy another one through my new provider. I lost close to $200 plus the cost of a new phone. I still have internet and emergency phone access, so two stars and a big wahoo.

      I switched from **** to cricket on July 18 2023. First day I had no service. Went to cricket store and got two new sim cards. Then I could call out, text, receive texts, could jot receive calls in. Today is July 24, I've called cricket 6 times. Twice I've been hung up on after 10 minutes of talking with customer service. I've been told it may take ip to Three days for service to cross over from ****, lie. Ive had 3 representatives say they will call back, never received one call. No one will escalate the call. I use this line for my business. Switching to cricket wireless is costing me 5uousands of dollars everyday.

      THIS COMPANY WILL SWOOP YOU IN AND SWEET TALK YOU AND CONVINCE YOU TO TAKE THEIR BUISNESS AND HAVE PHONES AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY RIGHT FROM UNDERNEATH YOU AND THEN IF AND WHEN YOU DECIDE YOU DONT WANT TO BE WITH THEM ANYMORE OR IN FACT YOU HAVE ANOTHER DEVICE AND YOU HAVE A NUMBER YOU WANT TO PORT IT WILL LITTERLY TAKE YOU ALL DAY AND NIGHT LITTERLY 12 HOURS OR PLUS MORE AND YOU GET NO SLEEP TRYING TO GET THIS DONE AND EXPEDITED, I HAVE SEVERE HEALTH ISSUES I HAVE A FEEDING TUBE IM VERY VERY SICK IM HOOKED UP MACHINES AND WITH NO PHONES OR PORTING OUR NUMBERS OVER IM IN DEEP WITH MY DOCTORS STAYING IN CONTACT OR CHECKING UP ON ME IM ALMOST TO THE POINT OF BEING PUT IN HOSPICE CARE CAUSE IN DECLINING REALLY FAST AND SO WE TRIED AND TRIED TO GET THEM TO PORT IT AND THEY KEPT TELLING US IT WILL IN A FEW HOURS WELL THAT DIDNT HAPPEN SO THEY MESSED US UP TOOK OUR MONEY AND THEN HAD THE GAL TO SAY OH IT WILL TAKE 3 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE YOULL GET YOUR NUMBER PORTED OVER THEY WONT EVEN REFUND US THE MONEY BACK THEY OWE US THEY TOOK OVER $130 DOLLARS FROM US AND THEN ON TOP OF IT THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON US AND THE ************ CAUSE WE WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY OR GIVE THIS COMPANY A GOOD NAME DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT SO WE ARE GOING TO GO TAKE THIS FURTHER IM NOT HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID THIS IS A VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD COMPANY AND YOUR LOCAL STORE WILL NOT HELP YOU EITHER CAUSE ALL THE WORKERS JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND POCKET THE MONEY AND THEY WANT A COMMISION FOR DOING THE CRAPPY STUFF THEY PRETEND TO TELL YOU AND DO THIS COMPANY ARE SNAKES AND LIERS DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY OR ESPECIALLY YOUR BANKING INFORMATION OR ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO BE EXCITED ABOUT A NO CONTRACT C*** THEY WILL LITTERLY LIE TO YOU AND TO YOUR FACE I WOULD HATE TO SEE ANYONE GO WITH THIS COMPANY GO WITH **** GO THEM.

      I been a customer for this company for about 10 years I have always paid on time the best and unlimited package of $60.00 dollars a month it includes international calling to ****** but this morning I tried to call and a recording came up telling ne that my plan didnt include that service and as far as I know nothing has changed from my part and havent call them or contacte them to change it.

      They don't care about their customers and their **************** averages a 0 out of 1000. Every 2 years they appear to shut off my phone and make me buy a new one. They know my service is not working(and I believe it's something they are doing) but refuse to give me a refund. Trash, just trash!!!! And I nor any other customer or potential customer deserves this.

      Horrible company complete lied to about refunds one person in customer service says since I wanted to cancel their service in the first 7 days I was due a full refund I went to the store I purchased the phone from and was told refunds are not honored as they are prepaid service. From the day I started the service I was lied to and told the service was slow the first day and to allow a few more hours to resolve. I called customer service and was told I was in an outage this is a scam I will never recommend anyone to cricket this is theft as they kept my money and I never reviewed services. I have filed a dispute with my bank and they advised cricket has not responded to the dispute this has been filed on June 3 please be aware of this company complete scammers and liars
