      I have contacted AFLAC several times with no resolution regarding their cancellation of our accident policy which we’ve had for over 10 years. Through our bank bill pay they have conf it see payments on our accident and cancer policies resulting in them canceling our accident policy. I was not aware if this until I filed a claim recently. They have several documented conversations I’ve the last year to get this corrected. I was never notified of any cancellation. I feel they should reinstate our account. My last conversation I gave them cc information to pay a “reinstatement” fee which was never done. I have received no conversation/information from them since and nothing has shown up in my cc.
      We have faithfully paid each time e have been billed.

      Do not purchase policies through this company. I have 2 policies through this company where money was being deducted from my check biweekly to pay on these policies. In one year I pay so much for the policies. I went to the hospital for a shoulder injury and received 100. Had an EGD and ended up in ICU for 3 days because of lung failure. The have denied all my claims except the an xray. I have submitted all my documents but they still denied it. So paying all year for several policies to just get $100. Not worth having Aflac.

      After paying for them for 7 months they refuse to communicate and pay claims. Weekdays the point in paying for services you don't get. My dentist has filled 3 claims both electronically and through mail. I've faxed claims and sent certified mail with signature on return receipt. I've called twice a week for past month. The LEAST amount of time on hold is 45 min. I even took a screen shot to prove it. Yet they refuse to cover or respond

      I was paying for Aflac I thought they were supposed to help you out in emergencies my daughter had a HEART transplant! When I asked for help they said they couldn't help me out because it wasn't me personally that had the heart condition. Just like insurance they keep you until you can't pay for it no more and then they drop you. I have lost everything and now I am living on the street this is a money hungry grabbing company cares nothing about its customers except taking their money

      I would not even give it one star, but that’s the minimum.
      It’s been over a month with this claim, with no communication. Terrible. Not worth the problems. I am shopping around for equal.
      The inadequacy of this company is appalling.

      This company has denied every claim i have submitted along with making it a legal loop hole in every way to denie claims by the smallest verbage usage discrimination
      Thus company has become a complete scam!

      I would leave no stars if possible. This company has no ethics what so ever. They will deny you life insurance coverage if you take medication for your well being. The underwriters do not respond when you send the necessary paperwork back, to find out exactly why you were denied coverage. The only paper I got back stated I was denied because of my depression and anxiety. No clear answers, didn’t tell what medication caused the denial. This should not be happening in this day and age with mental help availability everywhere. No one should be denied life insurance if you have no facilities listed that you’ve stayed at, no suicide attempts. It makes no sense. I still have not received a letter stating exactly why I was denied. No one should be worried that taking care of their mental health would deny life insurance coverage. I’ve called them, sent papers with signatures, and have not received an answer as to what specifically denied my coverage. I think they need to be investigated and their underwriters need to go through more training. Your depressive state on your medical records, isn’t a valid reason, and doesn’t answer my question. I specifically asked what medication caused the denial. I’m on only one, that most of America takes. I would definitely look into using another company for your whole life/ insurance needs. This company needs to change their denial processes to allow people who suffer from depression, anxiety, and mental health woes a chance to be accepted, not denied. It would be nice to get the information from them, that I know I deserve.

      With all the horrible reviews I don’t understand how this company is still in business. They claim process is. Complete nightmare. I had emergency surgery and filed a claim a couple of weeks after the surgery. Weeks and weeks of waiting and being told it is being escalated and you will hear something in 3-5 days.. those days past and they say it’s no changes let me escalate it again. Definitely not worth it.

      I have never had such a poor experience for a group dental and vision plan for my business. I cancelled and they charged me the next billing cycle. My aflac rep said they would reimburse me. I have called and emailed and was told the aflac billing center has a new system and it would be coming they just didn't know when. This was in May and it is now October. My aflac rep has ghosted me and won't return and emails or phone calls. I am owed back over $400 with no resolution.

      They haven't gotten my policies of over 20 years right since I added my spouse 2 years ago. I have been over charged every month and they can't ans won't fix it. I get told repeatedly every month my agent will get it fixed and every month it's incorrect again. They claimed they sent me a refund that was cashes months ago but can't produce or provide evidence. I get the constant run around and no one addresses my messages or emails. I have given up on them ever being a honest company!
