Lendmark locations in ******** and ******, ** have a bad practice of making harassing calls in regards to my delinquent account. Calls back to back at 5:30pm, 7:12pm and 7:13pm. No voicemails left for the two 7pm calls. When I called the back the next day, ***** refused to announce the name of the business and pretended she didnt know who I was on the phone. Without me even announcing my name, she called me by name and yelled for me to pay my bill. When I questioned about the repetitive phone calls ***** yelled I owe them money, not the other way around then hung up the phone in my face. This is not the first time they have harassed me about my account but the most recent. I voiced these concerns to ********* at the ****** location but she advise ***** does not work for her.

We purchased a car 3/17/23, our loan is with Lendmark Financial. At time of purchase we had a current loan with them having a balance of $1,130. Lendmark closed our old account and added that balance to the new loan. When purchasing the car they cut the check to the car dealer for $6,500. That should have put our starting loan balance at $7,630, but on the paperwork it shows our loan starts at $7,940. For some reason which we werent told at the time they also added $299 for life insurance as well as $759 for accident & health insurance, we are unsure why this was added as we didnt ask for it to be. They also charged us a fee of $434 for credit investigation, seeing as we had a loan with them prior to starting this one I dont see why that charge was added. After all those fees that put our starting balance at $8688, roughly $2000 dollars more than it should be. Also with the new loan they increased our interest rate by over 10%. We would like to have this resolved either by having them close the loan and consider it paid or by taking a $4000 pay off amount. We have never missed a payment and we feel we have been done wrong by this company and something needs to be done so they dont continue charging other customers unnecessary charges.

My car was stolen in October October 24. I believe I called the branch they just kept asking for payment. I lost my job. I lost my hours at my job so wasnt able to keep up with the payments but I had reported the incident prior to that they never once offered to give me like a month off of payments are Filed a report for me with insurance they offered me that cost me an extra thousand something to cover the value of the car just incase something happened to it all they want is money. They dont care when you lose your car. They dont care about the extra insurance that she took it. They dont care about the extra thousands of dollars if you have them to cover the expense of an accident they did not want me to their insurance process or anything. I gave the police report cards in the impound and now its popping up on my car to park as a default. An auto loan is a title loan thats some BS.

Have been dealing with this company for ten years. Bought a vehicle. The amount at first would go down with payments. Then it stopped decreasing. The interest rates are awful. I still owe the same amount as I did ten years ago. The payments never make any difference on the balance. They say we can refinance only to keep the amount owed and payments higher. Im sorry I ever got this loan. You make a payment and then they add more to the amount. It never decreases. This loan should have been paid off years ago. 10 years of payments of ***** a month for a ****** loan.

February 16, 2024 at around 4:00pm I went into Lendmark Financial. After receiving a call from a young lady named ******* confirming my appointment for a loan earlier that week. I would like to include that she said " we have been trying to contact you because the loan was approved and we could not get in contact with you so you would have to resubmit" I asked her during that call "How much did I apply for?" she said " I cant pull it up" for some reason. (Please listen to the phone call if need be!) Fast forward, I walk into the branch today, ******* gives me a seat at the desk, collects my paperwork and about 30 minutes later takes photo of my vehicle and takes down the mileage. We then go back in and I sit there for 40 minutes waiting for her to come speak to me. After an hour she comes back and says you have been approved for a $100 loan and $900 interest waived. I said to ******* " How come before this was done you did not give me any information on what was going on or my options" ******* proceeds to say " I called you last month and told you some information" I said "******* im a busy person, I had no idea what we spoke about at the beginning of last month" a lady named ******** came over who I later found out is the store manager said "well we are busy too" I said " How are you busy and this is your job?" She then starts to get very disrespectful to me and then proceeds to walk away when I asked her for an explanation as to why no one informed me that I couldnt get approved for a personal loan if I already had a loan out if it is my entire purpose for even submitting a application?? ******** got very disrespectful and I started to leave but while I was leaving I mumbled the *** word very quietly (I did not scream or get aggressive" ******** started chasing me out the store. I got afraid and I turned around to see if she was running to attack me. I went into defense mode out of shock. (PLEASE WATCH THE FOOTAGE) I thought she was about to hit me. I left after.

I am rejecting this response because someone called me about a week ago discussing the loan that I turned down. I told that gentleman that Once again, this has nothing to do with the loan. This has to do with the professionalism of his staff member ******** who looked to charge at me while I was leaving the establishment. I am also having another issue. Now that this has happened I do not feel comfortable, going into or reaching out to the branch located at *********** after almost being attacked. This is not normal behavior. There is no way a paying customer who has done absolutely nothing should be going through this. I was not aggressive at the time of the incident and I have requested that the video be watched and have not heard from anyone. I need to push this situation as far as it can go because I still have to do business with this company and it feels unsafe. Maybe I should have pushed something further legally and maybe I still will. This matter should not be taken lightly.
