In February I went into the business to purchase a Grill (product). While I was there, the workers provided false information regarding payment methods, specifically that they did not accept credit cards. According to the workers and the businesses' website information, they produce a product 30 days after it has been paid in full. I paid in full that same day, February 26, 2023. After approximately 40 days, I reached out to the business via phone, but nobody answered the call. I reached out to the email provided and received a generic response. I provided the information regarding my order and they said, "they are working on it" and "my order was a top priority." After another month of nothing heard, I went into the business in Decatur in early May to express my discontent and get an update. Again, I was told my order would be made a top priority and should be in store the week of May 22nd. That date came and passed, with still no product. The business was not answering phone calls or returning voicemails left. On July 10, 2023, I returned to the store location to discuss receiving a refund due to never producing the product I paid for 138 days prior. When I was in the store, the worker contacted her supervisor, and I was told "***" would reach out to me via email regarding how to get a refund. On July 11, 2023, I received an email stating "Our refund policy is that- we only issue refunds if we cannot deliver the goods. And fortunately, we are able to complete your order." Based on their website saying products are produced in 30 days and the multiple false promises, it appears they are not able to fulfill their end of the order. On July 11, 2023, I returned to the business to request to speak with a supervisor. During the conversation, she mentioned they "do not have a refund policy" although the website does provide information regarding refunds. At this point, it is going on five months, no product has been produced and the business refuses to provide a refund.Business Response

I placed an order at an event in February 2023 and paid in full (over $500). I have yet to receive my order. When I call no one picks up. When I email the resend generic follow up emails. I have been emailing them back-and-forth since February . Theyre excuses that they are quickly growing new company trying to work out the kinks what theyve been around for a while . I was notified in March that my item was almost complete however, I have been following up cents and they have never finish or complete my order, but they are still hosting events taking money and orders actually do believe that this company is scamming people taking peoples money to support their lifestyle. Its honestly insane. I have reached out so many times with no solution at this point I dont know what to do. This company needs to be reported and shut down. This is a criminal offense. On the date of November 20th 2022 I went into business with Grillz by Scotty and purchased an overpriced grill (top and bottom rom of 6 made out of 14k Gold) which costs $1600.According to grillz by Scotty my order was supposed to be finished and ready in the first ***** days via their policy but they did not hold up their end of the agreement and it has taken them over 7 months and counting to deliver to me on the business and jewelry product that I paid for in full.Business Response

I paid in full upon order date and I have not had any updates from this company on my item nor can they give me an answer on when my product will be completed so I am requesting a refund from them and they appointed me to you all, a refund in full of $339.45. I no longer want this item nor the service of Grillz by ******* and feel very disrespected by the poor service of this company considering they update and promote their social media daily but cannot seem to fulfill orders in a reasonable time nor give any updates. High profile buyers such as celebrities are clearly prioritized over other regular paying customers and its very obvious there is no urgency to complete my order. They did not tell me about any extended wait upon order date and I went to their physical location to have it completed. I received an email after I paid stating my item could take a month or longer after I had already paid. I did not mind a small wait for good service but its been going on 6 months, I still have no item, and the plans I had for it have now passed. I do not want to sabotage or put down this business. My merchandise was not as described. The opal stones that I received on it did not look real. I contacted the jeweler and they told me that they are unauthentic stones. We have also tried to talk over the phone but I am told that a supervisor would need to speak with **** originally received the merchandise on 6/07/2022and had issues with the quality. How is the merchandise received different than what was described at the time of sale?The merchandise received had unauthentic stones that was hand painted over. 17 days later you all sent the same message that you send in response on BBB.
Its not been a month & a half after that message & I still dont have my order. I understand being backed up on grillz but mine is 1 tooth. I dont understand why its taken so long & I have found the customer service unacceptable & robotic.
Even after sending an automatic email instructing me to file a complaint with BBB, you still havent provided an eta for my order of one tooth. You instead sent the same automatic email as earlier, not personal to my situation at all.

