Around spring of 2023, Grillz by Scotty reached out to me via instagram to my inbox advertising a discount if I let them provide me with some Grillz. I made my full payment in June or July of 2023. It is now May *********************************************************************** a refund and every time I reach out to them to get a status update on my product, they always respond with a generic answer advising I should receive my product within a certain timeframe. And every time the timeframe passes with NO product and no refund. At this point I dont even want this product I want my money back and this company refuses to issue me one.Initial Complaint

june of 2023 fathers day my wife and i went to grillz by scotty to get the product, i was assisted and did my molding and was told a processing time it is now april 2024 and i have yet tp receive my product. they only accepted payment via zelle which you cant recoup since it is a third party. i would like my product or a return which was over $800 and this is happening to majority of their customers except celebrities i didn't know until after i made my purchase and did not receive it in the allotted time. i have been getting "order updates" since november 2023 stating it would be done by Christmas and nothing. please shut them down and i would like a refundInitial Complaint

I made the purchase to grillz by Scotty on February 16 2023. The cost for the merchandise or custom grill was $529.21. I was assured Id have the grill by March 2023. It is currently March 11 2024 and I dont not have the grill I purchased or the money I spent for what hasnt been made or delivered to me. This is first class robbery. A complete criminal company with very little interaction to resolve. The order number for the purchase is 8085. I order a grill from them in August of 2024, was told give them 30 days. It's been 8 months and every time check the status the rep ******* it's at the warehouse. GBS has continually promised delivery of a pre paid custom piece of jewelry. Payment was made on july 6 2023 with a 3 month window for completion. After 3 month window passed, and several failed attempts to make contact with GBS, GBS confirmed jewelry would be delivered by Thanksgiving. it was not. After several failed attempts to contact GBS, GBS finally confirmed it would be delivered by Christmas. It was not. After several failed attempts to contact GBS, GBS finally confirmed in email in first week of 2024 that jewelry order was complete and would be shipping. It did not. After several failed attempts to contact GBS in February, GBS wrote in email that the jewelry was in fact not completed and could not confirm when it would be. At this point I believe this business to be totally fraudulent. I have asked for my money to be returned to me, I have not received a response. Im currently making this on 03/21/24 I am a detective so Im well aware of the legal system and with all the stories Im seeing on here hes threading the line of theft by deception which is a criminal offense. I want to support wholeheartedly, however I purchased my grill on 12/28/24. I was told by ****** that itd be 30 days, then when I reached out again it was oh 30 business days, mind you we were on business day 36. Before my purchased I was legit texted everyday, by phone and TikTok to purchase, now that I have, I have to continuously reach out and ****** people. I dont like internet shenanigans at all but I was involved in a very bad car accident and wanted to treat myself to something nice, yet that only brought me more emotional stress because I havent gotten my grill. Im not accepting anything but its coming to you, because at this point its been three months. They told me I could expedite it for $1000, which means you could ************ the grills people havent gotten yet. I will update this post as soon as warranted, if not Im hiring a lawyer, I have friends with heavy following, and Ill put it on tik tok and places like atluncensored.. This is becoming stressful. January 2, 2023: is when I first got in contact with the company. I showed interest on getting some jewelry done by them. They contacted me back about how much everything would cost, the shipping address and pictures of what I wanted. When everything was talked over I sent them $2,857.96 January 3, 2023: we confirmed that sent the money to them through my Zelle with TD Bank.January 6, 2023: were talking about my teeth molds. January 11, 2023: I text them and told them I sent the mold to them. They texted me ok, awesome thanks.January 13, 2023: I texted them to confirm if they got the mold back. They texted me hours later asking for the tracking. I sent it to them and they didnt respond back. This is when the communication started going down.January 17, 2023: I text them again about the tracking of my teeth molds. They ask me it they arrived the their ATL facility. I said yes the tracking said it arrived to their office January 10th. January 18, 2023: I received a saying they started the process and their current turnaround time is 30 days February 27, 2023: I received an email from Grillz By Scotty ATL saying theyre completing the final touches. Let us know if youre picking up the order or shipping the order. I said I would like it shipped. After that there was no communication with me about my order. I texted, emailed them and didnt get any response back from them.March 9th-March 20th 2023: I continue to text and email them about my jewelry order. I didnt get any valid information or response back to me.July 4, 2023: they texted asking if I could do a rating on their customer service and company. I said they were Trash and scammers. July 19th, 2023: they texted me say we apologize for the delay. Please send us your email so we can resolve the issue. I sent them an email of everything I sent them before regarding my jewelry, shipping and tracking information. My husband purchased a grill from them for my birthday. The purchase was made on 6/1/23. The woman who helped ** stated there is a 30 day window for us to get it back. Since then, we received emails stating the progress and even one stating it was almost ready for pickup. We've visited the store, called and emailed them numerous times and they still have not completed the product and made it ready for delivery. Before Thanksgiving they sent and email stating it would be ready by thanksgiving or at the latest by Christmas. They sent an email before the new year saying it was ready and they would send a tracking number once it has been sent. The next day sent another email stating the same. I have emailed them since then and there is no response. They are scammers and they ONLY work on celebrities grillz to get them done in a timely manner. I believe their good reviews are fake as not one posted the grill that they are so proud to have. They have multiple bad reviews from all over pretty much stating the same thing.
