Constantly sending me mail indicating that I have been approved for a loan I did not apply for and a check in it for $2000. I have called the local branch numerous times for over 1 year and the headquarters asking to stop sending me mail. I also filed a complaint with NCDOJ because at the bottom of the Lendmark letter it is written to stop receiving mail call this number And the customer service representative says they need my social security number before they can remove my name. Sounds like a scam. My brother and my son have also received approved loans from them at my address and them have not lived here for years ! They live in another state.and CSR replied they had to call Lendmark themselves to get off the list! Sounds like a scamBusiness Response
