      I purchased an iPhone 12 from a friend who tried Cricket Wireless. She was not happy with the service or the iPhone. She went to another career. I purchased the phone from her which was paid in full, and she owned the phone outright, and I purchased it from her. When I contacted Cricket to have the phone unlocked from the carrier they refused. Because she did not have 6 months of continuous service with them. This renders the phone useless. I offered to pay to have them unlock the phone and they said no. That is criminal in my mind, especially when I offer to pay to have them unlock my phone.

      I purchased a phone 5/17/24. Went back 5/20/24 due too the apps still downloading, incoming calls cannot be picked up, recent texts not coming through and disappearing, screen freezing, calls being dropped. I wanted a refund and was told we can give you a new phone, you dont need a refund. Here it is 5/21/24 with new phone and Im still having the same problems. I expressed to the store clerks, I have unhappy with cricket service. I am a new customer and they are bullying me into staying with them because they refuse to give me a refund. Poor customer service! Then to make matters worse the store clerk got upset and argued with me because I was frustrated. I work hard for my money, I explained I am a on call nurse, its important for my phone to work. I informed her its the company and not the phone. They gave me a new phone and its the same problem which proves my point. Also cricket thank you for ruining my birthday. I was unable to open the camera app or any other app in the matter. What a poor experienceIm mad I couldnt leave zero stars

      I have had a terrible experience with Cricket. They have made it impossible to transfer a phone number. I transferred my primary number with great difficulty, but the second number is still in limbo. I stood with n agent from my new carrier(spectrum) and could not get past the automated dialing agent. I went to the Cricket store and they refused to help and told me to call the automated line where I had no luck. After that, a week later, I got through to an agent, and he gave me the number for the transfer pin(which I should have been able to get from the store sales person), only to be told that now I had to pay a fee in order to activate my account to get my number. Once again, a few weeks later, I attempted to get my number and was put on hold and told the only way to get my number was to pay a fee. I finally got through to a supervisor who said that despite being cut off by the automated system numerous times, having spectrum personnel call, and going to a store in person, I still must pay a fee to get my number since it has been moved to a different category. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. You make it difficult to get through to an agent, have my new carrier personnel discouraged, and going to the store be of no use. I should not have to pay a fee after all of this effort. ThIs seems like some sort of punishment for leaving the service. Transferring a number should not take hours and there should never be a fee.

      The company is very poorly managed the district manager *********************** is mixing his personal and business life by telling about things that he has done with some of his Employees, family members in the past, and he also is dating his manager of the Shakers store Often when you call the district manager ****** phone, **** his employee will answer, but not during business hours and from the house recently two of my coworkers spotted them on a date downtown and The employees that were there before me has also mentioned something about them to dating

      They added and charged me for a feature that was declined at the time of purchase, but was told that is was built into the price of the phone, but I was charged for it anyway along with a $11 recurring monthly fee on my wireless account. When confronted about this issue was met with no attempt to rectify the issue. And promptly asked me to leave the store.

      Unethical practices. No accountability of call center employees providing false information and lies of account credits. Hard to reach customer service- phone hands up after 10 ************* barely works. Foreign call center who only reads a script repeatedly.

      I tried to upgrade my phone on April 1st to the ************* 5G. I can't fully review this phone because I never received my order I placed the order online on April 1st pretty late in the day so figured everything would process and ship out the next day. My order was constantly in processing. and everyone I talked to said it will ship the next day. I even had one person say that it's my fault for not paying. I ended up canceling the order a week later just to be told the price increased and the only way I could get this phone for the price I saw on the 1st of April was to add a third line with this phone and cancel said line at the end of my billing cycle. I talked to so many people at Cricket and no one was helpful. I just kept getting the run around so if I could give negative starts I would. I left that as a review a few days ago from a e-mail I received from Cricket. Well today I got another e-mail saying that the review will not be submitted. I'm still a bit fumed at this whole transaction and this needs to be put out there. Cricket is not helpful. I will be searching to find another carrier. Great way to treat long term customers.

      Horrible company. Shut my phone off and refused refund and even sent documents to my bank to fight it and after MONTHS,.. they finally tell me they were wrong and only refunded the money for the month of service I did not have a phone but not for any of the new phones I had to purchase because they ALSO LOCKED MY PHONES (100% PAID FOR) and refused to unlock. Gave me fake claim numbers and said someone would call me and no one did. They believe they resolved it but it was months of wrong doing and money I lost. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

      Failed to perform a auto withdrawal and shuts down your phone when no one is the office. Have filled out the auto with draw 18+ times and never works. Can't call 911 when I need to. Fails at basic customer care. 2 hours on hold to get one human and the robot sends you threw loops.

      This store in ******** **** on ******************* is a rip off. As a handicap senior cit. I sent my son in law to pick up what I purchased over the phone at the store. @ phones 2 cases 2 screen protectors. He brought them home . I did the set up tried to put on the cases . The cases did not fit. The next day my s-i-law came again to return the cases with the receipt. Was told because it wasnt the same day no refund policy applies. was told to contact cricket. Cricket said the wont do refund to go back to store. Back and forth to both. If this is how cricket treats their costumers who have been with them for ************************************************** and the cases cost ***** each. plus taxes.
