My husband purchased a grill from them for my birthday. The purchase was made on 6/1/23. The woman who helped ** stated there is a 30 day window for us to get it back. Since then, we received emails stating the progress and even one stating it was almost ready for pickup. We've visited the store, called and emailed them numerous times and they still have not completed the product and made it ready for delivery. Before Thanksgiving they sent and email stating it would be ready by thanksgiving or at the latest by Christmas. They sent an email before the new year saying it was ready and they would send a tracking number once it has been sent. The next day sent another email stating the same. I have emailed them since then and there is no response. They are scammers and they ONLY work on celebrities grillz to get them done in a timely manner. I believe their good reviews are fake as not one posted the grill that they are so proud to have. They have multiple bad reviews from all over pretty much stating the same thing.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid in full for a grill in Feb 2023 during Grammy week in *********** and still have yet to receive my product. No one responds to my messages or inquiries asking for updates - I've only received automated responses telling me their grillz take time (its been 12 months at this point). It's incredibly frustrating that I can't even hear back and get an actual update. At this point I'm talking with a lawyer friend of mine to help me either get my money or my product. On February 25th 2023 I paid for a customized jewelry creation that was to be completed by no later than March of 2023. I have recieved no feedback or communication in regards to my jewelry. It has been *************************************************************************** November of 2023 and that I would be receiving before Christmas. I have been by the location, I have called and I have been told they dont know when I will get my merchandise. Ive read several reviews now stating that the business could have scam or fraudulent activity rapidly through the past 18 months. May 8th 2023 i went to the business to have a mold made for 5 teeth to be set in gold + diamonds. i paid my full amount up front and was told that i would have the jewlery back within 30 days. today is Jan 22 ******************************************************************************** the run around stating that the order is complete, that i should be able to pick it up soon, or that it should be on its way to the office soon. all these conflicting ideas of what the status of the order is has left me continuously reaching out to the business via phone (they have blocked my number) instagram ( to the company direct messages where they continue to put me off and state " ill look into it" or "it should be done") all have left me with open ended false promise on getting the product. i have asked for my money back and they continue to deny this from me. i want my money back at this point as i do not have faith in this brand nor do i respect them any more. I a sharing a paper trail of emails and instagram direct messages where they claim they are looking into it, but I never receive actual customer service or even a phone call.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Grillz By Scotty on April 11th 2023. I was told there was a 30 day turn around time. I placed a 75% deposit down and planned to pay the rest upon delivery.(May)After 30 days I contacted them re: my order. They told me that hadn't started and wouldn't until I paid the full 100%. I was never told this and proceeded to pay the rest.(June)After 30 more days I got an email saying my order was on step 3 of 4. By the end of June when It was confirmed my order was ready I went to pick it up and was told it wasn't at the shop.This pattern of being told my order was ready and then being told it isn't while I was en route as went on from June to January (current) with no resolve.-I've been told it would be mailed to me... it wasn't. -I've been told I can pick it up at 11am... and I arrived at the shop with a handwritten sign on the front door with new hours and that the store wouldn't open until 2pm. -I've been told it would be delivered to me via car and another time via Uber. None of which happened.-I've been told it has been ready as of December 2023 but they would tell me when I could pick it up. A month later when I tried to pick it up they said there was an issue with the ****** meaning my order was not ready.It has been 9 months with no resolve. I've requested a refund for at least 6 months which they will not grant.If they would've told me their turn around time was 9 months to never, I would have never placed my order. They lied about delivery times and are unable to run effective operations to delivery any updates or a smooth process.Initial Complaint

I made the order 11/27/22 the final payment for the order was made on 1/11/2023 i was told a 3 to 4 week turnaround its been well over a year and still no product. I tried to be as understanding as possible but recent emails have led me to believe that they just have it sitting somewhere collecting dust i spent well over 500+ dollars for a six piece grill in supergold. Again I've been patiently waiting until i ask for the update and they seem to be giving me the run around. Making promises about how it should arrive before Christmas and New years. The responses from the company are run-arounds, with no definitive answer/ resolution. The company keeps having me wait and are blaming their "blow up on social media" as a means of having orders backed up. I purchased two grills by Grillz by Scotty on September 13, 2023 in **********, ** at the Show Ya Grillz Tour. The total cost for the grills were $2,264.74. The transaction was handled by ************************* whom is the business manager and the only working staff at the event of this purchase. ***** exact words when the transaction was made was that the turnaround time for the grills would be 30 days. However, no order number or tracking number was ever provided to me. The only document I have regarding the purchase is an invoice with the invoice number (******) and (******). I reached out to ***** directly on Instagram about the status of my order being that I couldnt locate a formal business email. Once I received the business email from her which was ********************************** I sent an email on 11/4 asking about the status. The response I received from the email on 11/30 was that I would have my grill by 11/25 worst case scenario Christmas.November has gone. Here we are in December and nothing. I sent another email to the ********************************* ******************************************* and ******************************** and left a voicemail on their business phone ************** on 12/1 stating how I do not appreciate the run around regarding my order, whats the status on my order and I need a tracking/ order number for it. I received an email back from two out of the 3 emails I contacted the same day saying that it was at a warehouse and is in the process of being made and will arrive before Christmas. For one, my order shouldve been in the process and still no order or tracking number to confirm which is why Im complaining about this. At this point and according to the years worth of other complaints that are just like mine, Im not asking for a refund since they dont have a refund policy, Im just going to dispute the charges and have plenty of documentation to prove such. This business is a scam. Im suited to take things into legal matters.
