      We have had Aflac Dental for over a year, we have filed claims only to be told over and over again that the claims had been approved and would be paid within 30 to 60 days, everyone I talk to gives me a a new excuse or time line as to when they will be paid, my agent is absolutely no help at all.
      I also have a accident policy and cancer policy, when I receive them they had me on a policy with a my husbands coworker and my claims would show up under my name and this other person and I had access to his claims so I’m sure he had access to mine. When I would sign onto the site and put my husbands Social Security number in this other man’s name would pull up as my spouse. For over a year I fought this and am now told it is corrected but I can no longer log in to my Aflac to see if my husbands coworker is no longer on me and my husbands policy. (My husband was supposed to be on the police with me but they had his coworker on the policy with me not my husband. I believe this is a huge HIPPA VIOLATION and I’m wondering if there are law suites over this with Aflac? I am tired of being on hold for up to an hour and a half whenever I try to get answers from them. I don’t know what else to so, I’ve gone to my agent and her supervisor several times and have gotten nowhere.

      customer service representatives are rude and will make you wait just because they can.. they give you the run around when they have all the answers right there in front of them..

      They never answer phone calls, Every time I attempt to login to my profile it gives me an error screen. Claims have been requested which my dentists claim should be valid and they have never gotten a response. Absolutely horrible customer service .

      Service has become very lousy. I submitted a claim for skin cancer, I had two Mohs surgeries and uploaded all supporting documents with claim, this was done on 12/17/2023 the told me it would not be reviewed till 12/27/2023. I have had this policy for 20 years and this has never happened before. After reading other reviews I won't be surprised if the reject the claim. I would have chosen no stars but that is not an option.

      Terrible Customer Service. Extremely Long wait times. Last 2 hour call ended with them telling me they paid my wife’s bill on 30 November 2023, my dentist has received nothing. AFLAC has not paid mine from September of 2023. I am on auto pay to AFLAC they have No problem taking my money. My dentist keeps reaching out to me to see if anything has been done to rectify these late bills. Please help me, in seeing other complaints I understand I am not alone in this problem. Watching the commercials one would think that AFLAC was a top of the line company. Being a member of their program is not in the “top” it’s actually lower than the very bottom.

      Don't ever request a quote from this sleazy company or you will get 40 plus spam phone calls within 2 hours. They will even call as late as 9pm and 11pm.

      I have AFLAc through my Medicare Advantage Plan for dental insurance. Terrible customer service if you can get a hold of them on the phone. Their website doesnt even show you have a policy with them even though you have a physical EOB in hand showing that they denied the claim.

      Hoops. Sent paperwork 2x now they want same AGAIN. This is to get through after accident. Not getting through. They are not very friendly and either was I. Seems they want you to forget you have coverage or want you to give up claim because of their incompetence. Just a warning that it is not as they make it look. I feel sorry for families with children.

      Absolutely worst experience with the FMLA thru aflac! After my back surgery, it took a month to get my first payment. I called twice a week before surgery to make sure everything was all set. I requested and was approved for an extension, they stopped taking my garnish out when my extension started, then decide to fix it at my second to last payment which put my payment on hold, at the end of the month when I need to pay rent. They had from Oct. 28th to fix my garnish and you wait till November 28th?? On my second to last payment??? My whole recovery from surgery, I was stressing about paying my bills! This was an absolutely horrible process!!!!!!!