I visited Grillz By Scotty representative, ***********************, at a location in ***********, ** for a grill consultation. He molded my mouth and sent off my grill for further processing. The day prior, I made a $430 Zelle deposit toward my grill and paid an additional $130 at my appointment via Zelle. I was assured I would receive my grill by/around April 6 and had the option to pay for expedited shipping to arrive sooner. I declined expedited shipping as I was fine with my grill arriving early April 2023. I have been emailing and calling Grillz By Scotty representatives since late April to get an ETA for my grill but have been unsuccessful in getting an answer from Grillz By Scotty. I have been told FOR MONTHS that they are still working on my grill (despite being MONTHS overdue) and cannot provide an ETA. I have requested a refund, and they are saying they can only provide a refund if they cannot fulfill the order; however, how is it fair to leave me (the consumer) completely in the dark as to WHEN MY GRILL WILL ARRIVE? I don't find it suitable to pay over $500 for a product and have no idea as to when it will arrive and/or why the delay is MONTHS LONG. I had sent grillz by scotty $383.26 through zelle (only gave me cashapp & zelle payment options NOTHING ELSE) to have a grill done by them and I send my mold in to have it done and says it take **** business days to complete. 2 weeks goes by and at first I messaged them and called to get updates I got message saying to hold one sec while they look it up, 24 hours goes by, I Message again since got no response and they read my messages but never respond, I messaged them maybe 4 more times and same thing seen but no response. I tried called and emailing them also. By this time 3 days has gone by still no response but i did do research on them and see just how many other people have lost their money with grillz by scotty. I messaged/called/email them to cancel by order and give me a refund. They keep dancing around the issue and never send a refund and now say I have to file complaint with BBB, instead of just sending a refund like a real company would. I know it more than likely won't help me get a refund because grillz by scotty only let you pay with cashapp and zelle so they will keep the money due to cashapp/zelle policy on money being sent. F*** grillz by scotty I was just trying to give them a chance and give them business. On 6/28/2022, I reached out to GRILLZ by Scotty to place an order for a grill (gold teeth). Upon the purchase and scheduling to be fitted the the grill, I asked the representative, through text, how long the process usually takes before I would receive my product. The representative advised that it normally takes about ***** business days after I visit their shop to be fitted from my grill. My fitting was scheduled for 7/2/2022 and at that time I added an additional feature for the customization which also had an additional expense that I paid the day of. On 7/19/2022 I was contacted through text message by GRILLZ by Scotty, advising that my order would be completed on 8/23/2022. I was then contacted again on 9/14/2022. I received my product on October 5, 2022. The next issue was that I had ordered customization to the top grill. I thought the product was going to be delivered completed and it was not. I contacted the customer service at ********************** and asked why my top grill did not have the correct customization and I was informed they wanted me to "try on" before the customized it. Why was this process not explained to me prior to my purchase? By 11/15/2022, I sent the top grill back to GRILLZ by Scotty in order for them to complete the customization. I was told that it would take about ***** business days for them to ship it back to me. The holidays passed and still no grill. On 1/2/22023, I texted the customer service representative again and I was advised I would need to email them. I emailed them and time after time and they kept stating that that giving me an excuse about how busy they are and how they would have my product done soon. It is now 6/16/2023 and I still do not have my top customized grill. I have requested either a tracking number for the product OR a refund of the product I have not received. I am rejecting this response because:1. They are located in *******, ** therefore the services they are providing in place of a refund will not work for me. Because of the poor service I will absolutely not be placing anymore orders with them.
2. They keep implying they can complete my order however they have not. How long is too long to wait before I can reasonably lose faith? 6 months? 1 year? 10 years?! If they just keep saying they can deliver my product but dont then what am I, as the consumer left to do? Continue to take their word for it? Their word isnt worth anything because I was promised over and over again that it would be delivered and it hasnt been.
3. Before filing a complaint I advised I would like a refund OR a confirmation on when my order would be completed and mailed to me. They refused both now I just want my refund because I have ample opportunity to have this order done.

I am rejecting this response because: I have rejected the business offers same offers several days. They have failed to provide me with a timeline on when my order will be completed and I have lost faith they will complete the order. I ordered this a year ago and still do not have my finished product. I would like a refund. Please advise as to what steps I need to take to obtain this.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello, Yes I definitely want this reopened, the business has not given me a refund and still have not produced the product that I purchased in July 2022. This place is a total scam. Once I reported to you guys they said they would have my order within a month. That was at the end of August. I would like to resolve so I do not have to file in small claims because we are in two different states.
