      Purchased a new device from this company and paid $65.75 for the monthly bill plus activation fee. They were supposed to cancel my old line before the bill due date which was a few days after but they NEVER did, and they cut BOTH my lines off on the old lines due date and told me I would have to pay $52 to restore services and then have the old line cancelled without a refund. I enrolled in ********* to get both lines on to give me time to get the situation handled and the old line cancelled. They then went on to say they couldnt cancel under the *********, well fast forward couple days the ********* ended and they suspended my account and told me to pay $107 to restore the account & BOTH lines and then cancel the old line before the NEXT due date again.. without a refund and I just paid $65.75 to get the new line on and activated. Therefore I would be paying $107 to restore an account for a line I dont need . & A waste of $65.75 since that line ended up being cut off too.

      I reached out to Cricket Wireless regarding my order status and chatted with *****. She seemed to have lacked the ability to effectively resolve my issue or provide any explanation. Instead she proceeded to answer my question by repeating my question to me. She then provided misleading information and eventually referring me to another company. I was then connected to a supervisor by the name of *****. ***** did not joined the chat but did not say ANYTHING. I waited for over 30 minutes for him to respond to my questions to no avail.Cricket website states an order will be delivered in 2 business days. ***** says its 2-3 business days. Cricket needs to hire more competent people or provide more training. Horrible experience!

      Bad **************** with our phone off with the outage. They didn't want to give me more than $5.00 credit off. I have four lines with them and one line is a business line as well. The only thing that they keep on saying is they can only offer $5.00. My clients couldn't call in nor my child school. My mother is an elder person that I thank God nothing happened. They are bad business for the people and like to bring other companies up but not offer what other Company did for their customers. I give them an half point in my book.

      Horrible Service..you would think that after over 10 years being a loyal customer, I would receive some help getting issues resolved...but nope. ATT is involved as well. STAY AWAY from Cricket AND ATT.

      I have an account there and frequently go there to research promotions on new phones, etc. I go during the week and their posted hours are 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Mon - Fri. Today, Friday, Feb. 16, **** I travelled there and arrived at 10 am. There were employees inside but they wouldnt open the door. They said due to staffing issues they werent opening for a half hour. I couldnt wait around due to another appointment. Another time I showed up during office hours around 2 pm and a sign was on the door closed early. Their sales people act like car salesman, spewing offers that are so convoluted I cant make heads or tales out of what theyre telling me. I called Cricket customer service and complained and asked to talk to a supervisor. K told me J would call me back. Eight hours later I havent received a call back. Why is it impossible to get good customer service at ********************?

      HORRIBLE COMPANY. IN SMALL PRINT, STATES THEY CAN CANCEL SERVICE AT ANY TIME AND NOT ISSUE REFUND. PAID FOR A WHOLE MONTH OF SERVICE AND THEY CANCELLED FOR NO REASON AND WITH NO NOTICE. I WAS UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE AS SOON AS SPEAKING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND UNABLE TO CONTACT DOCTORS FOR NEEDED MEDICINE, WORK FOR A NEW JOB TO LOGIN, AND CONTACT WITH OTHER CUSTODIAL PARENT FOR LEGAL MATTERS. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND FINE PRINT ALLOWED THEM. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER WORK WITH ANYONE ASSOICATED TO THIS COMPANY. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR!

      I have a $530 credit with **********/14/22 they took the funds out of my account. On 10/2/22, I switched providers. My phones were paid in full, I owe them no money. I am disabled and have been trying along with my bank to get funds returned since 9/27/22. They refuse to return funds and keep telling me if I return to their company I'll have the credit. It's a true nightmare. One employee said the prorated for my make to request $520.00. We have, yet nothing has been returned.

      In Dec 16 2023 I made a early payment in the amount of 50 then in December 28 I may another payment in the amount of 73 dollars will add up to 123 dollars the full payment for my cellphone cricket wireless took 50 plus 73 but refused to turn on my cellphone they told me that I now old 88 dollar when my phone was paid before my due date which is on the 29 of December 2023 I am stranded as I speak now cricket wireless has done nothing but trying to extort more money out of me i call my bank which is PayPal they are sending me proof that cricket wireless did accept the money but they keep telling me to pay 88 dollars when my phone was paid before my due date yes I had to do a bridge ******** to get a hold of my back and now they complaint against cricket wireless i have no medication on me I spent 4 days out in the middle of nowhere I live off grid there was no way that I can make a call to get someone to come out to help me because I had a blowout I slept out in the cold in my car for 4 days and I'm still out here I have missed some very important business calls due to crickets communication of not returning my service back on after I done paid for it in advance I lost a good job because of them and I lost the car because of them they start saying i wasn't paying the right amount when i was i been paying 123 for the past 3 years for my cellphone and my internet box im 61 year's old stuck in my car with very cold weather but cricket wireless refuse to handle and resolve this issue I did contact my bank they sending me the confirmation and the account number

      Never! Never! Never! use cricket mobile at *************** **************** is terrible. Clerk ***************** ****** is the worst I have ever experienced. Tried to return an Item due to the service being horrible and she flipped out being extremely rude and confrontational. When I asked for her name, she laughed and said nothing will happen to me my manager is right there. This is the kind of employes cricket wireless hires than shame on them!!!!! Never ever again will i step foot in a cricket wireless store. They got me for $200.00 but that's the price to learn a ****** about how not to handle business. Don't say I didn't warn you.

      I called customer service to inform them of a problem with their website's billing viewing. I normally am able to go to the website and print a copy of our monthly charges and proof of payment to correspond with our organization's credit card charge. This feature has a glitch and is not showing the full invoice nor the payment confirmation, though it is clearly on our credit card statement. That was the problem I called with, and they were unable to resolve it. The bigger problem is their customer service supervisor belittled me, would not listen to the problem I was having, tried to tell me that my credit card company was the one that should provide me with a detailed invoice, and then went off on a tangent intimating I was after a lower monthly price. It was very clear that this person, (******), was either just trying to get me off the phone or didn't have a clue as to how to resolve the issue or, more than likely, both. I have NEVER been so poorly treated by a CSR when trying to resolve what should have been a simple issue.
